Bedroom: dirty floor not vacuumed during the entire stay (3 nights), torn bed linen Bathroom: shower not cleaned (piece of plastic at the drain not removed in 3 days), bits of nails on the floor....

Nothing to say about the spacious room with small terrace, the setting is very nice, just a small downside, the breakfast is a bit light

No breakfast the second night because they forgot to prepare it and no feedback from the hotelier regarding me

Everything is fine except the shower which drains in the opposite direction of the flow. When taking a shower, the entire bathroom is flooded. At the same time as I take the shower, I have to clean the floor

apart from the rotten placo partition in the shower and maybe the breakfast, nothing to complain about

I slept yesterday Wednesday September 25 and I found the person at reception not very friendly. I am a salesperson who has had an exhausting day, we appreciate the smile which was not at all the case. Disappointed that there was no coffee or tea in the room. Breakfast was not very attractive, the bare minimum. I booked because I have my Logis card but I was a little disappointed. The swimming pool does not replace everything.

We had booked a comfort room for 2 nights well in advance (3 months). Unfortunately, our grandson's baptism was cancelled due to force majeure. We left the hotel after one night, but it was impossible to get a refund for the second night. The manager made a small commercial gesture by reimbursing the unconsumed breakfasts and the tourist tax. We will surely return to the Mirage for the replay of the Baptism.

Room and bathroom very good, for access by a staircase of 14 steps, more complicated when you have balance problems, absence of ramp, faulty access door, faulty lighting in the corridor. Concerning breakfast: defective coffee machine. Value for money not justified. The staff does not seem concerned by the clientele, lack of maintenance of the entire establishment and the garden.

The 200 rooms... are recent, there is a lack of accessories to take hand and shower towels. A little greenery around the lagoon because the plants lack water. Room for 3 people in the new building. On the ground floor, exit directly to the outside, perfect for my son who loves going outside. Large room, good bedding, quiet, you hardly hear the others. Some finishes to review and lack of storage in the bathroom. Very nice secure exterior, with trees everywhere, shaded. Plenty of parking spaces. Very large swimming pool, surrounded by trees, few people. Pleasant staff. I really enjoyed my stay. THANKS

Quiet hotel with free shaded and secure parking. Room in the annex redone and air-conditioned with very good bedding. Very pleasant swimming pool area in summer. I find it a shame that the buffet breakfast is completely independent for a 3-star hotel: no staff present in the breakfast room, therefore no reception, no restocking when food is missing from the buffet, no cleaning the tables between 2 customers and you clear your tray alone. This is surprising to say the least in this type of establishment.

For years we have been frequenting this hotel surrounded by greenery with centuries-old pine trees, a beautiful swimming pool, friendly and helpful staff with spacious, very quiet rooms and large, comfortable beds. Good breakfast by the pool, internal parking easy to reach and less than two km from the center. Fantastic. Allow me some constructive advice, improving the care of the external greenery would raise the quality level of the stay.

I think hotel is nice and clean but few things could be improved, like tables around the pool and next to white building could be painted. They look very old. In the back there was old trampoline and very old tenis table, not looking good. Generally stay was nice and I would recommend this hotel.

Missing a restaurant… otherwise nice, comfortable, a little expensive because we have to go out…

I have been frequenting this hotel surrounded by greenery in the beautiful town of Istres for years. Traveling by car is the ideal situation, in the greenery, silence and tranquility in a few minutes you are in the city center, beautiful swimming pool, welcoming and spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, breakfast by the pool. We had a wonderful week in this hotel. The room was very clean, small fridge in the room, the service was fine. There are sunbeds at the pool and there are plenty of shaded areas through the trees around the pool. There was an extensive breakfast buffet for 10 euros pp, but no restaurant was open. It is a bit remote so at the end of the day we went by car to eat in the village. There is also a bus stop nearby that takes you to Istres in 10 minutes. But the last bus runs at 8pm or something like that. Also great spacious parking spaces (free), securely closed behind a gate that opens with a code. There is not much to do, but that was no problem for us. Recommended if you want to sunbathe, swim and relax in a beautiful garden at a hotel for a very reasonable price.

Not a Mirage but an oasis of calm during the Feria d'Istres! Room (annex building) completely renovated, very pleasant welcome and service, excellent breakfast (buffet) by the pretty swimming pool, proximity to the center, proximity to the pretty port in the clear hours... a very nice surprise!

I think that hoteliers are facing a real shortage of qualified people, no tpe, no solutions offered, no internet, no offer to have something to drink or eat, you have to pay in cash. Where is the nearest distributor please? answer pfff No idea room supposed to have a hair dryer and a view - view of a corridor with facade in front no elevator, no bottle of water in the room even paying and fridge on for ???

Good, welcoming establishment. Bedroom (23) with space, appreciated bath, and separate WC. Good bedding. Fridge (empty) on, and appreciated to put something cool. Air conditioning OK. For the Less: - Television: only offering DTT, without Canal +, is a lack of taste and service, compared to the establishment. - The exterior digicode should be installed to the left of the gate, which would avoid getting out of the car in the rain, to enter the code! (it is currently on the right. - It is to be considered, in the Lagoon, breakfast room, a simple catering service for customers, given that the hotel is out of the way.
