The bed was comfortable and the restaurant very good.

Perfect welcome and level of amenities. Private and secure parking.

Quiet hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very good restaurant.

When we arrived at the hotel, our room hadn't been made up and we had to change it. We were missing bath towels, the room didn't match the photos on the website, and €17 for a breakfast that left something to be desired.

Mixed experience here. The lady who welcomed us was brilliant and made us very welcome indeed. In contrast the lady who checked us out should never go anywhere near hospitality. Aggressive, abrasive and downright rude. On the previous day I had phoned to check that the restaurant was indeed closed that evening and could she recommend somewhere to eat that night. Her words ‘I can’t help you’ and then slammed the phone down. We shan’t return if she is still there.
The hotel overall is quite good but it is a bit tired in the bedrooms. Not bad though.

DISAPPOINTMENT FOR A 4* HOTEL

Very convenient for a trip to Perpignan. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast, but if you arrive among the last (and even before the end of the service), unavailable products are not renewed (arrival at 9 a.m. for a service end at 10 a.m.). Too bad!

The evening meal is very simple. And no wine by the glass or in a box.

Good stay overall, nice welcoming, the hotel has a bit too dark interior, outdated, did'nt smell fresh, good bathroom, and everything worked as it should. At night some idiots with noisy cars which wike us every night, good breakfast with all you can imagine..

Great hotel. I usually come here when I'm traveling to Perpignan, close to everything. Well located, equipped, pleasant and very professional in all aspects, it's always a pleasure to come, warm and pleasant, We eat well, sleep well, everything is well laid out, there is space, very well equipped, A pleasure to come back every time

Very good service overall. Extra value for money, I think my wife and I can rate it. After a trip to 12 countries across Europe and after having stayed only in hotels, we have a little experience of judgment.

Terrible. Staff don’t understand English. Waitress smelt of smoke. Unable to tell us what the butcher’s choice of meat was!! Thought it was pig but it was beef and tough!!!!! No idea what came with it either.
Waited 20 mins for our drinks and had to ask again for them. Air con not working in room and receptionist said hotel temperature is what it is despite the instructions in the room stating if air con not working it can be controlled by the reception team. Hotel dark with so many lights not on. Seating areas so dark and no bulbs in lamps.
Worst hotel of our trip. Avoid.

Friendly staff but seems inexperienced especially in the restaurant and breakfast. The duck on the menu was tough and burnt. Room ok but bath towels for 1 person ald 2. But overall: ok

Las camas incomodísimas. Se clavaban muchísimo los muelles, de hecho los podías tocar solo con con acariciar el colchón. El hotel super oscuro, la terraza estaba bien, pero al dar a la carretera se escuchaba mucho el tráfico. La habitación nada insonorizada se escuchaban los de la habitación de al lado muchísimo. También encontramos hormigas al lado de la cafetera y la nevera perdia agua. También olia muchísimo a polvo. Por decir algo bueno. La habitación tenía un tamaño adecuado y el baño estaba separado pero bien. También tenia una cafetera que es un plus.
Una de las chicas de la recepción hablaba español y fue amable.
Relación calidad precio mala, muy caro para lo que ofrece.

Air conditioning not working and all lights disconnected when we arrived. We were given 1 bathrobe without a belt instead of 2.

la habitacion bien, la terraza muy sucia, las zonas comunes oscuras, sin climatizacion y bastante mal olor.
el personal de recepcion amable.
por la noche a la cena el camarero estaba mas pendiente de hablar y bromear en la cocina, que en atender a los clientes.
en resumen no volveremos, no esta a la altura de un 4 estrellas.

We stay here for the 3th year, both on the way to Spain to our holiday adress and on the way back to Holland. The swimmingpool is good, and also the beds and airconditioning. We surely recommend this hotel for a stay (-over). And nearby the highway.

Zeer tevreden. Voldoende parking (+ auto kunnen laden). Vriendelijk ontvangst. Propere kamers. Zachte bedden en goede airco. Restaurant was voor ons redelijk beperkte keuze maar wel lekker. Ontbijtbuffet is zeer ruim, veel keuze en lekker. Zwembad is lekker verfrissend en proper. We verbleven er kort (doortocht Spanje) maar raden dit hotel zeker aan.

Nette kamer en volgens afspraak was ook onze hond er welkom. We hebben zelfs een speciaal plekje in het restaurant mogen gebruiken zodat onze Labrador Retriever naast ons kon liggen terwijl wij van een lekker diner genoten.

We had a good stay. Despite all the hygiene in the bathroom of the room needs to be reviewed.

Call to confirm information: we were on hold for 10 minutes for the first time. Then a second time 15 before getting an answer. It was indicated on the air-conditioned room reservation. In the end 25 degrees in the room and no air conditioning or even ventilation. After requesting activation at reception. quite disappointed and no compensation offered for the incorrect description of the room.

Everything was perfect until breakfast.... normally served until 10am. And at 9:45 a.m. almost everything was put away. No more cheese, no milk etc.. our table was still there but we were disturbing..

Location and parking OK that's all I can put in positive points The presidential suite is not at all worthy of a 4*, the curtains are filthy (I washed my hands every time I touched them) the remote control which does not doesn't work (I get up to change channels, adjust the volume etc), remove the red sofas from the office which are filthy I preferred to put my 48 hour bag on the floor than on the sofa To finish even if it's not pleasant this that I can understand, don't hesitate to educate the young woman at reception because she took my comments personally and was not very pleasant

Chambre vieillotte, on nous vend du rêve sur le site mais la réalité est tout autre. Il y avait du verre cassé au sol dans la salle de bain derrière la porte... Pas de douche mais une baignoire, le fil n'est pas assez long pour accrocher la pomme de douche au support prévu à cet effet. Décevant.

I would not repeat this experience at this hotel. Not used to it because every time I went to a home in France everything was impeccable. Housekeeping of the room very disappointing because it was very poorly done, it was reported on arrival and noted by the person at reception, crumbs on the floor, stuffed animals, coffee machine not emptied, trash can, bedspread torn and stained and apparently validated by the manager will have to ask questions about cleanliness or look in the dictionary what that means or change jobs. Cleanliness does a lot for well-being within the hotel and did not make us want to eat at the hotel restaurant.

It is a shame that the non-smoking rooms smell of cigarettes. The balconies are equipped with ashtrays, hence the smell. Too bad for this type of establishment.

The pillows are not of good quality and the bedding was not liked... Some traces of mold in the bathroom.

A Very Good Hotel, sunny and quiet with good welcoming and cheerful staff, a breakfast with lots of different choices and very good to taste.

More and more disappointing. The rooms are no longer up to standard, as are the equipment and hygiene. The same goes for the catering section with an identical menu two evenings in a row. A cold plate. Positive point the waiter is proactive in offering something else

The quality of the breakfast was really poor. At 9:15 am, there was no juice and no more was put out. There was also no more baguette, eggs, bacon, or croissants. They had also run out of clean bowls and coffee cups. The tables were not cleared until the staff were prompted by the guests. An incredibly disappointing and poor experience. Guests should be given their money back as it was really not worth the money

Well , this propert isn’t far from restaurants , cafe etc . However , they could do with re painting the dirty walls , taking cleaning a bit more serious. There was soo much dust on the head board, under the bed , on the floor, mould in the toilet . My son is allergic to dust and I suffer from terrible hay fever . Couldn’t stop sneezing and coughing all night . Couldn’t wait for morning ! Staff were polite and helpful in regards to where to get food . Wi-Fi didn’t work at all , and because the room hasn’t got any phone to contact the reception, we couldn’t get this sorted and our room was far from the reception.

The room had a very bad smell, like sewer. They gave us an air freshener and compensated us with breakfast for both days of stay

Everything is really good but a little refreshment is missing. Room 104 hole in the bathroom door filled but not repainted, there are also two towel racks normally but one missing, you can see the clip on the wall. These are small details but it's a shame.

Everything was very good, however the breakfast was not worth 16€, compared to the food that was there.

We were required to provide a copy of our identity document. We refused to provide it and did not stay in the hotel, this formality not being justified by the hotel regulations which simply require proof of identity which we did by presenting our valid ID cards. Hotel to ban!

I don't think that's your 4 star average bedding towel 1 for 2 and the air conditioning doesn't work breakfast expensive for what was there

Decent hotel offering 4-star services: laundry, swimming pool (very small), spa, restaurant, parking, etc. Very good for a stopover hotel Unfortunately not up to par in terms of quality: too close to the Perpignan ring road (car noise), industrial breakfast, bathroom to be redone (joints, etc.)
