Excellent family run hotel. Clean , convenient, including everything we needed. Friendly and helpful innkeeper. Delightful! Homemade breakfast was delicious! Will stay here again when in Hendaye!

If you are looking for luxury, do not go to the Bergeret Hotel. But friendliness, the family aspect, availability are much more important than luxury (and the rooms are quite comfortable) and the Bergeret family has no lessons to receive in this area. I recommend 200%. And in addition, breakfast with homemade products.

This is the only Logis we have ever stayed in that refused to allow us to eat a dinner. We had to wander the streets until we found somewhere as most places were fully booked. Ourselves and a french couple from Paris were refused because we had booked through the Logis site and not directly with her. I am 78 years old and have trouble walking and really expected to dine in the hotel restaurant.

Thanks to Marie Carmen, her husband and her son for their warm welcome. The hotel is right in the center of Hendaye with private parking, the rooms and bedding are impeccable. We will come back without hesitation. 😀

it s a nice family hotel , to be safe and cool , to eat lovely traditional things and drink lovely cocktails , on the terasse , to be sure nobody can find you , and bother you , to hide your car safely , to have a Basquian breakfast , to start the day nicely ... and to be...happy ? of course Maria Carmen , is a part of it ...cyril , as well ...and the chef ...is a real old fashion chef ... the way we loved it when a child...and the way we do not want it to change ...the taste of the past and the comfort of nowadays .

Very friendly family. They were all willing to put themselves out for their guests. Excellent standard of accommodation and food. The FOOD was overwhelming! We ate far too much! But we enjoyed it all. Highly recommended!

The gourmet restaurant that we were hoping for was not open. It should be noted that it is only open for half board, which you cannot predict when you have not seen it. Some blunders in the reception and handing over of keys should be improved. The decoration is dated and not in good taste.

Ideal room and location for a short family weekend in Hendaye to go and observe dolphins and pilot whales with Explore Océan.

Excellent time in the evening stopover! Very friendly owners, warm welcome, lots of “Homemade” products, beach 200 m away for running or walking. During this period, air traffic stops between 11 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. so the night is very calm. I will return there with great pleasure.

Family and friendly establishment as there are few now. Very good reception, the hoteliers are pleasant, attentive to the needs of the customer. Very clean and functional hotel with private parking and a few meters from the beach. Very good breakfast with a maximum of homemade products, price amply justified in view of the quality of the products. We keep this address for a future stay!

Interior soundproofing a little light in the morning (shower above) but quite acceptable. Great breakfast, all homemade at a good value for money 🥰 I recommend. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming hosts who coped well with our minimal French and Spanish language. Very comfortable, quiet room with a generous private veranda, good bathroom, air con if needed. Excellent breakfast for 11 euros. Generous check in/out (2pm/midday) . Well situated for beach, restaurants, shops and laundrette. Definitely recommended
