Excellent welcome in authenticity. Esperanza the hostess is very professional. The meals are delicious and plentiful. Impeccable cleanliness Very cocooning rooms In short, I recommend this establishment with my eyes closed
Cold reception. We were rushed to go to the restaurant in the evening. Clean room but dust on the furniture + insects present.

Home could not be more freezing, room open when we arrived (it's shocking, anyone can enter) and not at all soundproof (we could hear the shower, the doors, the footsteps...) Only positive point, the place is clean.
Reservation canceled by phone the day before by the hotel itself, due to overbooking and no solution offered. ''demerden sie sich'' as they say on the other side of the Rhine. Thank you Logis de France and the Hostellerie la Terrasse in LACAPELLE.
