Comfortable hotel, excellent breakfast, but: 1. Quite far from the beaches and restaurants. 2. Restaurant closed, which is a shame in high season. 3. Friendly staff but absent a good part of the time. 4. Parking absolutely not managed.
Very good welcome, very pleasant person. Very clean room, well designed and large bathroom. Our disappointment is in the management of breakfast: only 1 person to manage breakfast and reception ... result: 3/4 of the tables not cleared so complicated to find a place. and shortages on the products. This choice of saving staff is not very wise given the price asked. And inevitably leaves this person also in a very uncomfortable situation. Too bad to cut back on this point.
Very good stay, we slept in the annex. Only one weak point: we would have liked more discretion from the service employees who clean from 8:30 am but slam the doors and stamp their feet without worrying about the customers who are still sleeping in the rooms right next door. As a result, we were woken up two mornings in a row.

I booked an evening stopover on Logis Hôtel which appears on the confirmation downloaded from the ETIK application. Arriving at the hotel I learn that there are no more evening stops because the restaurant is closed.

The receptionist at the hotel was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. We had a room in the annexe which was spacious and comfortable. The individual breakfast items were fine, but perhaps a little more creativity in the presentation of the buffet and laying the tables would have certainly improved the breakfast experience.

We had a very good stay. In view of the quality the only downside is to expect a courtesy tray. Good rating on bedding, cleanliness, as well as common areas. Very nice wooded park and swimming pool. To do again on Benodet.
the hotel has large rooms but with the carpet that was so rich in ancient times. the wooded park is very enviable. On the other hand, the price of the accommodation includes a non-existent service (heated swimming pool) because the swimming pool is clearly not in working order and has been for some time. Likewise, the reception was non-existent at best. We had the feeling of being knowingly deceived about the services.
Staff friendly. Whole hotel and outdoor seating very tired. Bedroom was ok but lift to third floor very dated. Breakfast was OK but stayed laid out even at diner. Dined in one night and was offered no choice from a menue. The food offered was purely functional and basic.
Was told hotel was being refurnished in the near future: it sure does need it.
Other than the above the stay was just adequate.
Small downside at Breakfast, the frozen breads even though there is a bakery right next door! At this price, we must have fresh bread in the morning, that's the least we can do. And shower without pressure and one day around 6:30 p.m. without hot water: average for a 3 star
Recent change of ownership, a break-in is necessary for this new, very young team.
There was no hot water for the first two days because the hotel had not refilled its oil tank! The breakfast buffet was almost empty at 9:30 a.m. on the first day. Bread and pastries seem frozen because we had to wait 15 minutes to get bread that came out of the oven. The bedding in one of our two rooms was catastrophic with uncomfortable springs. The curtains are not blackout and it is light as soon as the sun rises. The televisions are tiny and high up, to the point that if you watch while sitting down, the colors change and everything turns red. There are only half a dozen parking spaces but you can park easily 50m away on the street. The garden is very suitable for children with ping-pong table, badminton net and lawn.

Good welcome, very clean room, very small flat on the decor and the carpet which are starting to get tired but it is still very correct. Windows equipped with shutters, rooms very well heated, menu for the stopover evening very good, very complete, very pleasant service.

Arrived very late in the evening so no reception. Code for door worked fine and collected key for room. Bed in room allocated was like sleeping on concrete so following day mentioned this to lady in reception (very friendly and efficient throughout our stay) and she arranged for us to move to another room in the main block. No lift & no one to help up 2 flights of stairs but as I'm only 77 years old it was no problem!! (I jest!!) Our room in main block was large, comfy and overlooked the back garden area. Settee and table were appreciated. Large bathroom fine. Did not breakfast in hotel and restaurant was not open during our stay as no chef! (Stayed 30th Aug to 6th Sept'24) we sorted ourselves out for breakfast in the room, didn't fancy paying around 20 euro pp for a croissant, some fruit, maybe cereals and a cup of coffee for 6 days.
Plenty of free parking behind hotel. We did lots of travelling around arriving back at all hours so code for door came in handy! Benodet is nice, quiet whilst we were there but told it gets busy in season.
