Staff were very helpful. Hotel was super clean.. room was smaller then excepted. Location was prefect

The breakfast wasn't very exciting.

The Villa du Taur hotel is ideally located in the heart of Toulouse. The room we occupied was of very good quality. The breakfast is excellent. Finally the staff is pleasant and attentive.

Très bel endroit avec un personnel de qualité mais des fautes rédhibitoires pour un 4 étoiles : suivant les chambres, il manque table de nuit et prise pour chacun, certains fruits étaient périmés au petit déjeuner et surtout panne d’eau chaude pendant plus de 12 heures, inacceptable à ce niveau. Les Bansky au mur ça ne remplace pas le confort attendu pour un hôtel.

The open shower is not a good idea (flooding) and the soundproofing of the room/corridor needs to be reviewed.

The hotel is situated in a great location although anyone driving needs to obtain a password to drive down the street as the hotel does not volunteer this information. The room is small for 2 people as it is hard for one person to get in and out of the bed.

A very nice hotel. The quality of the bedding is very good. Very quiet hotel with a very warm welcome whether at the reception or the restaurant. The restaurant is exceptional. The quality of the products, the presentation, the seasonings... Finally a pure delight. Thank you to the chef who made me like foods that I don't usually like too much. I recommend this hotel and especially the restaurant.

Hotel in the city center as we like them... with character because very well renovated. The rooms are a little small but let's not forget we are next to the Saint Sernin basilica (magnificent) and the Capitol

I stayed at the hotel for a weekend in Toulouse with a girlfriend. The hotel was well-situated in the heart of the city, yet felt peaceful and private. We each had a classic room. Communication with the hotel via phone and online beforehand was always quick and helpful. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Our breakfasts were delicious - great variety of food and always fresh and plenty of everything. Our rooms were modern in design, comfy beds, air-con, tea/coffee etc. I would love to return and would happily reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent location and nice room, but a bit small.

Overall experience was very good except for two things. First, there were dust bunnies under the bench in front of the bed. It felt unpleasant when I arranged my shoes. Second, at the breakfast the tables were not set except for one. I didn’t know where I get a cup and cutlery, because there weren’t under the counter like usual. So we went out to get from a table that was set outside. The eggs and bacon platter was completely empty and wasn’t replenished during all our breakfast. And we came rather early, not last minute at all. Otherwise everything was good. Helping and polite staff, comfortable room…

A warm welcome, the desire to satisfy the specific needs that I requested, a big thank you to Jean, who knows how to discover the wine list with passion. I had dinner two evenings in their restaurant and there, ohhhh it was an absolute delight. The chef is a virtuoso. I recommend this central location with exceptional value for money!

Our executive room was too small and dark. The bathroom paint was completely peeling off, the sink was cracked in 2 different areas. The ceiling plaster was also cracked. The pillows were hard.

Perfect place to stay in central Toulouse.

Hello, there was only one large towel in the room, and only one small towel. The bathroom door doesn't close, the coffee machine doesn't work, the bed creaks loudly. We were also disappointed by the size of the room and the price offered for the breakfast: €23

Beautiful boutique hotel, perfectly located, with super-friendly staff and excellent restaurant! Special advice: Guests arriving with a car that is higher than 1.80 m will not be able to enter the parking garage recommended by the hotel - and the same applies to some other garages nearby. Therefore, it is recommendable to park either on the street in the hotel neighborhood or in the garage at Place Arnaud Bernard.

Very good, just the toilet and shower part, the opaque glass should have been continued for sink access when the person is in the toilet.

Good stay overall. Very nice home. Nice contemporary decor. Quality bedding. Excellent location and good exterior sound insulation. Disappointed by the surface area of the room and the interior sound insulation vs the price. Expensive breakfast for the diversity and quantity offered (buffet a little empty on our arrival)

I thought the Wi-Fi was terrible. I had clients that I needed to spend time with, and it constantly went down and I would have to re-start. That was my greatest disappointment.

Very pleasant hotel ideally located in the center near the city's points of interest. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the breakfast excellent with a large buffet and the staff welcoming. I would come back with great pleasure!

Very fine property overall, superbly located a 5 min walk from the Capitole with all its cultural amenities. The Villa can boast of one of the finest, most welcoming staffs I have encountered in France, very well trained and very customer-oriented. The bar and restaurant are a nice plus although we didn’t use them during our short stay. Only 2 minor suggestions for improvement. The chairs available in the suites and lobby area are very tired and in need of a serious upgrade. I hope I don’t appear too critical l but think 1950s American motel quality. They neither fit the image of a top-quality boutique hotel nor meet the expectations of customers paying for suites. A second small point is the lack of carpeting in the rooms. Some inexpensive, easy-to clean rugs would add a lot to the comfort and look of the rooms. We will definitely return.

The hotel had a great location and my room was nice - for the money, it was excellent. And the staff was amazingly helpful. They made me two dinner reservations at restaurants they had recommended and both were excellent.

Great welcome, a big thank you to Elodie. Clean room, very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast is quality as is the bedding! My only downside would be that the room overlooks the elevator and the door is not very well insulated.

For 10 years I have been staying at Logis program establishments, this is the best hotel and above all the best welcome I have ever received! Estelle and Elodie are extremely available, responsive and efficient. They gave me excellent advice and supported me in organizing this surprise stay for a romantic weekend in Toulouse. The establishment is ideally located in the heart of Toulouse, to fully enjoy the charm of the pink city. The hotel is very well maintained, combining modernity, charm and comfort.

I had a very pleasant two night stay in the Villa du Taur in September. It was very warm in the city but the air conditioning in the room was quiet and excellent. The hotel itself was very quiet and comfortable and I enjoyed being there.

Everything is perfect ! We had an excellent, peaceful night. The location is ideal. I highly recommend

A hotel on a human scale in an exceptional location very close to the Saint Cernin basilica and at the entrance to the rue du Taur which leads to the Capitole. Attentive and professional service. A good breakfast in the courtyard or indoors. And in addition a very nice upgrade!

The hotel is very centrally located and everything is easily accessible on foot. We felt very comfortable in the hotel. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are very nicely furnished. We can highly recommend it.

Fantastic location near many cafes and shops though this meant it was noisy in the evenings. Air conditioning was not efficient enough for warm evenings either. Bathroom is open plan from bedroom which meant no privacy however separate toilet room was welcome. One hook in bathroom was inadequate.

Very nice hotel, comfortable room, good bed, good bathroom. The only thing is that it does not have space in the sink and it is uncomfortable. It would also be good if the shower, which is so large, had a handle for the safety of the elderly. They only have breakfast, it is very well located and there is everything around: restaurants, pharmacies, markets, etc. They also treated us very well.

I love this hotel, I come to Toulouse regularly because the missions related to my work take me there and if I can I reserve in priority at the Villa du Taur.

The hotel is in a great location, literally next to a beautiful ancient basilica and only 5 minutes walk to the main city square. We very much liked the design and boutique hotel touch. The bed and breakfast (no pun intended) were excellent.

Villa du Taur is simply an outstanding place to stay in while in Toulouse. The staff is the loveliest ever, the location is perfect, the room offered is of high standing for a good price. We'll definitely come back with great pleasure.

Hotel very well placed in Toulouse, however room absolutely not soundproofed, you can hear everything that happens in the rooms next door (music, sex etc). In addition, in the room I moved the heating there was an astronomical amount of dust, in the bathroom the “VMC” ventilation was holding up with precisely 4 cotton swabs. It is deplorable. And finally, I leave the hotel explaining that I took a bottle of evian and finally I receive an email explaining to me that I have shown bad faith. Very disappointed with this place, which is clearly not worth that price.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa du Taur. The hotel is perfectly located, quiet, and easy to access. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the layout perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful. This was especially important as we had a fire alarm go off in the middle of the night and we all had to rush out of our rooms and assemble in the lobby. The young man who was the night manager handled the situation with calm and professionalism. He checked the entire hotel for smoke and fire and made sure everything was safe before allowing us to return to our rooms. He deserves a paid day off for doing such a great job! The young woman the next morning also made sure we felt okay about what had happened. We felt very good about how the staff handled everything and they should be commended.

A friendly team and a problem with the heating which was solved since we were offered another room.
