Very good restaurant and very warm welcome! A pollack as good as that of the island of Batz and excellent white wines.

I had a great evening at the Heloise Hostellerie with an excellent dinner in particular. The hotel is located on the street, it's a bit of a shame but once inside you quickly forget!

Hotel under renovation so still some work to be completed but I loved its charming location, very beautiful bar and dining room completely renovated with taste while keeping a little old-fashioned feel with very friendly owners!!! I bet that thanks to its motivated owners this pretty gite in France will regain its former nobility. In short, personally I recommend it but it seems not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Very good step. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Calm. There may be a missing towel radiator in the bathroom, useful in case of stays of more than one night to dry your towels, especially in winter, and avoid having to replace them every day.

Pleasant hotel and very good restaurant

Evening stopover on a Friday evening, Free public parking but you have to cross the national road. The stairs are steep, no elevator. The room has double windows, it is very quiet despite the room which overlooks the national road. Wide choice of stopover menu, the chef's cooking is excellent. The dining room on the Grosne River side is full in the evening. Breakfast in this room is a quiet moment. Pleasant stay in a quiet place.

Slept wonderfully, delicious food, delicious wines.

Authenticity and quality, respect for values is there. In the restaurant, the menu is short and the products perfect, the chef's "paw" transcends them with humility without seeking to impress but with real talent. The owner couple are really friendly and attentive.

Room a little dated owners and staff very welcoming very good food

Comfortable hotel and experienced high quality restaurant. The only downside is the noise from the street, the room overlooking the crossroads.

Room not air conditioned and on a busy road (noisy despite the double glazing) therefore without the possibility of ventilation in the event of a heatwave which was the case for our stay. Very simple breakfast but faultless for the restaurant!

Excellent restaurant

The family are delightful and very helpful. The dinner was very good indeed.
The negatives were no air conditioning in huge heat, and a lot of traffic noise even during the night if the windows were open.
Also it took 5 minutes for the cold tap to turn cold. Rye water in the pipes was very warm.

Ideal for discovering Cluny with an excellent breakfast and a very nice little lounge to sip an aperitif or a digestive!

The strong points are the catering, the welcome, the service. We regret the proximity of the road and the smallness of the room.

I particularly recommend the table at the Auberge d'Héloïse

very nicely woven into "la veille France", close to Cluny!

The hotel restaurant makes the difference, otherwise to access the rooms you have to make a little effort, but getting to the top is good.
