As a big guy with mobility issues who uses a Trionic Walker I did find the lift in Les Sables a little bit tight for getting in and out. I thank Emily for reserving a bedroom in the block with the lift as the other block only had stairs. I had dreams of sitting beside the pool in my shorts, unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate but I could still sit beside the pool each morning in warmer clothes. A memorable location close to some fine restaurants.

Excellent stay in this establishment

Perfect hotel and partner restaurant for a top-notch evening stopover.

The room was superb, but what really impressed us was the huge terrace. On October 5th, we had 24° and we were able to enjoy a moment of tanning on the terrace! It was great! A warm welcome, spacious and comfortable rooms, top bedding, impeccable cleanliness and an excellent breakfast. Everything is perfect!

The hotel was absolutely fine, great pool area, fantastic location for being close to the beach and restaurants and the staff were amazing!

I was pleased with the hotel in general, but the cleanliness in the room was poor, we thought that maybe for the price we were paying maybe it was fair enough, but during our trip we stayed in other hotels with the same price range and honestly the cleanliness of those hotels rooms was good enough to feel you comfortable. One of the main issues that we have in our room was a strong smell, actually you could smell it at the entrance of the building. Once you get into the room the smell intensifies, that plus the bed bugs make our staying very unpleased. The rest of the service was perfect, cant complain about the pool, the food, and the attention of the staff, but for me cleanliness in a hotel room is everything.

I am very satisfied as always, whether it is the welcome or the quality of the rooms.

Very cozy hotel. Very good quality room. Wifi too. Breakfast with a large choice. Friendly and welcoming staff who take the time to chat with you. A bar at the reception, open all day, is very practical. Heated swimming pool for fans, it's nice. The beach is 2 minutes away, great. Hotel to recommend.

Hotel very close to the beach. Very small car park, parking spaces all around but few spaces in this season (high traffic) requiring parking further away. No restaurant in the establishment; partner restaurant very close by for the stopover or half-board. The restaurant is very good but the tables are too close to each other. Obligation to pay for the stopover the same evening at the hotel and drinks or supplements directly at the restaurant so it is not possible to include them in the overall cost of the stopover: not practical. Room not very spacious. Noisy roller shutters when it is windy (creaky). Large shower but no shelf at the sink to put your things down: not very practical. Large terrace. Really cramped table/desk, not practical for working there. Good breakfast: quite a lot of choice but lack of local, non-industrial products.

Really very nice staff who advise you on your activities to do around, always smiling, the lady who takes care of breakfast really very very nice, always smiling too, clean hotel and well located near the beach and city center of Canet. Only downside which is not the responsibility of the hotel the parking, there is none, you have to park in the beach parking lot and it is not given

Friendly staff

We had a good stay. The hotel is smaller than expected, which creates a family atmosphere. The parking lot can only hold four cars and it is difficult to find parking on the street. We highlight the professionalism of the staff who were able to immediately help us with the television, recommend restaurants and answer all our questions. In addition, when we booked, we had indicated a gluten intolerance and to our surprise, they had provided gluten-free products for us at breakfast. The hotel offers billiards, table tennis, board games, etc. for free. The swimming pool was good and very quiet. Our only regret is that the hotel does not offer dinner (just a few snacks). However, we found that the price was too high for this type of service. We still recommend this hotel! :)

Warm welcome. Very friendly staff, great! Small but very practical parking when there is space left. Our dog was also very well received with caresses and a bowl of water. To remember!

Excellent helpful staff

Very welcoming staff, especially the breakfast team. The setting is very nice with quick access to the beach. However, the hotel is quite noisy overall, plus a triple room with only 2 chairs on the balcony, and a leaking shower. The same goes for bath towels, triple room but only 2 towels throughout the stay.

Very expensive The rooms have bad acoustics There was no hot water when returning from the beach, when I complained they told me it was because the entire hotel bathed at the same time. I couldn't bathe my three-month-old baby during my entire stay The breakfast was very expensive Bad smell in the room, like humidity

Very good stay with my son in a family room. We were very well received and the entire hotel team is attentive and smiling. Hotel well located for a stay in Canet en Roussillon. Clean, quiet room, comfortable bedding. The breakfast is plentiful and with small homemade pastries which are a nice surprise. Thank you all for your welcome.

Lovely place in a great location with excellent, friendly staff. Spacious rooms with good air conditioning.

Parking was tricky on some days. There is on street parking for free but it can take some time to find somewhere within 5 minutes walk of the hotel.

Cleaning was a bit hit and miss with one day the room not being serviced and 4 days neglecting to refill the shower gel.

Warm and smiling welcome, clean hotel and room, and the swimming pool is great, its surroundings are very well appointed. I highly recommend

the bedroom with 2 twin beds may seem small but it has all the makings of a large one. Bathroom with a large sink. But I couldn't find a hair dryer. What I appreciated most was the quality of the bedding (I'm obese) and the large balcony with a view of the swimming pool. The staff is very professional, courteous and friendly. They were very helpful, pleasant and considerate. They were able to quickly answer my questions and gave good advice to prepare for my first time on the waves. Ready to come back to this hotel.

Great location and value for money. The bed is decent, it's clean and comfortable. The property has a great room to have meeting if you are remote worker. They provide coffee, tea and boiler so you can quickly make a coffee for yourself.

We arrived 2 hours before the check-in time, and they helped us to have our room.

Things to improve:

Hotel needs to change all their towels, they are very old and they don't seem very clean. Our towels were not changed daily, I asked towels from the reception all the time, they were not good.

The hotel has free parking, and if it's full, there are plenty empty spaces around the hotel where you can park your car.

The elevator area has a strong smell, you might use a perfume or something to remove it.

The only downside is the parking, which is tiny compared to the size of the hotel. It wasn't too disruptive at this time, but in the middle of summer, it must be more restrictive.

The hotel was built with poor quality materials. The shower was broken (the shower head was detached), it was badly repaired because the new shower head was not adjustable in inclination and therefore the shower was not feasible in comfort. The bad bathroom without window and fan.

Pleasant surprise at the reception in this hotel, staff with little care and attentive to the needs of each one. Pleasant room, excellent bedding, discreet air conditioning, well decorated and of good size with a small sea view - magnificent - (perhaps a bathroom with WC to be brought up to date (better laid out) but very clean, correct. A regularly replenished breakfast with homemade products: cakes, jams, and also local specialties: honey, fruit juice and you can make your own orange juice: I appreciated. I recommend this establishment with swimming pool very good value for the region.

Very good stay in this renovated hotel. Very friendly staff, parking available for free (hopefully because few places but we had some ^^), excellent breakfast, with fresh and partly local products, pleasant swimming pool, located very close to the beach (a few minute walk). A few downsides: - a smell of pipes in our room (n°17, probably due to the age of the installation and the lack of VMC) and the layout of the bathroom (apart from the comfortable shower) and the toilets a a little small but these are details that are to be attributed to the initial age of the hotel I suppose :) - presence of an elevator but by half level and starting after 4-5 steps (not practical with a stroller ) but once again the attentive staff offers to help you :)

Small charming hotel with a large swimming pool, comfortable rooms, the perfect breakfast, near the beach, with very good restaurants nearby, there is something for all budgets, and finally the staff, smiling, helpful at the top 👍 the little downside, when people go into their room we are aware, surely sound insulation problem, if not perfect I had a pleasant stay in this establishment 😊

On the other hand, we particularly appreciated: - the location of the hotel a few steps from the seafront and set back enough to be sheltered from noise pollution. - our room with its balcony overlooking the swimming pool was clean and very pleasant - the perfect bedding - the swimming pool heated to 25° - the breakfast In short, a perfect stay. Reception is closed at 21 and it is not written anywhere. But Unprepared staff and aggressive and rude owner, they improperly charged my wife's credit card and I could not get reimbursed by my company for the stay for the business trip

Apart from the proximity to the beach, very very disappointing hotel. Breakfast at 11€ which corresponded to a formula 1 hotel breakfast. Outdated bathroom the water from the shower very hard to regulate and not very accessible for a disabled person, toilet paper on the floor, etc etc and disturbs mornings by room service without taking note of the do not disturb sign. So not at all satisfied with the hotel in general.

The hotel is very pretty, practical and well located. The team is particularly pleasant and caring.

Very good hotel, warm welcome and caring and smiling presence! Unfortunately, we couldn't take advantage of the swimming pool because of the weather, but we'll do it again! Well located a short walk from the seafront. Tastefully renovated room but bathroom a bit dated. However, a small panel full of humor "be careful, you are going to enter a space-time fault" announces with finesse an upcoming renovation. We are completely satisfied with our stay!
