Fuyez. Sordide. Ils coupent toutes les prises de courant pas d électricité des 10 heures donc appareil de chauffage à l arrêt pas de charge de téléphone. Impossible dormir bruit des téléviseurs voisins. J ai appelé avec mon portable il ne répondent pas à l'accueil. La réponse levé vous et taper chez les voisins. À la limite un taudis. Les fenêtres pas étanches .bruit du vent l enfer. Ma pire nuit depuis des années. A éviter a tout prix
Too bad there was a party in the evening in the same place, music a bit loud and noisy people (festive for them!!!).
I have been stopping at this hotel restaurant for years now. I have never been disappointed. The staff takes great care of you. The restaurant staff, led by the chef, do everything they can to ensure that you leave the table heavier and more satisfied than before. Last night (November 10, 24) I was treated to a wonderful duck breast with a berry and honey sauce to die for! The dessert (apple en croûte) was also excellent. Honestly, I recommend this establishment twice rather than once!
Comfortable room and a very generous overnight stay.
Hello, the cleaning had clearly not been done for several days given the size of the sheep under the stools and the cobwebs at the top of the walls and under the beds. I am asthmatic and this subject is crucial. We killed 3 spiders whose bodies were more than 1 cm (I took a photo) and several small ones. Our daughter was terrified! Hotel that deserves a good renovation. Bed in 140 and ultra soft pillows. My husband however appreciated the bolsters, it is increasingly rare. On the other hand, the dinner was really excellent!

Always well received, the rooms are clean and the restaurant lets you discover regional specialties. Small downside on the rooms which could be a little more modern, but the setting, the swimming pool, the lake and the quality of the service and the staff make you come back.

This establishment seems to me mainly intended to accommodate groups. A little more monitoring in the general maintenance of the building and the swimming pool would be a plus. The table: very copious dishes.
Very warm welcome and service from all the hotel staff, a plus to the OWNER with whom we had very good contact. Excellent dinner with very good products and nothing to say about the continental breakfast. A little disappointed by the dilapidation of the establishment which could use a good HOME STAGING.....
Obsolete bedding Dinner too long more than 1h30 Hygiene needs to be reviewed €150 for a hotel like that it's a steal
upon arriving, a mixed reception then reservation for 2 people but I arrive alone after discussion I am made to pay 2 tourist taxes (0.44€ per person...) what a fortune!!! to finish leaving at 7 a.m. without breakfast because after 8 a.m.
Rooms very basic but made up for by quality of food and service
Quiet hotel with parking. Good welcome and service. Room, overlooking garden and swimming pool, clean but in need of improvements: pillows instead of bolsters, bedside rugs, shower instead of bathtub. Decent breakfast but lacking more choice: yogurts other than cow's milk, complementary fruits like bananas.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bedding is comfortable and clean, the room was spacious enough to spend a night. We would have preferred separate toilets and a shower with a rigid partition, without a curtain that sticks to the skin. Also, the soap bottle in the sink was empty. Breakfast is very varied, fruits, dairy products, eggs, ham. .. various breads and pastries. Only the espresso coffee from the large machine disappointed us, much too diluted for an espresso, no flavor. Overall, we were still very satisfied with our short stay in this hotel. Note that the swimming pool was open, with a few deckchairs for relaxing.

A very friendly welcome. A professional service. A very nice restaurant menu and very good quality. On the other hand, the rooms are aging, as are the bathrooms. Correct cleanliness nothing more. Particularly bathroom towels that are not very clean.

We had booked a 3 bed room and there were only 2 small beds. The room was dated, hot water after running the water for a good 2 minutes and bad bedding
The welcome is pleasant and professional. The restaurant is perfect. On the other hand, a lot to say about the room and especially the bathroom. The room we had was dated and could do with a makeover. The bathroom is dated and does not have a hair dryer as indicated on the hotel information sheet. We had, when booking, requested a shower, we were given a bathtub.

We were delighted with our stay at the Auberge du Pastel! Everything was perfect, both the welcome, the quality of the accommodation and the catering (excellent). We didn't expect to make such a good stopover. In addition, the hotel is perfectly located not far from Toulouse and Nailloux is worth a detour, with its pretty lake, its leisure center and the brand village. We recommend and we will be back!
