The price is far too excessive considering the quality of the room. Good bedding but the hot water in the shower needs to be reviewed...

The rooms are a bit disappointing at this price level and this 3 star display. Very noisy. Tiny TV and difficult bedding. But it is clean and the person at reception struggles to offer the best possible service. When booking by phone, we were put in a three-person room because there were no more free couple rooms. When we asked that it be at the price of a two-person room and not three, we were told by the person (very friendly) who told us that she had to pay the price of the central...in the end, this room having a small problem, we were put back in a two-person room at the price of two.

Absolutely not comfortable bedding. We came across several cockroaches on the ground floor when we reached our room.

The owners are very friendly and concerned about the comfort of the customers. Special mention to the apprentice in service in the room very polite and very professional.

Overall everything was very good, it could do with a little maintenance work but let's not forget that it's a 3 star so I think that in this category and the price everything is consistent. Thanks to the restaurant team who were very welcoming.

This is a good guesthouse. The management and staff are attentive to the customer. The food is very good and of good quantity. Good value for money.

The people in charge of the establishment are very pleasant.

Happy when we left. Unfortunately when we checked our bill in the evening, they had counted 7 rums instead of one. After contacting them, they promised us a refund. We are still waiting even after a reminder! And this has been the case for 2 weeks. Too bad, it was a good stop on our way to the south. Unless we get a quick refund now, we will not be stopping there again. For those who spend the night in this hotel, check your bill right away!!!

The personal welcome at Hotel Vuillot is excellent. We were made to feel at home and the owners made us feel welcome. They also welcomed our small dog. The choice of food and wine was typical of the region and being Burgundy was excellent. Secure off-road parking at the hotel. We are looking forward to our next stay.

A top team and welcome, hotel located in the center of Cuiseaux with private parking on request. The hotel is well maintained, clean, very good breakfast with local products, the team was able to prepare us an excellent salad for lunch (normally not open during this time slot) so we say to ourselves that the pizzeria must be also good and therefore can only recommend! The only downside is the quality of the mattresses, which lacked support.

Everything was very good, except the room was a little too noisy

What a wonderful experience! Close to the highway, so the perfect stopover. Nice room, delicious dinner and breakfast and plenty of opportunity for a child to play. The staff was so incredibly friendly, hospitality is without a doubt in their DNA. And how kind they were to our son. Really a very warm place. I can recommend it to everyone.

Logis Hotel very well run by welcoming, smiling, very friendly and very available staff. Spacious, comfortable and clean room, new bathroom, a little small but functional. Concerning the bedding, a comfortable and soft mattress and pillowcases but a small regrettable point, we would have appreciated a 160 cm bed. Dinner and breakfast are plentiful, varied and excellent. We had a very good stay, an experience to recommend and repeat.

We were very well received, the managers went out of their way to put us in a room more suited to my large size. Breakfast very good, shame about the swimming pool we were in April. Comfortable and very clean room, well-appointed private bathroom, the shower is a good size. The village is magnificent. We recommend and will return without problem.

This is a lovely French hotel. We used it as a stopover just off the motorway. Ample parking and lovely and clean. We didn't use the restaurant but it smelt delicious! The staff both in the evening and morning were really friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I am a regular at stopover evenings in contact hôtel member hotels, but I booked for the first time at the Vuillot hotel. The welcome was very good and the room was very comfortable with good quality bedding and a recently updated bathroom with a walk-in shower. The meal was quality as well as the breakfast. And the village is pleasant. I just found the price of the SE a little expensive but it must be noted that since the COVID period, this has become a general rule in the hotel industry. In conclusion, if I am in the area I will return with pleasure.

The heating system is very noisy when the system stops, resulting in a temperature of 15° in the room when you wake up. No towels in the room, you have to dry yourself with the bath mat. The breakfast room is not heated and the furniture is uncomfortable, Formica bench and table.

Very good room service provided on Monday evening 11/27/2023. Pleasant young people but already very professional. Very attentive staff. Excellent welcome as well. Just the decoration of the walls a little white for my taste and the paintings not really in the style of the region. But hey, this is a detail. The meal + welcome + service (very good service!) at dinner and breakfast were a pleasant memory of my stay in this establishment. I also found the price of the wines reasonable, given the region. To advice .

Good welcome from the staff. Convenient parking lot. Quiet environment. It's a shame that the cleaning is not perfect (scaled shower, dust on certain wall lights, particularly in the bathroom) and that the soundproofing is not very good (through the VMC you can hear your neighbor very well who is showering and you hears telephone conversations well. But overall a decent experience which does not prevent you from having a good night's sleep.

During the stay it was announced that there was a swimming pool which attracted us to this hotel arriving on the premises swimming pool closed and not well maintained.....plus errors on the final note because a breakfast counted but not consumed.....correct set

Very friendly welcome. A lot of solicitude, attention to small details during our arrival and our evening from the team. We appreciated all the more that it was very hot on the road. We were even offered to help us repatriate our luggage from the car park and bring it up for us! The room was comfortable, exemplary clean (immaculate sheets and towels), sanitary facilities also "immaculate"; not a fly on the windowsill despite the heat. By leaning a little, from our window, we could glimpse the swimming pool, very tempting after the journey we had made in the heat, m the exit of Avignon but we were tired so we rather let ourselves be tempted by the comfort of the bed and a little "nap" before dinner. What a meal ! We appreciated the quality of the dishes so well prepared. There were too many on our plates. We couldn't finish everything despite our desire not to waste and to respect those who had prepared. As we were no longer driving that evening and it was the end of our vacation, we let ourselves be tempted by a little Crémant du Jura, a very pleasant discovery for us. The breakfast was just like our evening, plentiful and varied. We were able to see how carefully the managers were concerned about the well-being of their customers and gave good advice (even in the suggestion of activities to be carried out around Cuiseaux). This is a perfect hotel. The hosts are very kind and welcoming. Big pool, small room but good beds and perfect that we can stay with 4 persons in a room.
The dinner is very good quality we had a delicious cote the boeuf. And the breakfast was incredible everything you would like to have was there, all fresh fruit, yoghurt eggs sweet fresh bakeries. 😋
The value for money is fantastic, we can absolutely recommend it, there are even games and puzzles for kids.

I congratulate the boss for his kindness and his very early rise for the preparation of the best breakfast I have ever had in my life. . I wish him good luck in his business and I hope he will find some time to take a vacation. I will come back if the opportunity arises.. Life is beautiful thanks to people like him

Very friendly and welcoming! We set off early the next day and were pleasantly surprised with a croissant for us and our little children for in the car. Certainly ideal as a stopover as a family with small children because of the family room.

Not informed that there was a stopover evening menu Negative points: for room 1: the air conditioning broke down in the middle of a heat wave - broken wifi - the external shutter on the ground floor does not close - the window closes badly. - unacceptable or even dangerous level differences between the bedroom, the hallway and the bathroom. Sofa very uncomfortable and badly positioned to watch TV.

Beautiful old building with lots of little quirks. You couldn’t wish for better service and warm welcome to both adults and children. The restaurant was fantastic (and we do travel a fair bit) that incorporated local produce chosen with great care. Would love to come here during the summer too!
