We rented a room with a large bed for one night. Very good, good sleeping conditions, pleasant room. The only big problem is the soundproofing. In the morning, the room neighbors were talking a bit loudly, but still, we thought at one point there were four of us in the room. Regards

Disabled access room. Bedding needs replacing. Remove the shower curtain and install a sliding door. The bedroom door doesn't lock.

It felt strange walking into such a cavernous & seemingly soulless hotel. We were disappointed upon check in to discover the restaurant was full due to a function. It would have been helpful to know this when booking. We like Logis because of the restaurants.
The bedroom was spacious & the bed very comfortable.
The hairdryer did not work.
The toilet seat was coming off.
I like having a kettle in the room but was strange to have to place the tray on the floor to operate the kettle.
The man on reception was very helpful.

I sleep about 15 nights a month in hotels, this one is one of my favorites, the welcome is exceptional, the food worthy of a starred restaurant, I feel a bit at home and that is very important to me.

It should be noted that all the staff (reception + restaurant) were very attentive.

Problem very bad smell in the room due to the backflow of water drains in the bathroom sink and shower. It would seem that this only concerns the rooms on the ground floor of the right part of the hotel. In this case as there were obviously other rooms free they could have reserved me a room "without smells" Problem at 04:30 in the morning the general alarm went off for 5 minutes! triggered by two customers who did not know how to enter the hotel ... Indeed there is no code that would allow you to enter the hotel. You should know that there are 2 doors that allow you to enter at night. Which for my part does not seem very secure to me ...

Soggiorno in this hotel for transfer of my loved ones. The quality ratio is very good. It is very comfortable and available, the sound level is amped and can be used, the green position is very quiet and comfortable for the best stage. Ristorante annesso con cucina di livello. Consigliato!

Perfect Evening Stopover

Too bad I was forgotten yesterday at the restaurant. There is a lot of sewage coming back into the bathroom. The person at the reception doesn't care at all.

This hotel is a bit lost but the welcome and the service in the restaurant are very professional (staff currently training at hotel school, very stylish!). I was not able to have breakfast because I was informed that it was only served from _ o'clock on Saturdays.

Correct hotel, clean room, the only problem is the noise made by the cleaning people in the morning.

We stopped at the Hotel de l'Abbaye for one night. It is an establishment that I highly recommend. The welcome was perfect, the rooms we had were spacious and very clean. I also recommend the restaurant "Le Cheval Blanc" where we had dinner.

We have stayed at this hotel several times as a stopover and were happy with everything this time too. The small room (perfect for one night) was clean and even had a small selection of instant coffee and tea as well as mineral water for making it.

Each stay is always as satisfied with the welcome, the quality/price of the rooms and meals. The Hotel de l'Abbaye in Ferrieres en Gatinais has become our "must" on our trips to the South several times a year. Absolutely recommended

We have chosen this lovely hotel both for our journey back and forth to the South-West of France for a few years now. The welcome is always warm, the rooms are value for money, the staff is attentive and the food is of good, if not excellent, quality and of French standard (which is no longer easy to find in some parts of France). Again, we enjoyed our stay to the full.

Very good restaurant with the hotel. For that alone, it's well worth it. Comfortable bedding, clean room, although the bathroom could do with a lick of paint. On the other hand, no one at reception on arrival, TV remote control not working, shower head not fixed... A bit lacking in details! Not a big deal,

We spent a wonderful stop here: a very nice and very clean room, a quiet location, a great kitchen and very dog-friendly. We were greeted in a friendly manner and served very attentively. Highly recommended! But one small thing could be improved: if you walk your dog on the large lawn and the dog makes a pile, you can either leave it there, which would be a mess, or you can take small bags with you and collect the pile. But then there is no trash can anywhere you can throw it in.

The hotel is very clean, welcoming and very quiet. The restaurant is refined. The breakfast is perfect.

Despite a somewhat hectic schedule, the welcome went well. The room was spacious and perfectly suited to my professional stopover. Excellent "stopover package" dinner.

Just one downside: I slept in a room with twin beds and as the hotel was full, it was impossible for me to get a replacement. For the rest, everything was perfect.

I wrote 2 emails in the last 2 weeks to make sure we can have the same room type as last year. No answer. Not the same room type. No service. Very dissappointed. The cleanliness is not acceptable.

The hotel is clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The room smelled nice and was fresh. There was no musty odor. The shower is glass and see-through. I forgot my AirPods Pro, and they gladly retrieved them for me and left them at the front desk. It's inexpensive and has great value. A rare combination these days.

Nice hotel for a stopover. The "standard" rooms are a little small as well as the bedding.

Booking.com is asking to much for the room. Better is booking directly on the site of the hotel much cheaper.

I would have said very good if there had been either air conditioning, a fan or, at least, a mosquito net on the window so that we could open it wide without being invaded by insects. To be expected during periods of extreme heat! Excellent meal and very pleasant staff.

I asked for a room on the ground floor with two beds. It was confirmed by the hotel. When I arrived I got a key of a room with one bed.
I turned to the receptionist and he gave me a key of a room on the first floor. I told him I wanted a room on the ground floor. There wasn’t any room left. I asked the receptionist to fix the problem because I had a confirmation of two beds on the ground floor. In the end we received a triple room on the ground floor.

The hotel was great and in an charming, quiet location. There is plenty of on-site parking and upon arriving the staff were very welcoming. The hotel was very clean and also extremely airy and relaxing with an outdoor terrace overlooking a beautiful lawned area with woodlands at the rear. The staff were excellent. They were extremely helpful and friendly and a credit to the hotel and restaurant. We ate at the restaurant in the evening. Le Cheval Blanc. Oh my!!! What can I say. Total bliss. Superb food and service 10/10. I cannot praise this restaurant highly enough. The food was totally amazing. Probably the best meal I have ever had in my life. Cooked to total perfection using only the very finest ingredients and with superb service from the staff to match. I can only praise every aspect of my stay at this hotel. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here. I would highly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay here again. Thank you very much and well done!!!

Our suite is downstairs and perhaps therefore poorly ventilated, so there is a nasty smell in the bathroom. Very dog friendly and our dog is welcome in the restaurant and breakfast room. With a lawn directly accessible from the room, perfect for our dog.

I chose this hotel for the proximity of the wedding venue, the Royal Abbey of Souppes sur Loing, to which we were invited, the hotel met our expectations for a short night 😉

The room is very small, very noisy towards the parking lot (adjacent restaurant with loud guests in the parking lot who were smoking in front of the open window), you can't tilt the window (you can only open it all the way), the toilet seat wasn't screwed on, ... all in all too expensive for what is offered. Accessibility is good, the place is wonderful, but I won't stay here again, even though I drive the route regularly and stay in the region.

At each stage at the Hôtel de l'Abbaye we appreciate the quality of the welcome, the comfort and calm and the excellence of the meals.

I recommend it👍. We were passing through with a dog. Room 👍. Bathroom👍. Reception 👍. The dog had plenty of space to run around in the garden 👍.

Great location on drive to the alps and whisky the room was small it had everything needed including kettle and was really clean. The welcome was excellent and lovely dinner with great choices and amazing wines by the glass. We had seen poor reviews on the breakfast but it was great - there were even waffles and maple syrup! Would definitely stay here again

On the way back we stop for a night in this hotel a few km from the A19 motorway. very easy to find in a pleasant village with a beautiful collegiate church. friendly welcome. adapted room with walk-in shower; impeccable cleanliness. We eat at the restaurant in the evening and have no complaints about the quality from starter to dessert. Nice surprise, classic buffet breakfast but varied enough to suit everyone. Impeccable value for money.

We stopped for one night on demi-pension. Sometimes this means you are treated as a poor relation in the restaurant but not here.`Excellent meal.
The hotel is easily found from the A19 motorway.

some minor imperfections (toilet bowl, water supply to the sink, front door to the room not closing) and above all: refusal to register my stay on my ETIK account because I did not have my number with me !!!!! whereas such a mishap had happened to me in Géradmer (88) and my stay had been registered without problem!!!

Dans l'ensemble l'hotel et restaurant sont correct. Nous avons déjà visités (y compris restaurant) l'hotel à plusieurs reprises, je trouve peu de variation dans les menus du restuarant (identique depuis début juillet et mi-aout.) La qualité est ok mais pour un client qui passe regulièrement, un peu plus de variation serait apprécié.

Nice room but very small without air conditioning, in the bathroom no shelf or other support to put a vanity or anything useful for the toilet, the toilet seat badly fixed and the taps badly cleaned and no siphon stopper! Catering very well impeccable service and good quality of products. As for the breakfast, good fresh produce, a little more variety in the charcuterie will be appreciated. Good overall!.

Tres bien, mais le prix du petit déjeuner est 12,50 €. Sur la confirmation de la réservation de Logis (par mail du 31 mai) un prix de 10,00 € etait indiquer. Le petit déjeuner est bon, mais une différence de 25 % est quand même significative.

We were pleasantly surprised by this small town of Ferrières-en-Gâtinais, where it is very pleasant to stroll. We cycled around (Montargis, Briare canal, Lunain valley...), charming little roads. Very nice staff, very quiet and comfortable rooms. For the restaurant, very careful service and sophisticated dishes. A very nice stay a few km from the Scandibérique (EuroVélo 3) - cycle route that crosses France.
