A very good experience. A very friendly, timeless atmosphere. A great gourmet experience too.

Well-appointed hotel that has retained its character. Good meal in the restaurant. One small drawback is the check-in time, as the hotel doesn't open until 6 p.m.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Hôtel du Vieux Fusil. It is a half-hour drive from Beauval Zoo. The parking lot is large and very easy to access. The welcome is warm. The room is very clean and functional. The breakfast is perfect, which can be enjoyed on a sun-drenched veranda overlooking a garden. I highly recommend it!

A pleasant inn, the welcome was very warm, family atmosphere with candlelit dinner. Congratulations to the chef for his excellent cuisine and bravo to the entire team. A place to discover. I recommend it and we will be happy to return.

The family room was very comfortable (2 bedrooms, one with 3 small beds, and the other with a large double bed). Beautiful decoration, two TVs...very good! The dinner was more disappointing, however. Rather high prices and average quality of the dishes. We expected a better service for the restaurant, it's a shame...

In the middle of Sologne, an unusual place where you can eat really well. The setting and decor are very nice. We will come back during a more colorful season.

Les lits dans les chambres avec jardin sont très bruyants et peu confortables, ce qui nuit à la qualité du séjour.

J'avais choisi cet hotel logis pour régler par cartes cadeaux Logis, mais malheureusement, le personnel ne savait pas comment les encaisser. De plus, le service client de Logis était fermé le samedi, ce qui m’a empêché d'utiliser mes cartes cadeaux comme prévu. C'est dommage que la procédure ne soit pas clairement expliquée, tant pour le personnel que sur leur site internet ...

The heating in the room did not work, very dirty, bad smell, there was a big dog in a room that barked at night, the owner did not make much effort to apologize for the inconvenience, I do not recommend at all

Arrival a bit rock and roll with last minute warning not received because in transit. The hotel is well placed for visiting the Loire castles, the food is good, the breakfast very expensive.

This is my third stay. Most relaxing and enjoyable with helpful staff.

Lack of air conditioning in the rooms, there were 4 of us in a small 10m² room with only one opening so it was not possible to create drafts so in the middle of summer with high temperatures we were hot and therefore slept very badly. Cruel lack of power outlets in the room. Breakfast from 8am, too late we are on vacation but with a program and the road, 7am would be a more appreciated time.

The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast was correct and plentiful. Quality restaurant with local products, and the plates are generously garnished! The setting is bucolic and family-friendly. The little extra: the welcome, availability, and advice from the boss and his team!

Hello, to understand my dissatisfaction I was thinking of booking an evening stopover with an air-conditioned room (Logis filters) to find myself in a caravan at 30.5° (interior temperature). The worst being that I arrived at 5:15 p.m. to find reception closed even though my reservation confirmation told me to call for an arrival after 6 p.m.!?! I had to come back at 6 p.m. as the phone was not answered. A misunderstanding, certainly, but painful when you're running after time at work.

This Logis is ideally located between the castles of Chambord, Cheverny, Villesavin to the north, Amboise, Chenonceau, Chaumont to the west and Valençay + the Beauval zoo to the south. The welcome is very warm and family-friendly. The room offers very good comfort and calm reigns there. The very pleasant staff, dedicated to their task, serve us dressed in Solognot clothing on weekends. The menus offered suggest a discovery of local recipes composed of regional products, it is copious and very good. Finally, all in a very cozy setting where it’s good to be there. How pleasant it is to still be able to find establishments which do not fall into the trap of “trendy” decor where predominantly black and gray colors transform beautiful restaurant rooms into funeral home waiting rooms. Here, none of that. You eat in an atypical and timeless decor which gives the room a special character that you will not find elsewhere. The breakfast is plentiful and very good. In short, you will have understood, won over and enchanted us by this establishment with very good value for money.

I was a "no show" for many reasons. However the quality of communication was excellent. I will definately try again.

The rooms on the garden side can accommodate young children and the garden furniture available is a plus.

Super stopover in Loire valley region. Room was good and had its own entrance and private balcony. We came in very hot period and a fan would have been helpful. Very clean and had all we needed.

The restaurant was superb. Extremely helpful and knowledgable team, great service , wonderful menu with lots of regional interest, and beautiful cooking. We loved it and it is a 'destination' restaurant now for us.

Pleasant hotel however smell due to lack of ventilation mold in the shower and headboard a little questionable big yellow mark otherwise very comfortable mattress and pleasant room we could not test the breakfast because we thought it was served at 7 a.m. we thought it was just Sunday it's true that it was May 1st it's a shame because otherwise we would have taken it at 7 a.m. but we had to leave at 7:30 a.m. I can't evaluate the welcome because it was closed since it was Sunday and so was the restaurant.
