Very practical hotel given its location opposite the train station and very close to the city center on foot.
Excellent welcome and very attentive host +++ not hesitating to satisfy the customer in detail.
Carpeted room for too long. Tiny bathroom with mold between the tiles. Everything is cheap (rough toilet paper, tissues, very thin paper towels)

Very welcoming staff. The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the city. Possibility to take the free shuttle from the train station to the cathedral. Free parking around the train station.
Noise fans, you'll love this place: can't speak for all rooms (obvs) just Room 414. If it wasn't the bloke in the room next door talking till 0500, or the muffled banging and crashing somewhere in the hotel, it was the lift tones (bing bong) that started around 0700. Shame because the staff were friendly and welcoming and the restaurant lovely.

Clean hotel with all amenities: air conditioning, swimming pool, restaurant, etc. Spacious and clean room. Located 15 minutes walk from the cathedral and opposite the train station, with even a free public shuttle to the city center every quarter of an hour!

No air conditioning, just not very efficient ventilation so I was very hot... Very hot outside so if you open the window, no cooling and noise... Otherwise good and comfortable room apart from hot, good bathroom. For the meal, the average starter (gazpacho), little taste apart from that of the water but the rest, succulent, well presented and excellent, the service very good. Satisfied even if a little expensive for a non-air-conditioned room...

Very nice hotel very well located opposite the station and the city center on foot. Spacious room for the family room (2 separate spaces) Very pleasant swimming pool in summer. Charming staff. The only downside was the air conditioning problem for this family room which was not powerful enough with the outside heat and which could not be resolved during the stay. Paid hotel parking but possibility of finding free outdoor spaces around the station. We did not try the restaurant thinking as indicated that it was closed on weekends while the restaurant is open in the evening during the summer…..to be corrected on the information Very good stay. We recommend. Very good stay whatever.

Rather well located, nice room and bedding but the receptionist only partially understands French and is unable to give us very simple advice. Very pretty swimming pool if we ignore the greenery which develops in several places. Restaurant closed on weekends. And for the bill, the receptionist tried it several times. Very positive aspects but many details to review.

Very warm welcome by the receptionist on our arrival at the hotel, professional, simple and friendly as one could hope for in the best case. In addition, our room was already ready at the very beginning of the afternoon, before the normally announced time, and a space was available in the establishment's closed garage. We appreciated the calm of the room located on the pool side, the very good bedding, the kettle available, the separate WC and the quality shower. The eco-express breakfast turned out to be perfect for our expectations this day. In the morning when we left, Géraldine's kindness, patience and pugnacity allowed her to resolve a situation linked to our regulations which she was confronted with for the first time. Thank you for everything. If we were to pass through Albi again on our vacation route, without hesitation we would stop at the Grand Hôtel d'Orleans again.
Very pleasant welcome with friendly staff, as well as room service. The room is very clean, the bedding is very comfortable. The air conditioning in summer is a plus in the room!! Restaurant and service at the top! The car is very easy to park. I recommend with your eyes closed.

We found our room to be clean and comfortable. Enjoyed having a nice-sized TV in the room. Conveniently located immediately across the street from the train station with an easy walk to the city center and main sights of the city. We’d return!

Good professional evening stopover, a quality welcome both at the reception and in the restaurant.
Rooms need updating, and basically a 3 star. Breakfast is a very poor continental and expensive.
Looking for an escape for a couple of days and wanting to revisit Albi we were delighted with our choice. We were fortunate to find a parking space right in front of the Hotel. Staff were very helpful and were even able to open the Sim drawer of my husband's iPhone when he had a teenage hissy-fit! It's certainly an address we'll keep in mind if we want to visit Albi again.

Very good location, perfect welcome and check-out formalities, pleasant common areas of the hotel, very good breakfast (except the coffee, which is provided by the machine). Good bedding. Big downside: the cramped bathroom, bathtub unsuitable given the surface area of the room, water flowing between the shower and the sink area, toilet bowl too low. Improvements would significantly improve the quality of the hotel.

Very pleasant interior terrace in summer for meals - breakfast.. nice swimming pool! Possibility of garage (paying) for a dozen (medium) cars, first come, first served! Good value for money for the restaurant menus, with quality products. A quality stage with all the equipment (and even an Internet station to dispense with bringing your PC...)

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful stay.
Great location, beautiful breakfast (lots of home-made jams, cakes, etc.), not huge-but-nice pool, great artwork, large rooms, welcoming staff.
We would particularly like to thank Rachdi for his welcome without forgetting Géraldine with whom we had some great discussions. We enjoyed the meals taken in the restaurant with a plate of charcuterie and cheese with very good products and the rum baba a delight thanks to the cooks Elhy Bastien and Radoine. A quality service with Camille and Eugénie. A very pleasant stay in this hotel where we felt at home. Don't change ❤️

We had a very good stay. The welcome is very good, Théodora, Rachdi and Fabien are very caring and accompanied us very well. The catering is very qualitative and the meals are very good! A very small flat for the toilets and the sink which are a bit low for a tall person, as well as for the breakfast which would benefit from being redesigned in a few aspects, in particular the coffee. We will come back with great pleasure and recommend the establishment without hesitation.

I have been in this hotel in 2020, I paid 72€ per night, in 2023 I paid 102€. And there was no refurbishment of the hotel which would have been nice as everything is quite old. But well maintained.
