Stayed mid-March 2025 for 4 days to visit this beautiful area. The hotel was perfectly located, close to the city center, the large and beautiful pedestrian bridge that crosses the Rhône, next to the cinema, etc. Indoor parking. Very warm welcome! Super professional staff, always attentive. Thank you! Comfortable room with everything you need for a pleasant stay! With a kettle, when it's cold, it's very pleasant! Little noise, except for the occasional train passing by. Restaurant service next door in the same hotel. In conclusion, you won't be disappointed! Thank you to all the staff for this warm welcome 😀

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The restaurant has always satisfied me and the work team is extremely kind and helpful, if I were to return for work or vacation I would choose this hotel again.

This is not the first time I have stayed at this establishment, which I usually like. I admit that I was disappointed this time due to a shower problem. The water was unregulated, either scalding hot or very cold. I wasted a lot of time and unfortunately a lot of water... The hair dryer also did not work.

The only negative point is having to go outside to get to the restaurant. Otherwise, great!!

This unpretentious hotel is excellent offering everything we understand as quality provided by good logis - the warm welcome, comfortable, spotless accommodation, with chilled water if desired, a kettle, tea or coffee, a really good value evening meal with great service and a superb buffet breakfast. Notable too were all the staff who were smiley and happy! The proprietors clearly run a lovely Logis.

high quality hotel (bed, rooms, bathroom), in a very quiet street. The staff takes great care. Perfect restaurant both in terms of the dishes offered and the servers who are at the top (fast, energetic...). The only problem is that there is no elevator. But the hotel has three rooms on the ground floor which I benefited from, having a knee problem. Address to remember.

We knew the restaurant having eaten there each time we visited Tournon, we were equally enchanted by the hotel. The staff is welcoming, very friendly, available and ready at any time to help us if necessary. The rooms are comfortable, with good bedding.

Excellent service from Thibaut who found the hearing aids I left by mistake and agreed to post them on. Meal excellent, generally very comfortable , only minor negative was size of room and no plug in sink.

Very attentive, conscientious staff, I had asked for a travel cot for my baby, this one was a very good little bed made for my little girl with a little duvet. Attentive and very kind. We also ate at the restaurant in the evening and we really enjoyed ourselves! I recommend without hesitation! Slight problems with the shower temperature being difficult to adjust but nothing serious.

Bed was large and had a wonderful mattress. Wifi connection was okay. The shower was wonderful. Parking at the hotel is difficult. Dinner was good, friendly and quick service

Very good stay. Well located. You can reach Tain l'hermitage on foot in around ten minutes. Good value for money both for the room and for the meal for breakfast a suggestion. Offer scrambled eggs with hot cold meats.

A nice little family with excellent value for money. The room is clean, well equipped, well insulated. There is free secure parking (rare enough to be noted). The staff are welcoming, very attentive. Comfortable well run hotel. The restaurant is excellent although menu limited. Have stayed several times and always satisfied. Arrive early if you want a secure parking place. We’ll visit again next year and will continue to recommend to others.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Set in back streets and not impressive from outside. It is ideal for overnight stops for us offering comfortable rooms which are slightly outdated but immaculate. The restaurant is first class with food to suit all tastes and a wine list reasonably priced. Excellent breakfast. Private secure parking is available but limited so early arrival advised. Electric charging available. Staff delightful.

On arrival after a long journey we are received very unfriendly by an old grumpy woman. Since we had a small dog with us, we were told that it is not welcome and that we have to pay for this night. After a very heated discussion (there was nothing on the Logies site) and told that we have a basket, etc., we were allowed to stay, but had to pay € 10.00 extra. I really don't care about the money but that we were treated in a very unfriendly and rude way by this lady is a reason we will never return.

Friendly welcome and allowed us to park inside the hotel car park and charge our electric car. Room and beds were comfortable for our family of 4 and the area is quiet, albeit near the train line with the odd train noises every now and then. The bathroom was basic and probably in need of modernisation. We had dinner at the restaurant within the hotel as it was highly rated on Tripadvisor. The menu was very restricted and there was no flexibility for slight changes for our children taste. We found this disappointing.

Recommended for short stays

Overall very positive. I highly recommend this hotel restaurant. A small downside: air conditioning difficult to stop. Duvet in the middle of summer when the temperature is 30°C outside (like in most hotels in France). We would like a little less air conditioning (more ecological) and bed linen adapted to the season.

Very pleasant place. Clean room, subdued light if desired, small refrigerator, comfortable bedding (2 double beds), large shower. As for dinner, a delight accompanied by white Crozes-Hermitage and St-Joseph of fine quality. Management and employees are professional, affable, relaxed. The other customers were like them. We warmly recommend.

We made a stopover at Hotel Azalées and were very satisfied overall. Particularly noteworthy are the good mattresses, the cleanliness, the good menu and the delicious breakfast. Some staff were very friendly.

Small disappointment on our arrival the car park can accommodate about fifteen cars for about forty rooms you have to arrive early. Some rooms are upstairs without a lift. The rooms are well equipped with a large 180 bed, a fridge, wifi which works well and a full bathroom. The restaurant with an interesting discovery menu at €25, a full menu, the wine list from the Rhône Valley is flattering. BY.
