Bathroom VMC not very clean, meal taken at the restaurant right next to a radiator where there was quite a bit of dust
A wall light bulb not working, I notified reception who told me it would be done the next day, it didn't work when we returned the next evening. At breakfast a different person from the day before almost jumped on us asking for our room number, I don't think we would have come to lunch without being a customer!!! On Thursday evening, music and singing despite the TV being on, we thought it was coming from outside but after checking it was indeed in the hotel, the next day we got up early. This morning 45 minutes before our departure, a person in charge of cleaning came into the room without knocking on the door, luckily we weren't undressed or in the toilet!!! The carpet was stained, the French window creaked enormously every time it was opened. What's missing in these rooms is a small microwave. This room was offered to us because the usual hotel was undergoing renovations, we were informed that we were being upgraded but with all due respect to this hotel, I am sorry but the hotel I was supposed to stay in and which I am used to is better than the one I was offered. Thank you.
A very good overnight stay, spacious and well-equipped room, nice meal and welcoming staff.
Another hotel initially booked but it was under construction when we arrived, so we were accommodated in the hotel next door, upgraded so rather good news. While the hotel was not yet open, the manager welcomed us and showed us the room. I thank her, a smiling and pleasant welcome. The room was good and corresponded to our expectations but a small downside the teapot was dirty and the hair dryer did not work. But once reported, everything was put back in order.
Great hotel, a very warm welcome. Very professional and very pleasant staff. The family rooms are very spacious and very clean. The beds are very very comfortable and the pillows are TOP 👌. We ate at the hotel restaurant, a real treat from starter to dessert, value for money nothing to complain about. A very kind waitress very attentive to ensure that we lack nothing.
We spent 6 nights in room 38 in April 2025 on a half-board basis for a price of more than €150 per night. The housekeeper left the room open for us all day. When I went to see the manager, his response was "Well, sorry, but it can happen" (Burglars welcome). Bed sheets with holes. Out of the 5 evening meals we had on a half-board basis, twice we were given boiled beef with coarse salt and twice we were given "bouchonée à la reine". As for breakfast, I'll let you look at the state of the cheese. After complaining about the cheese to the kitchen manager, to prevent me from posting my review, he offered me a kouglof worth €8 from the bakery, which I refused and left on the counter when I left the hotel. As for the hotel, for me it's a guesthouse, 80% of families with children under 10, very noisy. The room, as soon as you start the kitchen you have the smell of the kitchen coming through the air conditioning, the TV for me is too small, the only positive point is a good mattress and a small fridge.
