Good reception, very nice hotel. Negative points: - car parking 30 min in the evening to find a space 500m from the hotel. - Missing shower screen and shower head holder.

We stopped in orléans on our way back home to Holland. We booked very late; colleague Tatiana was very helpful to make the correct choice, the family suite, and to organise effectively our very late arrival
the hotel is very clean and the matrasses excellent; the breakfast simple but it had all the necessary to start the day well; the hotel as such is not super modern, but is is clean which in our experience is not always the case in France; the price/quality ratio is correct

Easy to find hotel, very well located, plenty of parking nearby, 10 minutes walk from the train station and its shopping center. Neat and welcoming hotel. I highly recommend!

The hotel is ok and the welcome is pretty good. On the other hand, parking nearby is a pain, and the shower is narrow with just a shower curtain. It's a shame because the room is spacious. The soundproofing on the street side is also not good (too bad, the garbage truck comes by at 5am). A breakfast service but no catering. Kind regards

Great location, very friendly staff and nothing was to much trouble. Parking on the street was fine, but a little tight at times (SUV). Only minor point would be a English TV channel.

die Dame, die uns bei unserer Ankunft empfangen hat, war sehr freundlich und hat uns viele hilfreiche Informationen gegeben. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes. Das Zimmer war ansprechend; die Betten bequem. Leider war es im 3. Stock sehr warm, so dass wir die Fenster öffnen mussten und dadurch haben wir den Lärm der Strasse gehört. Eine Klimaanlage wäre daher sehr hilfreich gewesen; ich kann mit einem Ventilator nicht gut schlafen.
It is not normal (at the room rate 117 TTC) that the hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms. Room 35 was sunny all day and I had 28 degrees! The night was therefore very hot and very uncomfortable. Too bad, without that, it was very good...
Deplorable experience: - error on the price on arrival - request for payment of the stay on arrival after having sweated a lot in 34 degree heat on a bike ride and after having laboriously installed the bikes in the dedicated room, all of this is not very welcoming! - 1st breakfast: we came down at 9:37, received barely a hello followed by "breakfast is until 10" and we were not the only ones to come down at this time - setting up in the veranda is an obstacle course because you have to carry everything yourself and without a tray so it's a waste of time - the toaster takes a long time to heat up - the machine for boiled eggs was off, we had to wait for it to boil - at 10:15 while we were finishing our breakfast the receptionist came to ask us to leave the room, the tone rose a little between us but I apologized to her - we slept very badly because of the heat, despite the provision of a fan (for information it is not good to sleep with this ventilation). We preferred to leave the window open. The street is terrible and noisy, the reception is at night even though the website says "quiet street" - I asked to change rooms to the 2nd at night, which was refused by management on the pretext of my behavior at breakfast. In short, a bad experience, the observation of a lack of professional attitude (receptionist who asks us to leave the room, who sulks, refuses to speak even the next day when she did not say hello or goodbye to us), a management that sticks to the professional's tune and does not give credit to the customer's word. The pillows are ridiculously small and flat, the bath towels have holes in them. The dried figs should be removed from the breakfast, an insult to real dried figs. Our stay in Orleans was not a success! Finish this kind of small family hotel, hundreds wondering how it got 3 stars… It's crazy to be treated like that for a bill of 260€ for 2 nights…… Hoping that something is done with this satisfaction survey.

No air conditioning, room overlooking noisy street. Pillows and bedding are not great. Given the standard of the hotel you expect to sleep like a baby. The welcome was however very good and water available with carafe downstairs, it's a very good idea.
A perfect night, calm and in cozy comfort. Thank you for the warm welcome and listening.
The hotel is very overpriced for what it has to offer, not even tea or coffee in the room. The bathroom amenities were difficult to use, especially the hand wash. Sparse equipment, not a closed wardrobe and no AC. The hotel really left a lot to be desired. Also diffucult check-in but very quick check-out. I don't recommend.

Purtroppo l hotel è sprovvisto di aria condizionata e in una giornata con 37 gradi, quando pensavamo di andare in camera per rinfrescarci un po' abbiamo scoperto che in camera faceva più caldo che fuori. Nottata in bianco dopo 4 docce.
La camera e il bagno sono un pochino piccoli, ma poteva andare bene lo stesso se ci fosse stato un po' di refrigerio.
Il cliente prima di noi fumava e in camera c era puzza di fumo e sul balcone ancora il posacenere con 8 mozziconi di sigarette dentro.
La colazione è accettabile, il panino era buono e fresco, il personale è molto cordiale.

Not knowing the city, we were very well guided by the person who welcomed us. She provided us with a map and very precise and useful directions to visit the city. The hotel itself is well located: a little set back from the city but quickly accessible. Parking was free when we stayed there but it could change, which is a shame. The rooms are comfortable. The shower is quite large. It would be missing mosquito nets on the windows to open at night without risking being bothered.

Camera e bagno ampi e puliti. Hotel a pochi minuti dal centro. Possibilità di parcheggiare nelle vie limitrofe dopo le 19 e fino alle 9 del mattino successivo e di domenica. Molto utile il suggerimento ricevuto alla reception dello spettacolo suoni e luci avvenuto sulla cattedrale alle 23:00 (grazie, è stato veramente bello).

Zimmer im 4. Stock sind viel zu warm, Raucher auf dem Balkon nebenan beeinträchtigen den Aufenthalt sehr, Balkon enttäuschend (alt und kaputt). Bettdecke roch nicht frisch, Möbel teilweise verstaubt.
Ansonsten alles ok, tolle Stadt, Lage ist optimal, der Empfang sehr freundlich und kompetent.

We took a family room for 2 adults and 3 children. Everything was perfectly clean, beds made. Very spacious room and bathroom! Breakfasts were simple, but good choice and quality! Not to far from the center of Orléans and good parking space (for free) around the hotel.

Very warm welcome and kindness from the staff, thank you. A little disappointed by the decoration and equipment of the hotel, which is aging and has been redone to a minimum. I also suffered from the lack of air conditioning in the room, it was too hot in the room to sleep well. I find the price unfortunately not in line with the comfort of the hotel.

Very good hotel located 10 minutes from the city center always room to park near the hotel in the parallel streets the cleanliness is very good the pleasant staff l in short nothing to complain about too bad the air conditioning is missing but the receptionist m 'as said that it was planned for the moment there is a fan in the room good that is also ok if not we can open the windows

Very disappointing for the price! 4 beds in 16m2! You can hear everything between the floors as if you were there, not to mention the footsteps and noise from above! Pastries late for breakfast and in addition mini pastries! With very little choice! No parking, I had to walk 15 minutes in the streets around the hotel to find a place about 500 meters away! Really a very bad experience. Not to mention the price which is excessive in view of the services. I really feel like I've been robbed! Not recommended!

I canceled my reservation at the last minute due to a medical emergency; the mother of my friend with whom I was supposed to spend a weekend in Orléans had to go to the emergency room. And the Orleans hotel took me out of the room for 114 euros, thieves, really very professional. The next time I would go through booking, with them at least I could have canceled without retaliation. You presented yourself at the hotel reception on Saturday afternoon asking for some information; parking city map etc...
The receptionist wanted to check in with you but you didn't want to, pretending that you would have come back later.
On the reservation confirmation, it is clearly indicated that cancellations without charge are made before 48 hours, after which it is charged.
We have no proof specifying the hospitalization, so the person did their job.
This did not deserve the insults by phone and email.
For information, cancellation deadlines are the same on BOOKING.
We listen to our customers when necessary and know how to take action.
Given your rude and insulting behavior this will not be the case and we strongly recommend that you change your behavior otherwise we will be obliged to file a complaint against you.

Lovely room in a quiet location on the edge of the town. Near to the station. Nice view in the garden at the back. Friendly people. Ok breakfast. Wooden floors so authentic but you can hear your upstairs neighbours activities. Special room to leave your bikes. Free parking in the street.

Very poorly soundproofed hotel. We hear everything and everywhere. A hotel like this is a place where you come only to sleep but the poor insulation of this hotel makes that impossible. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We heard people in the corridors, taking the elevator, moving and talking in the room above, going to the bathroom and even lovemaking.... In short we were happy to leave. The quality/price ratio is therefore bad.

Warm welcome, attentive staff and very good advice to make our stay more pleasant. We liked the comfort of the room less. Very spacious but located in the attic so it was very hot and the room is not air conditioned. Average bedding quality. The hotel does not have private parking but we were able to park on the street a few hundred meters away.

Charming hotel, clean room, tastefully decorated, exemplary welcome. It's a shame that the sound insulation isn't perfect, but that didn't stop us from sleeping!
The hotel is ideally placed for visiting Orléans. The welcome was very pleasant and the staff attentive. We will certainly come back as cycle tourists, the hotel has secure spaces for bicycles.

Hello, The big downside is that the rooms are not soundproof even though the room where we slept had been redone. We chose this hotel because there was no choice given the event that weekend. The decoration was nice. To rest on a Saturday and Sunday morning, it's a mission impossible after having had a pleasant time at the Loire Festival. Damage !

We enjoyed our stay, When we were not able to find parking due to a festival in town, we were offered by the receptionist to use her spot which we greatly appreciated. WONDERFUL SERVICE!!

The staff were incredibly friendly. Directed us to the city centre for dinner and we're very accomodating. Contact throughout the booking was excellent and prompt. The hotel was perfectly sited, the rooms were very nice. We had a twin and a double and the double was small, not an issue, but very very hot. No air conditioning just fans. The larger twin room was a bit cooler thanks to more space.

Room too hot and noisy in the morning on the street
No aircon! Roasting hot day, room in attic so like a sauna. Bathroom incredibly hot and just a hand held shower. As a family room, it was quite a squeeze for 4 people. Advertised as having parking on Booking.com but only after booking does it tell you that it’s on road parking or in a pay and display. Bit worrying if you’re on a stop over and still have luggage etc in the car. Poor WiFi connection.

Nice hotel at a convenient location just near the city center. Staff is nice and polite and helpfull in finding the right spots to visit. Room was also nice (5 persons family room) although the room was way too hot (temperaturen around 33 degrees celcius that period). There was no airco and the fan did not give much relief unfortunately. The breakfast was affordable and was good. Besides the sweaty night, the stay was great!

I particularly salute the professionalism and kindness of Salwa; she explained to us the directions to take, the places to visit without even being asked. We were very well received. First of all we validate this experience with a Smartbox at 119.90 euros, the room price mini 67e plus two breakfasts 20e, the account is not really good, what did you do with the 32.90e? I think we got ripped off on the size of the room. What a surprise when we arrived! The description said parking, be careful it is a parking lot on the street and if you do not find a space a ticket will be charged at 5 euros to park in the parking lot of the media library! Then we take our room which is on the 2nd floor with a very narrow elevator we had trouble getting in with our suitcases and we are of "normal" build. We enter the room also very cramped room very small and poorly soundproofed, we heard everything our neighbors said as if they were in our room. The positive point of the room, the equipment everything is there. We had a very average breakfast of 10 euros/person because it was served on a tray by a receptionist who served us our chocolate and 20 minutes later the pastries, which means that the chocolate was not very hot but very cold. Be careful, these are mini pastries, why not in normal size? They also offer savory items. The welcome is friendly.
