everything was perfect
A vety special location and hotel with a wonderful Restaurant. Warn professional service by staff who are mostly family. The decor in the rooms and interiors is dated, but this does not detract from the charm of the place nor is comfort compromised in any way.
Disappointment upon arrival: room in an "annex" with comfort and presentation a notch below what one might hope for in an honest two-star hotel but totally unworthy of a four-star hotel. Fortunately, dinner at the restaurant was perfect.
High quality and inventive table and enchanting environment
I always find it a shame that when a hotel is not full, the staff does not try to give the best possible room (size, view, comfort, or even upgrade) to encourage the customer to come back. Cleaning a room takes the same amount of time regardless of the view or comfort.
Beautiful and perfect. Food is more than excellent. Beautiful nature soroundings.
