Gewoon slecht, vuile kamer, slecht bed, afgeleefd interieur, slecht eten, en de drank was prijzig. Dan ga je beter in een ibis budget, kamers veel aantrekkelijker alsook de prijs.
Clean and more than acceptable. Found. The dark grey Salvador Dhali devour a bit odd but it didn’t detract from the experience
Nice Inn Unfortunately the swimming pool is not heated, the liner is damaged so repairs are in progress and the swimming pool is accessible without a ladder. Spa offered as compensation but at a temperature of 30°C, a little cool for a spa. The manager was charming. The lack of staff makes the manager unpleasant. No gluten-free bread or lactose-free milk requested due to intolerance despite a promise made when booking. I can understand the supply problems...so I used the bread I had and adapted. On the other hand, the price of breakfast was maintained at €12, without any commercial gesture. Too bad!

Dissatisfied with the welcome we received maybe he had a bad day. Evening meal was a day menu so no choice. The place has become tired.

Cold welcome by the owner. Great dinner. Plain yogurts expired 5 days ago. Mold offered in the shower and on the ceiling. I found it a shame to find the windows of my room open when I arrived knowing that we are in the middle of a heatwave, note, no air conditioning in the rooms.
Just one night's sleep is enough. It's relatively calm, nothing to say on the subject. Bad shower head Dirty joints Uncomfortable mattress The TV is cute but... it's not a big deal

The Hotel failed to give us the code to return at night, so we could not reach our room and the hotel did not answer our calls either. So we had to sleep in the car until a customer coming home at 3 a.m. opened the door. Very bad experience…

We take note of your comment. But like you, many of the hotel guests that evening were invited to a wedding and all of them asked us for the code and returned without any problem. At reception and in each room it is clearly specified that if you return after 10 p.m. you must ask for the code at reception.

This was a quirky experience. Largely owing to the slightly off putting manner of the male host. Other members of staff were very nice.

On arriving parking is in a lay-by so that was terrible.
On entering lady was nice but her husband was a total rude nightmare and I wish I would have read the many negative reviews about him and his odd and rude behaviour before booking.
On arrival told only one started and either duck or fish.
The male owner kept us waiting when clearly not busy.
He said to me “When in France SPREAK French” how rude !!! I said sorry I can’t speak fluid French.
I asked for a menu and he said “wait five minutes” even though he stood there doing nothing .
He was trying to embarrass us and we really did not like him at all. He should not be within hospitality as he has NONE.

We left their restaurant before ordering food and even hungry decided to go to bed.
The carpet leading to rooms filthy and well worn. We took a video of how dull and dingy the corridor to the rooms are.

very warm welcome and great kindness. Unfortunately the rainy weather was not conducive to a walk around the lake, which I had enjoyed during a previous stay. A menu composed by the chef was very tasty and pleasant. Once before I appreciated the very rich menu of fine and diverse dishes. I hope that the arrival of summer and good weather will allow travelers on the highway and elsewhere to take full advantage of this pleasant, very well located stopover. A small problem, given my size (1m80), the size of the shower was quite narrow... But the cleanliness was impeccable as well as the equipment.
A hotel that meets our expectations: close to the highway while being quiet and in a pleasant setting with swimming pool and jacuzzi and a restaurant.

We had a very good night. The hosts are very nice but we had come two or three times during its splendor when the menus were sophisticated and excellent. This time it's a bit generic even if there is a bit of research but the products are average. It doesn't matter, I think covid has been there and we don't blame them. We will definitely come back one day.
We made our reservation via Booking, not knowing that the hotel offered a stopover package as part of a work stay, the staff of the establishment were unpleasant towards us. In the future, it would be preferable to indicate this type of information when booking.
Great location, clean and tidy with a nice restaurant. Staff are friendly and very professional and the food is delicious and good value for money. Don't be put off by the petty jibes about the owner, just because he doesn't do somersaults when you arrive or speak like a corporate robot doesn't make this a bad place, we really liked it and have stayed twice now. If we're ever back that way, we won't hesitate to make it 3 times
Significant mold on the walls, significant humidity throughout the room. Value for money not there.
A nice address but the owner tends too much towards obsequiousness and tries to "push" consumption at the restaurant level. A little more simplicity in the welcome would be welcome. Not taking customers for pigeons will help this institution evolve.

Great for taking a break on the way down south. Even arriving late we were able to easily access our rooms. To leave, breakfast started a little late, too bad. I couldn't find the wifi code though.
1 night spent in his home. The quality of the bedding is good apart from the pillows a bit firm. The welcome to review, the gentleman who welcomes us I think had to be silent because the less he could say a word the better. By account the lady was smiling and pleasant pity that it is not this person who makes the receptions. The decoration of the room could use a refresh. Mold in the room and on the joints of the shower. Breakfast is definitely not your 12€. Really a little salty (1 cheese and 1 ham), 1 marbled, 1 pound cake, croissant and pain au chocolat are not available 1 per person. No cold milk available.

Polite reception No proposal to get to and use the hotel swimming pool, too bad. Comfortable room, good quality towels and bath sheets. The owner is very present to supervise the breakfast room but not to help open a door or carry luggage For 12 € breakfast, a fresh baguette or fresh bread and not pre-baked bread would justify the price as well as a little more choice in tea. Note the offer of unsalted butter and salted butter.
Very warm welcome, comfortable room
The owners are really lovely warm people, nothing is too much trouble, a swim, a cold beer or WiFi, all dealt with quickly and with a smile. The menu du jour in the evening was outstanding. Served on beautiful locally made Limoges porcelain, it was both delicious and creative and at 25€ per person, amazing value for money. Madame was a warm and engaging host and took time out to talk with us about our journey. We had a good night's sleep and the shower was good with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was brilliant, plentiful and a wide selection. We particularly enjoyed the freshly baked viennoiserie and the locally produced honey. Simple and speedy check out and another smile from our host 😊 A lovely traditional auberge in a magical setting. Would highly recommend 😎
Room overall correct apart from the invasion of ants. The stay could have been more pleasant if the welcome had been warmer, but unfortunately the manager is sad enough to cry. We will never come back.

Very friendly managers, well appointed and clean room. In terms of catering, very good meal with good products and fast service. I highly recommend this restaurant where tranquility and simplicity reign, a place out of time really very pleasant!

The hotel itself is very nice, especially the dining room and the decor which is magnificent. The gentleman who greeted was quite rude, we felt we had put him out!!! My husband speaks very good French, so it wasn't as if we were expecting him to speak our language, which sometimes i know makes people annoyed. We felt like naughty children, like we'd done something wrong! We are in our 70's and so found carrying our luggage up the stairs quite a challenge. Our room was very clean except for a few cobwebs on the ceiling. Plenty of hot water which we like. The evening meal was very disappointing. We'd looked on the website and there were photos of a very nice selection of courses. When the same gentleman (I presume the owner) came to our table, we asked for a menu, to which he replied " no menu, this is what we are serving tonight". So there was no choice of starter, main or dessert 🤷♀️ 🤷 which was very disappointing. My husband ended up leaving half of his meal. The breakfast was good, but our overall eating for this hotel on our experience is not good, we wouldn't go back or recommend it to anyone else
