We stayed for a full week with our sick little girl and our assistance dog (which was also billed to us). We had warned them in advance when we booked. We were supposed to stay 4 more days the following week but we cancelled everything given the first week of our stay. We arrived with a frosty welcome as if we were disturbing. We had to choose each component of our breakfast at 5pm for the next day (unheard of) and no pain au chocolat was offered. We were ordered to pay for all the breakfasts in advance. We wanted to try at least one before deciding for the week. Honestly we did well because at €9 for breakfast for a croissant, a coffee and 3 mini industrial pancakes reheated without a buffet it was far too expensive. We left in the morning at 8:30am and came back in the evening at 6pm to go out to eat and come back at 8:30pm. By never being there, the manager took me to task by surprise in a corridor and in an aggressive manner to tell me that we were making noise. We lived peacefully with our extremely well-behaved daughter and we did not even have time to put on the TV. This has never happened to us and we were saddened to have to spend a week like that.
