Tres accueillant! Très bonne experience
Room and bathroom too small for the price
The Hotel Restaurant "les 2 clefs" in Biesheim deserves to be mentioned as one of the best establishments of "Logis Hôtel" that we have been frequenting regularly for several years during our escapades in France. Bravo to the whole team of the 2 clefs. Do not hesitate to make a detour if you are in the region....

Very professional, the staff was very efficient and super friendly. Very attentive and perfect advice.
Only happiness
Just perfect in every way. Seems to have been recently decorated throughout with modern style, and looks great. Good size, clean, comfortable room. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Restaurant food was wonderful - e.g. filet de boeuf Rossini was fantastic, literally "melt in the mouth". We hadn't realised when booking but our stay coincided with a special Valentines night dinner/dance with local band - it was the best evening we've had in a long time. Would give 6 stars if we could!!!

I had no luck. Room 3 had a strong smell of sewer that evening. I sincerely hope that this is a malfunction that will be quickly corrected for the next hosts. Otherwise I'm fine!

Passing about 5 times a year for my work. There is nothing wrong with the hospitality of this family hotel. Thank you to Mrs. Groff for her welcome, her sympathy and above all for reminding me that the hotel had a wooded park with a swimming pool. The top when you come home from work with 37 degrees. 👍👌

Evening stopover at 115€ Which suggests a good dinner… A starter: cold soup….second choice: gazpacho it's the same I think. Other minimum choice +6€ A 2-choice dish: a meat or a vegan dish for chickpeas + 10€ For dessert, it's strawberry season, for the price also +5€ for the Melba peach. That gives us a stopover evening at 136€. Take a room at 75€ + breakfast at 25€ and eat in the center of Colmar. Or simply choose another hotel for stopovers. I have been doing 3-4 stopover evenings/week for 15 years. There are always more choices, especially meat: fish. €10 difference on 200g of fish makes €50 per kg between beef and fish. Good bedding and large bathroom, impeccable cleanliness Easy access. I can also be positive. But when we tell you before leaving that we could have found a compromise… I have been coming to the establishment for 5 years… but it was the last.
Very nice room, quiet. Very nice that the single bed is in another room than the double bed. Close to Germany and Alsatian tourist sites. Swimming pool and very pleasant surroundings with bath towels, shower and WC available.
Good and modern facilities
Very nice establishment, finally a place where stopover evenings are well considered. We even have the choice in the menu and the slate for dinner and with supplement or not depending on the dishes. Everyone can eat what they want and that's great! the breakfast is also very good with a wide choice. The staff are friendly and welcoming
