We returned to this apartment in Dinard because we appreciated the location, the view, the kindness and the competence of the staff.
Room with very large balcony and fabulous sea view! However, the size of the room, bedding and bathrooms are not designed for people of large build. For a hotel of this class, it is abnormal not to have Canal + channels

- Oops, but what happened this year? A bad mattress, bulging in the middle and very soft! Not comfortable at all. (room No. 8) *** IDEAS *** - is it possible to install at least one electrical outlet near the head of the bed? - please, eggs for breakfast... Or at least a QUALITY ham!

Nice rooms, the style is nice. Hearty breakfasts. Lovely staff. The hotel is very close to the city center and a stone's throw from the beach. Parking is quite easy. (free )

the so-called unwelcoming and unpleasant manager, challenging the quality of the inventory before even entering the apartment: you have to take the cleaning fee of 80 € a day in addition charged 350 € for 2 people instead of 8 while the apartment was unoccupied for this one day complete lack of elegance and business sense

Very warm welcome, a well-designed and pleasant apartment with a splendid view. A little too hot in the morning in case of strong sun. A shower room completely renovated this year, very beautiful (but the shower lacks a place to put the soap...). The only concern: the carpet in the bedroom, which obliges anyone with an allergy to sleep in the upper bunk bed in the living room, which is not easy to access for everyone (an allergic person does not breathe well enough in the lower bed; an older allergic person cannot climbing onto the top bunk or being overweight would not be a satisfactory solution at night in this apartment). A floor in the bedroom of the same type as in the living room would solve the problem and make the apartment more accessible to everyone.

The bedding is not of good quality, squeaky bed base and soft mattress. Cramped room ditto small shower with a very high step to access it

Apart from the presence of a mini bar in the room, nothing justifies the classification of this hotel as a three star. There was a problem with the heating, an inefficient radiator made the room freezing, including the bathroom only equipped with a blower! In addition, the breakfast is minimalist (14 € anyway) and under the supervision of a person who is not welcoming or even frankly unpleasant!
