I booked on January 30 for a night on February 19: when I arrived on site, the hotelier informed me of a so-called computer failure but he did have my reservation name. He offered me to sleep at the hotel "l'escapade" 100 meters away - room 3. It was shabby: room with electric auxiliary heating presenting fire risks... dusty carpet, bathroom with mold... at dinner I saw that a large group was dining on site and going to sleep at the hotel. Would it be an optimization choice to favor the reservation of a group and direct the other individual customers to the shabby hotel l'escapade. This hotel is not worthy of being in the Logis Hotel network... looking at the reviews on your site after this experience... I should never have set foot there.
No heating in a room while it's freezing outside and a boss who doesn't even apologize. Doesn't give a bill either so we can't check the bill, made up at random because nothing was recorded the day before. Turning off the heating at night to save money to the detriment of customers is unacceptable. Result in the morning: no shower or toilet because the temperature is too low (Same for the night when we are woken up by the cold.)

Easy to find, traditional Logis. Lots of French charm.
The bed was comfortable, and the price was right when we booked. We thought the price included the buffet breakfast, but at checkout we were charged an additional 13 euros per person per day. We had numerous inconveniences: No washcloths or handtowels (we asked), no lightbulbs to replace those that were burnt out or those that flickered constantly when the lights were on (we asked), and the fan in the heater/ac unit didn’t function. We asked about WiFi, but were never able to connect to the WiFi network They gave us because it didn’t exist on our devices as a network to join. Still, the biggest issue we had was that my husband could not get into the large, stand-alone bathtub to bathe during our stay.
The hotel is pleasant in its layout with a warm restaurant/the room, very good bedding, thick, constant background noise coming from inside the building
