Very nice traditional hotel, which is becoming rare. A really comfortable family room, well maintained, with all the necessary furniture. Very neat breakfast and at a reasonable cost. Very pleasant family staff.
Too noisy in the bedrooms until around 11pm. Staff were great. Restaurant excellent. Not particularly warm. Overall good value.

Helpful and friendly staff
The staff and service were exceptional. This “old world” hotel was exactly what I was looking for during my tour and stay in Normandy. I say old world, but the accommodation is every bit as modern and comfortable as a Marriott Resort. Cruelly is not quite on everyone’s Normandy itinerary but you should make it one. Less than 10 KM from Sword and Juno beaches it is an easy drive or bike ride to the coast. Also, check out the Chateau behind the hotel. It is where Field Marshall Montgomery received Winston Churchill and King George in late June of 1944.
The dining experience was one of the best I have had in any country. What a dedicated and attentive staff something that will remind you of how good restaurant service used to be.
This was our second visit & will certainly not be our last. The food was excellent and service friendly.
Our room was basic and very small, I think this was my fault, I should have upgraded since space is important to us. This did not detract from out most enjoyable visit.

Very nice hotel in beautiful old village. Restaurant is excellent with normal prices. Staff very friendly and professional. Building very charming. Steps to rooms for people with walking problems maybe (too) hard to use. Rooms basic and 2 person beds not very wide. However the total package is well worth it. We booked for one night and stayed 1 day extra because of the restaurant, the service and the atmosphere.

Well located hotel and the food is divine in the evening. The waiters are very attentive and you feel good there. The breakfast could perhaps be improved, especially for people who eat gluten-free. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant. The bathroom could do with being renovated. The hotel's car park is small but it is easy to park nearby for free.

Very nice hotel in an old house, on the central square of Creully, spacious room, very clean and very well insulated. There is no wifi but that doesn't matter. I also took advantage of the restaurant. Very very good, with great attention to the presentation of the dishes (wide variety of dishes). Simple but very copious breakfast and again of quality (clearly artisanal bread and pastries). In conclusion, this hotel is well worth the detour and represents a very pleasant and practical solution if you visit the landing beaches (not far from Omaha beach, Arromanches and Courseulles).

We had a fantastic time visiting this small village with historical significance to WWII. The hotel itself was a fun experience for us and we loved the medieval feel of the dining area and the stairway! The room itself was spacious comfortable and clean! My 11 year old was thrilled by the key to the room, as he did for every single aspect of our stay here! The castle behind the hotel is very beautiful and we greatly enjoyed walking the gardens. While we were staying there the main roads were being updated and there was a lot of construction happening. It didn’t bother us AT ALL because the over all experience was so fantastic! ( Had there not been road work our accessibility rating would have been 5 star rather then 4! Also I rated room Decor a 5 because it felt perfect for the place. If you don’t like a little bit of purposely vintage decor then you probably wouldn’t appreciate the amazing gem that this historic building provides … and you

Very good overall, small details to review in the room, an obsolete bathroom fan heater, leaking shower head, windows a little difficult to close, otherwise everything is fine.
An excellent stay. A very good breakfast and a delicious dinner. A very good value for money. The architecture of the hostelry is an undeniable plus. The room has been renovated, has good bedding. A bathtub mat would be a plus because the floor is slippery.
A warm setting in an 11th and 16th century building, a welcome as the OWNERS of the establishment know how. Value for money much better than standard establishments found in commercial areas. This establishment also has a very good quality restaurant at a reasonable price.

We were given a very friendly welcome, it was very easy for us to speak English, which was possible straight away without any problems, German would have been possible too. It is an incredibly beautiful house, very lovingly and originally furnished. We found it pleasant that we could just sit in the restaurant with wine and cheese and enjoy the ambience and friendliness. And breakfast in yet another historical building was wonderful to enjoy. Despite the construction site in front of the house, super good explanations and parking in the courtyard, super good.

The hostelry is "in its original state" from the 60s and 70s, but well kept and very clean, and in short allows a stay in a pleasant past. Especially since loyalty to true know-how and good products is at the heart of the restaurant, remarkable for its quality-price ratio. Thank you to the management of this hotel-restaurant for perpetuating its tradition.
Alright. Very nice decoration; Beautiful furniture. Good bedding. Room No. 6 is almost an apartment. Room No. 9, a very well designed family room with a separate space, for one person. You just need to add tea and coffee bags since there is a kettle!

A hotel with a soul! Historic old building with many authentic elements. Very friendly and personal service by three brothers who really radiate that they want to make your stay to your liking. The room assigned was initially a bit small, but on the second day a larger one became available that was excellent, clean and attractive. Wonderful beds. Good price / quality In short, recommended for anyone who is looking for an attractive and personal stay in a nice village close to highlights such as Nayeux and Pont en Bresse.

Very well, RAS, we had a hotel stopover and we had a good rest. We dined and had breakfast on site, good value for money / Welcoming and friendly staff.

Reserved for 2 but placed in a room for 1 even before knowing that I was alone.. Cramped (impossible for 2 people to be standing at the same time and my husband would not have entered the shower) and out of age, mismatched furniture, bedside table and lamp But the worst: sui generis odors encrusted and resistant to 5 p.m. of ventilation.. No orange juice at breakfast but offered to the following....

A very pleasant team and welcome. A room perfectly adapted to our needs and as a bonus the restaurant on site: it was a pleasure! If you have to find remarks, it lacks a power outlet or 2 at the desk level to connect both the PC and a telephone in charge. Office lighting is also minimal. Wifi connection also didn't work but good 4G coverage.
