A warm and kind welcome.
Intolerant to gluten, I specified this when booking 48 hours before, nothing planned cat the message did not arrive according to the manager. Result, a small piece of cheese and a slice of ham for breakfast, for 11 euros.. .average coffee again...never seen such a disappointing breakfast in your network...the room is OK, but no sound insulation and no shutter. In short, very average...

Correct welcome. The heating in the room was not activated in advance so I had to do it and wait for the heating to be correct. Bottom of toilet not really clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast good. However, I was not able to park in front of the hotel. Good stay overall.
Rustic but inexpensive. No light in the bathroom, report made but to no avail.
2nd stay in this hotel that I recommend pleasant and competent staff correct price of the evening stopover I would come back on occasion
Correct welcome, but not very warm at the start. Perfect restaurant service, an extremely professional waitress worthy of the hotel industry. Sparse breakfast. Room very correct but nothing more.
the hotel is good, but it is imperative to eat there. above all do not leave without having tasted their cuisine. Their cuisine is sublime to compare those who know a world-renowned establishment. last summer I ate at Georges Blanc in Vaunas (01) for an exorbitant sum of €500 per person. and there at the hotel de la forge in Noyal sur Villaine. I had a taste experience worthy of a 4 star for a modest sum of less than €45 for the full menu. starter I chose the homemade foie gras accompanied by candied figs cut into small cubes it was a flavor!! accompanied by gingerbread and small balls of hot bread crispy on the outside and the crumb tender, it was succulent then main course I had the steak with port, on its mashed potatoes with port sauce also homemade topped with crispy vegetables short but creamy cooking and small mushrooms it was wonderful the cooking everything was a festival of flavors. then to finish this succulent meal I chose for dessert fig tart I have never tasted a dessert of this quality in my life !! small figs cut in 2 on the height direction and cooked in sugar placed on a tartlet of thin shortcrust pastry and covered on the figs with a scoop of vanilla ice cream placed on a mini meringue and a very thin caramel cake placed on top accompanied by a thick vanilla cream creamy and soft in the mouth not too sweet just the right dosage. what to say this dessert is of a quality of a starred chef the best value for money that I have been able to taste in my life to summarize only a True great Chef knows how to master hot dishes and desserts of this quality being myself a cook and amateur gourmet I can only savor such a delight if I can go back to RENNES I will definitely stop at this hotel for its cuisine. So if you are also true gourmets and know how to appreciate real French cuisine made with taste and know-how, do not hesitate, you will thank me for having recommended this table to you!
