Perfect in the old center
We enjoyed our stay, we had booked with you independently, l had called & requested garage parking however on the day we arrived Monday 15th July in the afternoon there was no spaces in your car park we had to use public parking as suggested by the receptionist at Blois d'amour, we were disappointed as had a lot of luggage we would have preferred garage parking for safety reasons.
The hotel has a very nice location, however it was the breakfast that amazed us. The person in charge does not change the cutlery and paper placemats after each breakfast, and puts the crumbs on the floor with a napkin. Imagine the hygiene behind it.... The price of breakfast at 12 euros when you arrive there are two pastries left and the grapefruit juice has a funny taste, almost gassy, not great, there is no point in adding grapefruit juice. poor quality bottled fruit in small fountains. (it's limited). The tables are very low and also not very comfortable.

Lovely hotel in centre of town but very quiet and peaceful. Secure parking was a bonus. Very comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff. We really liked it here and have already booked to stay again on our return journey
This is a typical example of a bad experience which pushes the customer to no longer return to this establishment and even less to Logis. I booked an evening stopover on the hotel website last December 2023 for the night of January 15 to 16. I telephone the hotel during the day of Monday January 15, 2024 to cancel my reservation because I have an unforeseen event preventing me from honoring my reservation. The answering machine tells me that the hotel was closed for the holidays and will not open again until January 15th. This establishment debited my account for the amount of the evening stopover despite my telephone cancellation. Having the habit of frequenting this establishment and being rather very satisfied, I am calling today February 15, 2024 to try to find an arrangement by explaining the situation. The lady tells me that I have to cancel 48 hours in advance whereas in this case, it is an imponderable, by definition, 48 hours in advance, we are not informed!!! In addition, 48 hours before, the hotel being closed due to holidays, it is very likely that in the case of a respected cancellation, they would probably not have taken this into account either due to closure. This method is very dishonest and scam-worthy. The customer must pay no matter what. So at Logis, we no longer take into account last minute problems that could happen to anyone? At Logis, even a long-time customer like me must be considered borderline incompetent for not having respected the operating process. As a salesperson, I hear these days a communication in the media concerning your brand, you should quickly review your values with regard to your historical customers, your methods which are not worthy of the hotel industry. Other brands than yours practice approximately the same cancellation procedures, for former customers, we always find an arrangement! Obviously not at your place and even less in this establishment precisely. I will obviously not come back.
Hotel very well located. Tastefully decorated and comfortable rooms. Appreciable after a day of work. Only problem. You have to run the shower water for a long time to get it hot. I tried one of the partner restaurants for the evening stopover: ordinary... too bad!

Very nice home. We appreciated the secure parking. The room was fine, but just 2 minor criticisms: the TV is badly placed (room 19), and it's a shame to put carpet, which is less hygienic than parquet. Otherwise perfect.

Right in the center of Sainte, "cosy" comfort in a very well-kept comfortable hotel. Friendly welcome. Very good value for money.
I sleep in this hotel very regularly in the center which is very good. No restaurant in the hotel but it works with partners within walking distance.
Nice and warm hotel. Friendly welcome on arrival. The parking space (paying) is a plus because the hotel is located in the city center. Only downside: the breakfast service ended at 9:30 a.m. and refusal to give us just a little coffee at 9:20 a.m.... Surprising.
