Very good stay overall!! Very friendly staff! Too bad the air conditioning didn't work but for one night we were happy with it.

Magnificent establishment in the heart of St Céré. Exceptional staff. Very neat decoration. Spacious and comfortable room. On the edge of the river. We will come back with great pleasure!

Even Victor Hugo would have been delighted to stay in this establishment along the river with a pretty park shady.. No one can come there who will not come back.. A big thank you..

Charming staff, pleasant room on the river side, clean. A thank you to the very welcoming lady and the two waiters as well as the Chef of the restaurant, it was perfect, from the starter to the main course until the dessert a real treat for the taste buds, beautiful presentation, hearty which whets the appetite afterwards a treat of excursions in this beautiful department rich in beautiful heritage. Thank you also for guiding us to discover the Rosé Coteaux de Glanes which we took in our suitcase when we returned directly from one of the producers, also a great encounter. To repeat and recommend The Victor Hugo and the Lot. Your Aveyron Customers.

Clean hotel and comfortable bedding; the rooms are a little dated but functional. But the staff are so lovely that it more than makes up for it!

Decent welcome, nothing more. Ordinary room decor, bathroom with black joints, this is common in many hotels and needs to be reviewed.

at the reception, the landlady gave us the key to a room...occupied!!!! our surprise on entering to see a suitcase, things on a chair, etc... we go to the hotel regularly and this has never happened to us, you have to have a 1st time!!!!!

Very well maintained establishment. The view is magnificent from the rooms, on the river side (the 3, which I occupied). Quiet environment, although in the city center. Very decent breakfast.

Hotel not equipped with parking, but free parking nearby. Booking via the hotel website, easy. Friendly and professional welcome. Cozy atmosphere, beautiful dining room, tables set with care and impeccable service. Careful restoration. Spacious room, quality bedding, but cramped bathroom. Breakfast served as a buffet, simple, but quality products. Very good value for money in Saint-Céré.

The accommodation is correct, a little "old-fashioned"' but the restaurant is great and makes the whole thing very pleasant.
