The bed was comfortable, and the price was right when we booked. We thought the price included the buffet breakfast, but at checkout we were charged an additional 13 euros per person per day. We had numerous inconveniences: No washcloths or handtowels (we asked), no lightbulbs to replace those that were burnt out or those that flickered constantly when the lights were on (we asked), and the fan in the heater/ac unit didn’t function. We asked about WiFi, but were never able to connect to the WiFi network They gave us because it didn’t exist on our devices as a network to join. We arrived at this hotel on May 17, 2024 and found that the room door did not lock, there was dust on the nightstands, cobwebs on the walls and ceiling, a unclean and dilapidated bathroom and poor bedding.
