Superb hotel with rooms in small pavilions with private garden

the bathroom is not very big

A nice discovery. Stopped for a stopover at a very reasonable price I came across pretty independent rooms spread out in a huge shaded park. Not to mention the delicious restaurant and the kindness of the staff. Need a stopover, stop here.

Exceptional environment and setting, surrounded by various varieties of trees, shrubs, flowers...in a "Respect for nature" style. Welcome, services, cleanliness...everything is perfect. The local menu is worth the detour. Perfect location to discover the Camargue.

everything was very good! just that for the parking a little far when you have a disabled person! Staff at the top, and especially very good cook! Missing ramp for disabled people for the shower, and bleach or other products for the toilets to clean yourself in case of accident!

Very good establishment, very good service with very professional staff AND ABOVE ALL AND ABOVE ALL A restaurant with divine, varied, refined cuisine, a mixture of flavors and taste surprises every evening whether for the half-board menu (market menu) or the local menu. At the end of the stay we allowed ourselves to go and congratulate the chefs and their teams in the kitchen because this table really deserves the detour.

What a pleasure to return to the calm of Mas des sables after a few hours at the beach, visiting Grau du Roi (unmissable for the port and souvenir shopping!), Aigues-Mortes (I recommend the tour of the ramparts at the top and the boat/manade ride 👍), Saintes-Maries-de-la-mer (very touristy but magnificent church), Baux de Provence 🥰 etc… A special thank you for their kindness to Théo at reception (who installed us in the same room as 3 years ago!!), as well as the lady who injured her knee (I hope you are feeling better) On the room service side, each of the ladies is charming and super accommodating, and finally on the catering side, thank you to Agnès for breakfast (we had a good chat 😄!), a huge thank you for our last dinner, booked a little late, but we were still able to eat thanks to the extreme kindness of Charlotte, the chef and the gentleman in the dining room 🥰🥰🥰 !!! Thanks again, it went straight to our hearts The food is excellent!! Thank you, as written in September 2021 (we couldn't come back before), here we are back! And we will come back as the Camargue is such an endearing region!! Just one suggestion: would it be possible to install an electrical outlet next to the two bedside tables...? very correct overall

We spent a weekend at the Mas des Sables with my 1 year old baby, great welcome, the staff is caring and attentive, always smiling, both at the reception and at breakfast in the morning it is super pleasant. The farmhouse is super beautiful access to the swimming pool, playground, ping pong table we even have access to the canal by a private access nice walk where you can see the horses. The breakfast is super plentiful both savory and sweet. The apartments are super well equipped, small fridge hair dryer, towels they even lent me a travel cot for my baby, then the air conditioning which is super pleasant with this heat. I had a great weekend and I will come back with pleasure next year. Thanks again to the Mas des Sables!

Stayed here several times and always moor than happy with the hotel, the pool and the service.

My annual rest stay

Value for money only 4 stars because it is quite expensive, but considering the services and offers, the hotel is much better positioned than many more expensive "competitors" or even much more expensive. The only downsides are the poor condition of the "night access" and "exit" roads, part of the exit has however been renovated. We found the bedding a little hard, but we are over sixty, the extra sofa bed for our little girl was perfect. The size of the main bed was royal, not measured, but it was a good 1m80!

We found the quality of the breakfast products a little less good than before.

Very good stay at Mas des Sables. The team is welcoming, smiling, attentive and very professional. Small drawbacks, the noise of the road which can be heard at the level of the Mediterranean Rooms (63) as well as the curtains of the Room which are not blackout enough. Apart from these small points, the breakfast is good as is the swimming pool. I recommend this hotel.

Nice room but unusable terrace, no light in the evening and watering in the morning

I have been coming back to the Mas des Sables for years. Very close to Aigues Mortes while remaining in a calm and peaceful place. Close to the canal for beautiful walks. A welcome always of quality and a hearty breakfast. The swimming pool is refreshing during the day! Note no mosquitoes in the room and on the terrace for a week!

Very good evening meal but served too quickly, just enough time to finish the aperitif, which is a shame.

The only downside in the catering area during breakfast was the failure of some customers to respect the smoking ban without any reminder from the staff.

We had a great week in your establishment, nothing to complain about the meals as well as the breakfast it was perfect. Let's not forget the staff of the establishment as well as the cleaning ladies. We booked for 5 nights, 2 rooms at Mas des Sables, for 2 adults and 2 teenagers aged 17. When I read the various reviews, I got scared, there were a lot of bad reviews, but I had already booked... We were very well received, the rooms are very clean, so of course, they could do with a little freshening up, but that didn't stop us from sleeping. The bedding is very comfortable, the place is very quiet and the staff extremely kind. We also had our breakfasts, the buffet is very varied and replenished on time. The restaurant offers good menus of good quality. All this to say that even if everything is not perfect, we had an excellent stay at the Mas des Sables, you can go there without hesitation.... moreover the geographical location is perfect, we are at most 1/2 hour from the different seaside towns (Palavas les flots, Saintes Marie de la mer, le Grau du Roi etc...)

Very good establishment. Too bad the pool deckchairs are always occupied by the same people. Lack of education and civic-mindedness. One day they will have to be rented out, so other people can enjoy them.

A very quiet hotel, large and comfortable room, always clean. The top of the rating is missing only for breakfast: varied sweet and savory assortment and of more than acceptable quality, but with very little variation from one day to the next and for those, like us, who stayed 7 nights ... just a little too repetitive.

Small detached house in a large wooded garden, very quiet, very spacious room for 2 adults and 1 child. Perfect breakfast to start the day. Very friendly staff.

The setting is magnificent, the staff is available, friendly, smiling and welcoming, in short, attentive to their customers, the place is magical and beautiful, our room was spacious and relaxing on the ground floor with a small terrace with a table and chairs, I only had one regret, that of not being on vacation to be able to stay there longer, one night is too short, we did not have time to enjoy the swimming pool and the catering service.

We were in the lodges. The lodge was really dirty (we were charged 150€) There is a beautiful bay window (you can't even see through it) Showers are dirty... not to mention the details. The sheets have stains and the towels too! Not very cool...

Le Mas des Sables is a charming 3-star hotel, very well located not far from the ramparts of Aigues Mortes (5 minutes by car) in a green setting. The superior room reserved in the villa was very spacious and comfortable (king size bed, bathroom with double sink, large corner bathtub), the decor is chic and modern (beautiful crystal chandelier in the center, taupe tones). The swimming pool is very large with two pools of different depths. We dined at the reception bar before having dinner at the hotel restaurant (very good service and food), we thank all the staff of the establishment, who were very friendly, attentive and professional.

Very professional welcome but a little too standardized for my taste, impeccable catering service, very attentive to the customer. Very pleasant, well-maintained swimming pool as well as the gardens. Perhaps for room 23, the interior decoration and furniture needs to be rejuvenated a little too much in its Provençal style, but it is once again a question of personal taste... because I have known the hotel since its creation, having frequented it at this time several years in a row and I haven't found much change... I will try another category of room next time it might suit me better according to the description I see on your site .

Hello, this is the second stay in this establishment, the staff is pleasant and courteous, the room is very large with good bedding, all it needs is a small fridge to store bottles of water or other for the beach.

One night spent from July 7 to 8, 2024 in this magnificent place. The place is quiet and peaceful and we were upgraded to the room compared to the one we had booked. The restaurant offers a nice and affordable menu with a large outdoor terrace. The swimming pool is a big plus.

It's a shame there is no shower because it's a bathtub with a glass window. A walk-in shower would be better

If you pay 5 days in half board, the price will be paid for 5 days. De kamer was bij aankomst wel niet echt proper, na de dagelijkse poetsbeurt was onze kamer dan wel zoals het hoort. The air conditioning system was perfect, it is even better. Het zwembad was zeer proper en goed onderhouden en voorzien van voldoende ligbedden en de schaduw. The bed and breakfast of the dinner at the restaurant was served ahead of time. Tijdens ons verblijf was er een large groep die het diner nam opeen een apart terras, Toch slaagde het personeel er in om iedereen perfect in professionaleel te bedienen zodat dit dit niet stoorde voor de andere klanten. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf!

The welcome at the reception is exceptional, everyone is of rare kindness - the site is exotic, very pretty, shady and very appreciated during the summer heat. Perfect stay

We loved our stay at Mas des Sables from our registration to the final payment. the welcome and the availability of the staff, the cleanliness, the maintenance of the common areas but also the good meals made with local products, fresh and well worked, always different and stimulating our taste buds, the varied breakfasts which allow to taste products unknown to taste. Only one downside, in our "Camarguaise" we were disappointed not to benefit from a 160 cm double bed, it is easier to relax especially in periods of extreme heat, at night we turn off the air conditioning which is too noisy. If we return to this region, there will be no question of looking for other accommodation. We chose your establishment on your website, the parking, the proximity to different places to visit and also the comments left by other customers on Tripadvisor where I leave my feelings about the places where I go.

We first discovered Mas des Sables in 2011, when we needed an overnight stay after flying in to Nimes. We were enchanted, and have since revisited in 10 of the subsequent summers, spending a total of over 30 nights at this wonderful venue. The choice of accommodation is excellent, and the quality of food in the restaurant is always good; breakfasts are always a delight (particularly if the weather allows us to eat outside), and the staff are professional, friendly and helpful. We will return again!

Very friendly welcome and staff. On the other hand, in the room near the bed there is only one electrical outlet (clearly insufficient). In the bathroom it is necessary to put toiletry bags on the floor (shelves non-existent), the same goes for the hooks (none). We expected a little better for a 3 star. Also missing a welcome tray.

The hotel, located in a large park, is made up of several small houses in which the rooms are distributed. Our room was very good with French window, and terrace with 2 armchairs and a small table, very pleasant, and not overlooked. The staff is very welcoming. Very well located hotel, 2 minutes from Aigues-Mortes by car. And very close to the Rhone à Sete canal which can be reached directly on foot.

Beautiful place in a very Camargue environment, very close to Aigues Mortes (45 minutes on foot). The serenity of the whole is however spoiled by the very busy and noisy road which runs alongside the park. The Mediterranean room is spacious and pleasant with its terrace, the large and comfortable bedding and the large bathroom with two sinks. Despite everything, given the price, one would expect everything to be impeccable without technical problems (drainage of a sink, push button for flushing, uncertain heating by air conditioning). A courtesy kettle with a few sachets would also be welcome. Otherwise clean, comfortable and quiet once the window is closed.

The lack of air conditioning in the room bothered us and the quality of the meal was not up to par with those type of establishments

The exterior appearance of the small houses is a little shabby but the interior is very comfortable. the space between the beds and the table is a little too tight. There could have been deck chairs on the terrace to enjoy the sun. The equipment of the rooms is perfect and the staff takes great care. Thank you for this stay.

I would like to point out that I know the hotel having gone there for the first time many years ago and having returned. The hotel is located in a magical place, it has a truly particular structure, ideal for a stay, it is a sort of "widespread" hotel. However, they should better maintain the external spaces, as well as the connections between the various structures. The direct access to the canal is interesting and allows for beautiful walks starting from the hotel.

Very humid room, empty shower gel bottle (not reported because at 8 p.m. you don't want to ask for shower gel), very very average cleaning in the bathroom (mold on plinths, cups (in plastic) soaked on the edge of the sink )...no courtesy tray (kettle, tea type)...on arrival a very friendly welcome from a young woman, on the other hand the next day for payment, a very friendly young man, didn't ask me didn't ask if everything went well!! So I didn't tell him of my disappointment... Too bad the site is large, well maintained, near via Rhona, 15 minutes walk from the Carbonnière Tower... a few details could make a big difference! !

You almost have to bring a 4*4 to get to the hotel... a small kettle in the room with a few sachets (tea, herbal tea, etc.) would be welcome. Fortunately I'm skinny otherwise it's impossible to access the toilet 14 euros breakfast...even as much as you like, no thank you

Hello spacious room however very old furniture, not comfortable bed (2 single beds pushed together) spider web on the bedside lamps stuck to the wall, very old bathroom with bathtub (impossible to hang the shower head to wash the hair, dirty bathroom window and curtain, bath towel that leaves something to be desired...) toilet passable, room not at all soundproofed you can hear all the noises outside... for the parking plan to come in a 4x4, the photos do not correspond in any way from the photos that I saw on the site.. on the other hand pleasant setting and very good lunch, very pleasant staff on arrival, on the other hand at departure, we told them of our dissatisfaction but they didn't care at all of what we were told and didn't even ask us if our stay had gone well in your establishment.. could do better

It’s one of the larger hotels in the Logis portfolio, and accept ps large groups eg coach parties. At meal times these large groups can be very demanding for hotel staff to serve. Access and exit roads are uneven and need repair and improvement.

Big downside regarding the dilapidation of the classic room allocated to us. Major renovation work to be carried out (windows, shutters, wall radiator, wall cupboard). Excellent bedding. Unstable and almost non-existent Wi-Fi. Top catering team with well-crafted menus in good quantity.

Very nice, quiet little bungalow, the room was spacious, the pool very large with enough deckchairs for everyone and a very friendly welcome. You quickly reach Aigues Mortes and Le Grau du Roi.

Quiet room, but bad smells in the bathroom which ruined our stay (1 night). Nice swimming pool, wooded area allowing you to stroll along the canal. Well-stocked breakfast buffet

The only problems are the very uncomfortable pillows and the wifi that works poorly and intermittently

Large spacious room, comfortable bedding except the pillows. Unfortunately a lot of noise outside, especially the proximity to the busy road. No terrace in our room, no bottles of water or courtesy tray. Shower in bathtub without wall therefore impossible to use without taking it in hand. I found the room too expensive, to that still add 14euros / person for breakfast, it comes to 200 euros per night. For this price it would take a better standard. The soundproofing of the rooms leaves something to be desired, you can hear everything in the adjoining rooms!! Good quality restaurant but very simple, the restaurant staff very welcoming and friendly.

We had a very good stay, very nice swimming pool, small flat on the bedding.

Pleasant stay, welcome, accommodation, service and quality of the meal very pleasant. The customer service is very pleasant without being oppressive. Signage on arrival would have been a plus.

Very nice hotel complex in a huge park with excellent organization in relation to the accommodation possibilities. Special mention for the decoration and the comfort of the Camargue rooms.

Good overall: the necessary things are missing in the room (bottle of water, coffee, tea, sugar, electric kettle) as there are in all Logis and breakfast time, when you are on the move professional, is at 07:30 and it's too late. Otherwise very good restaurant.

Everything leaves something to be desired, on the whole the - and + covet each other.
