Very friendly & helpful staff
I have stayed at this hotel several times but not in the last few years, so I was interested to see whether it was still as good as I remembered. I was not disappointed. The hotel is in the attractive, historical, small town of Beze in easy reach of the motorway. Our room was comfortable and good value for money. The highlight was our evening meal in the cosy restaurant with a blazing log fire. The food was excellent.
Hello, I have a problem regarding a reservation made on December 10th at the Logis-Hotel Le Bourguignon establishment located in Beze. Following the reservation, I noticed that the number of beds planned in the room was insufficient, so I contacted the hotel directly to see what could be done (adding an extra bed or something else). I was told that there was no possibility. So I requested the cancellation of the reservation, which was confirmed to me directly by telephone. That day I received an email from Logis-Hotel including the invoice for the night with the amount being debited by credit card, even though I had cancelled the reservation by contacting the establishment. I contacted the hotel, which told me that it had sent me several emails asking me to cancel it myself, emails that I had not received. (I only received the emails from Logis-Hotel). I am aggressively dispatched and the owner hangs up on me. Please understand that if I had received these emails I would have made the cancellation although I thought that it had been automatically managed by the hotel during my phone call. We have trusted logis hotels for a long time for our reservations and hope that you can find a solution to this unfortunate problem. I also have a reservation for the night of January 4 for an establishment referenced logis-hôtels. Counting on your return. Best regards,
Very pleasant and attentive staff. The food is excellent! The building is tired, single-glazed windows so you can hear the street very well and room doors from another age, you can also hear the corridor very well.
