Very pleasant and calm. Good atmosphere
The room had a carpet full of stains. While we had booked for three, there were only towels for one person. Breakfast was served too late compared to our departure time.
Modern and comfortable hotel, very nice in the city center. It has kept the quality of high class hotels in all simplicity. Above all, do not change anything.
Our room had very stained carpet that was really disgusting. The breakfast was lousy for the price 10.50€. There was no more black tea even though it says “palais des thés” on the door. No yogurt or cottage cheese, no fruit or compotes, no cheese and eggs. The brioche was completely stale. In short, a scam.
Come alone, billed for 2 people! Handling error when booking? No commercial gesture, inflexible manager: mediocre behavior, for a just average establishment.
No one at reception, small room, not enough towels, forced to update the TV channels myself, hair dryer without its hose, shower gel that doesn't work, good meal but at a crazy price for what was on the plate, breakfast not up to par, ... in short it causes a lot of problems!!
A very good hotel restaurant in a pretty little town in Burgundy
I had been in this hotel 40 years ago. everything remained almost as it was......in the bathroom, the leaking shower was patched up with tape. There is no hook to hang your things and very little room to put a toiletry bag. upon arrival at the hotel at 6 p.m., no one. we contacted the hotelier by telephone and he told us to take the key from the key box....
we like to stay in smaller hotels because of the charm. This hotel had no charm, it was distant; key in key box, owner not seen. We got a room with a very dirty floor (large stain and many small stains, too dirty to walk on), shower was completely broken. We were given another room and the aperitif was deducted from the price. Owner had it arranged by the cleaning lady, he hung up the phone or did not answer; no excuses. When we wanted to pay, he had put twice the room rate on the receipt... Too bad... so much could be made of this hotel; a lick of paint and new carpeting would do wonders...in the meantime, the room rate will be slightly lower!!
Hotel to be completely renovated Shower with difficult water regulator, dirty toilet. The correct bed Friendly reception and room staff. Quiet room because on the courtyard Hotel too expensive for the services. And booking had not registered our request
The hotel price does not correspond to the service: No shower curtain, broken skylight shutter, dust and cobwebs everywhere....
The hotel has seen better days the bathroom was falling apart, not enough linen IE. towels pillows the breakfast was sparse to put it kindly it would be cheaper to cross the road to buy a coffee and a pastry. Overall it has gone downhill since our last stay.
