Restaurant le Saint Georges

Very conveniently situated in a lovely village. Staff very polite , welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and adequate for a short visit, perhaps the bathroom could be updated.
A good place in general terms for a short stay, we were on a longer journey to the south and this hotel catered for our needs; restaurant. The village has good facilities, boulangerie, supermarket with fuel and nice park. And places were open!

The bedding should be changed, I had back pain and the bed base creaked, not great and poorly soundproofed. The price is high in view of the sad room, I will not return. On the other hand, the team is very friendly

Nobody to greet but all as was told receptionist called to say just let yourself in as no staff in hotel breakfast all good

In our reservation it was clearly specified that there would be a room with two 90 cm beds on the ground floor because we have a small dog. However, we were offered a room on the 2nd floor without a lift.

A tired hotel, luckily with really good staff.

For a short stay this hotel is very suitable. The meals are correct and the price-quality ratio is good.

Very disappointed with this last stay. Dirty room with cobwebs and lots of dust under the bed, very dated bathroom with a strong smell of sewage. Tiny shower even though we are small. We came for the location for 3 years, we will not come back. The price remains correct but does not justify the quality of the services of our last stay. On the other hand, nothing to complain about the welcome and the quality of the catering, everything was good! Too bad...

Booked via Booking a 3 star hotel room, on arrival only 2 stars at the establishment, a little complicated to find the reception, but very friendly people. Once the keys were collected the room was easy to find, once inside the room was a little old, the bathroom really needed to be redone urgently, the cleaning was done really quickly and the maintenance of the air conditioning needed to be reviewed (the finishing panel on the front that protects the filters is missing, may not be of much use but visually it doesn't look good at all :( The beds I would say were not really comfortable, much too "soft" but that's just a personal opinion. The breakfast was nothing to complain about, it lacked nothing, the room was pleasant, no complaints at all, at the reception friendly person nothing to complain about

Very decent and well located hotel, the room was clean although a little old and the hair dryer did not work. But for one night, it was perfect. Otherwise the service was very good and the staff charming. We had dinner and breakfast there, it was good and the atmosphere friendly. We recommend without problem for a short stay.

Very spartan room. Shower 60 X 60, you must not be 1m80 tall, it is not easy to shower. We rented two rooms, the first on the church side, the carillon every hour until 11pm and we resume at 7am. No air conditioning in the middle of summer, impossible to sleep with the windows open. Second room on the street side. The vehicles pass, no air conditioning, if you want to sleep a little, you have to close the windows. TV remote control that does not work and it is impossible to get new spare batteries. Concerning the restaurant, few staff. A person who takes care of the reception, takes the orders, serves the customers, it is hard. No menus to choose your dish. We really wonder what the manager of this establishment is doing. Certainly at home when these poor employees do what they can. Conclusion: this establishment is unworthy of bearing the name Le Logis. This is the first time I have seen this. It is catastrophic.

I booked a room with 2 beds, and I found myself with only one bed.. the strongest we want to place the responsibility for the change on my partner who had not taken care of anything Meal served in the evening outside in the wind and the cold so flat cold very quickly

No reception. Had to pick up keys from the room. Rooms clean but shabby, but heater was working. Looks as if it hasn’t been renovated for about forty years. Bed comfortable enough for one person but not for two. I’d only stay there again if I were desperate.

Poor quality or old bedding, at the price of €103 per evening stopover and the 3 stars… What a shame

Unfortunately the water in the shower was cold, and the heater did not work properly. In the restaurant the dishes were far from the standards of lodge hotels. On the other hand, access is great, and it is very easy to arrive and leave

Spacious room, nothing to say about the level of heating. In the room there was additional heating. It was extremely cold. All night long. Air conditioning does not work very disappointed with this stay., in the bathroom, there is no heating, you can't even take a shower

User of Logis de France for years and always satisfied. I don't understand how this establishment can be included in this guide.

The hotel is very nice place to stay. The hotel is located in the middle of the village, opposite of the market place which is village free parking place too. Meline the receptionist was excellent host we couldn’t be happier, also food in Logis Saint Georges was fantastic. We ( 2 sons, hubby and I ) enjoyed our 1 night stop there.

Reception in the evening execrable. Restaurant inoperable. On the other hand, the next morning a very welcoming woman and a decent breakfast.

Very welcoming hotel staff, however the rooms are dilapidated: peeling wallpaper, tiny shower cubicle, broken taps and very uncomfortable bedding. The village is pretty but noisy. For a 3* hotel it is very disappointing, renovation to be planned! The restaurant is OK but lacks seasoning in the dishes, the setting of the restaurant is nice with a view of the cathedral.

Great choice for breakfast & value for money

Greeted by a very nice girl. The rest is something else. Poor cleanliness of the room, we found a pip corn next to the bed and dust under the bed. Puddle under the window. Horrible heat, the window had to be left open despite the heat wave. Very noisy because very busy street so difficult to keep the window open despite the heat. Poor quality bedding and flimsy pillows. Restaurant closed due to lack of staff. Very disappointed, this hotel does not deserve its 3 stars

very friendly staff. but performance below my expectations. in particular an out of order air conditioning, a double bed with tired springs, and noise from passing vehicles in the street.

Nice experience. Warm welcome and pleasant room (but located on the road side so a little noisy with the windows open). Dinner and breakfast are plentiful and of high quality. To be recommended therefore.

Most relaxing two night stay in any accommodation we, family of 4 with 2 teenage boys, have had anywhere in many years. Beautiful town and the hotel is perfectly located with a view directly across from the medieval church. Parking available and high speed WiFi worked very well.
Highly efficient check-in. Promptly given a room key and shown to the elevator in person, very friendly and old world. We had booked a quad and it suited our needs perfectly. A double bed plus two singles. The beds were very comfortable and could only have been improved by extra pillows which I suspect would not have been a problem if I had asked for from the desk. The bathroom and WC were ensuite and had all we needed with a powerful shower and loads of hot water.
We skipped the offer of a dinner reservation on arrival but judging by the standard of the breakfast provided on both mornings of our stay I suspect it would have been fabulous.
The breakfast buffet was as good as it gets and had a wide range of offerings to suit everyone. When the croissant's were all gone they were replenished with even bigger and fresher croissants! A selection of jams, butters, honey and even Nutella were available to suit all tastes. There was charcuterie and a range of delicious cheese with breads, fresh fruits and juices. The coffee machine produced a full range of coffee from bean to cup and if you preferred tea the choice was extensive.
I would choose to stay here again in an instant and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
