Very modern and air-conditioned, they offer comfortable bedding, spacious bathrooms with shower or bathtub, free Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, bathrobe and slippers (on request), home automation and a TASSIMO coffee/tea machine.
Everything has been designed to facilitate your professional stay in our design hotel in Charleville-Mézières. Error on my arrival day, no room available, which I can understand, but the bill despite the room being canceled 24 hours before! This is unacceptable, never seen this....
No windows that open, only air conditioning, stifling air. As for the main course of dinner, I have very serious doubts about whether it would be prepared by a caterer...
Room overheated. The air conditioning makes a hell of a noise and does not cool! Lack of toiletries. The quality of years gone by is no longer there.
deplorable reception. then asks for identity papers for each person accompanying me even though we are French citizens. if refused, we cannot stay at the hotel. legally this is similar to a refusal to sell and identity verification is illegal. we almost left the hotel. it was sorted out the next morning with the very nice boss but the damage was done very original decoration as soon as you entered the hotel. the particular decoration of the rooms may not be appreciated but the comfort is very good.
