Restaurant le Relais du Serre

The room is simple and the beds comfortable. We were told that the restaurant was closed for both days of our stay. We were then sent a text message informing us that the restaurant was finally open on the second day. The area around the hotel could use some TLC.

The restaurant was closed without warning the customer. Very unpleasant smell in the room and common areas. Hotel classified as essential but it is not essential that it smells bad. The manager was absent on arrival. On the other hand, he gave a 4.5% discount on the price of the night to compensate for the lack of catering in the evening. I would never go back.

The quality of the communication upstream suggests a quality label but it is in no way: the hotel is in its clean 60s style but located on the side of the road and the surroundings are not very well maintained.

Lost in the countryside, while remaining easy to access, this hotel is a haven of peace. The boss is very available and smiling. The room is very decent with a big plus in the bathroom. But the real plus of this hotel is the restaurant, what a menu!!!! I who had booked without thinking, how lucky I was to come across this hotel

We only benefited from the accommodation. Catering closed on Thursday evening. Pleasant room, very quiet. Heating was welcome, as the night was cool. Good bedding. Bathroom WC very good. WiFi, TV. One problem: parking: away by steep stairs. We are 75 years old, difficult for us!

Quiet, pleasant family hotel.

Very nice home. The staff is attentive, warm. The bedroom, the various circulation areas and the dining room are clean, comfortable and simply decorated. We feel good.
