Warm welcome, pleasant outdoor setting with swimming pool. You can enjoy a drink and dinner on the flowered terrace. The meals are plentiful and delicious. However, it is unfortunate that there is no fan, because with the mosquitoes this year, it quickly gets hot in the room, being impossible to open the windows. Apart from that, everything is perfect!

the hotel has a very nice park with a good sized swimming pool, lots of possibilities to sit in the sun or in the shade for those less fond of the sun ☀️ the staff and management are very friendly, the plates are well garnished with a nice presentation 👍🏻.

Very disappointing! An old-fashioned room overlooking air vents! Impossible to open the window! The room was dark and depressing! No tissues in the bathroom! Trash not emptied every day! Everything was minimalist! Pretty average welcome!

Always a warm welcome. The garden is magnificent and very well maintained. Very nice swimming pool. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bedding is perfect. However, I would prefer the rooms on the garden side because the view is more pleasant. This is the 3rd time I have come to this establishment and I will come back without hesitation.

The hotel is well located, quiet. Small charming garden with the swimming pool which is very pleasant when it is hot. The room is a little disappointing for €105 (really the minimum, no coffee maker, mini bar)... the bathroom could have benefited from being a little cleaner (the towel dryer in particular). Good overall. Breakfast was good, classic buffet for all tastes, but not an exceptional choice. Very warm welcome by the staff!

Warm, friendly welcome, clean rooms, delicious dinner, we were very satisfied all round. The hosts couldn't do anything about the rainy weather. ☺️

The cuisine is excellent and refined; The choice of main dishes could be a little greater. Our standard room was large and clean with a good bed! “Bedside tables” are neither practical nor functional😰a little more fantasy would do them good. We offer tea and cups, sugar but no spoon 🤔

Rooms are not very soundproof and close to the railway line. Otherwise great, large room, clean, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Really charming place, both the building and the accompanying park/garden. Swimming pool, several deckchairs, garden furniture, tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors on sunny days. Nice view on the Montains. Small nature corner in town. Small downside: fairly busy street and railway line but not too annoying. Very close to the lake so practical. Very good restaurant but a little expensive. Discreet and kind staff. Hotel on a human scale. We'll probably come back a little longer this time.

The setting is beautiful even if on the edge of a main street, there is a beautiful space and building and easy access to the city and parking. But we came as a family at the wrong time of All Saints' Day, very rainy and cold and we were almost the only customers so even if the welcome was correct we had the feeling of being disturbed a little.

Auberge Saint Simond is a very nice and well run hotel in walking distance from the center of Aix-les-Bains and the lake. Rooms are simple, but contains all needed and are very clean. We had a beautiful view to the garden with a pool. Parking is included. The dinner is very high quality and the beakfast fine too. The service is good and very friendly. The lake and the mountains nearby are beautiful and fine for hikes too. Instead we would like to come back to

Hotel run by an adorable and professional couple. We had a superb stay there. The room was spacious and very pleasant. We highly recommend this establishment and look forward to returning.

We loved the pool at this hotel and it was in the evening and early enough in the morning. Great temperature and lovely setting. The hotel was in a great location for a quick visit into the main area. The decor in the room was quite dated, but we were overall happy with our stay. Good value for money!

Only problem . proposal of an intermediate menu the only evening menu is 47 euros. there could be one around 30 euros. You also have to think about the average budget.

The hotel is located on a quiet back street about a mile from the town centre and two miles from the lake. There are no restaurants nearby.

Ok hostel but no more. The night was noisy. We slept badly because very noisy room neighbors. And no air conditioning. Correct breakfast but it lacked the little extra like the evening meal which was unoriginal. Friendly landlady and boss who had a supervisor function. Too bad because the pool side was good ..

Standaardkamer erg krap voor 3 personen. Geen balkon. Alleen hoog raam. Geen uitzicht dus op zwembad zoals staat vermeld. Voo schone handdoeken moet betaald worden.
Ontbijt karig. Koffie smaakt naar cholade. Wij komen hier niet weer.

Decent hotel. Perit disappointing lunch for the price. Deco to refresh. Upstairs bedroom with stair access which should be mentioned when booking. No air conditioning. Satisfactory hotel for one night, breakfast not diversified enough.

A haven of peace in lush greenery

Difficult to sleep after 8 a.m., there was noise coming from the bedroom upstairs (footsteps, moving furniture, etc.), and the cleaning ladies talked verbally in the hallway for 2 mornings consecutive. Apart from these noise pollution, the hotel is very good, the pretty swimming pool very appreciable in a green space with garden furniture and deckchairs, in a remarkable setting. Impeccable bedding, large flat screen TV. Sufficient parking spaces. Breakfast with quality products: ham, cheese, fresh bread, orange juice, everything is excellent. The restaurant offers an interesting and quality menu for 43e. The staff is friendly and accommodating

Good experience at Auberge St Simond. Very clean hotel and rooms, friendly staff. I simply denote the value for money of the breakfast which is not at all up to the expected height of the price paid.

The hotel night is very expensive for the service so offered. The swimming pool is not accessible once the room has been returned and before it is taken on arrival. Quite a joke given the number of visitors to the hotel. The reception is very average With some completely derogatory comments from the host. Breakfast is overpriced for a completely banal service €14 for bath jam and eggs is expensive. The swimming pool has no security and is directly accessible by road, a great danger for children. The cleaning between the nights was done very quickly, the towels not changed and the bed badly made. Nice place but way too expensive for what it is.

Quiet hotel, despite the train at the back of the swimming pool, this pleasant one in a magnificent garden, olive trees, very beautiful. Room fine, apart from dated blankets. To renew urgently. In view of the pretty comments on the sites, I was expecting a different type of welcome...cold, distant and which did not make us want to frequent the restaurant...too bad.,
