This establishment needs a real renovation program: it feels like a hotel from the 80s! Bathtub in the rooms, faucets with reversed opening, peeling paint..... The reception is like the hotel: no empathy or sympathy.
Considering the price of the night, disappointing room because no fridge, cupboard with curtain, only one pillow in large bed for 2, bathroom with Italian shower and fixed soap opposite the shower head, towel dryer slightly detached from the wall with exposed electrical wire!!!!!

Albergo abbastanza vicino al centro del paese, camera grande e pulita con una bella terrazza sul mare, buoni anche i servizi. Colazione non a buffet ma di qualità e molto abbondante. Molto comodi i posteggi sotto la struttura.

The room is very good, nothing to complain about except that we are woken up by the noise early in the morning. We slept really well. The cleanliness of the shower curtain in the bathroom needs to be reviewed, is it because of the water restrictions? I don't know, but as a precaution I cleaned it myself.

There is no double glazing (or very ineffective) hearing each of the cars passing in front of the hotel is not pleasant for a good night's sleep. Ditto for the hotel doors which let noise upstairs.

Excellent stay at the end of June as a couple with a motorbike in a small, friendly family hotel. Balcony with sea view. Very clean, functional room and very comfortable bedding. A single card that opens all doors including garage at any time, very practical. Private parking and garage on site. 10 minutes walk from the center of Banuyls. Hearty and delicious buffet breakfast. Kind and available receptionist. Quiet hotel. I recommend this hotel.

Really disappointing for a 3 star hotel... the price and the stars are not justified!! Positive; the location Negative points: The cleanliness of the room (mold on the walls, the shower curtain), rust in the bathtub, hole in the towel. Lack of security on the bed which was missing a bar, deplorable comfort of the bunk bed. The bathtub shower barely worked and the drain was clogged. Parking announced but full upon arrival.

Simple hotel, very well located, at the start of hikes and a stone's throw from the village center where there are many restaurants. The value for money is excellent for a hotel located in such a touristy location. The only drawback is the proximity to the busy road, but the insulation is good. The breakfast is sufficient and unlimited even if I have seen better for this price. The welcome is simple and running such a hotel all year round is truly deserving.

Hotel well located and well soundproofed despite the busy road. Spacious bathroom but no wall or curtain to the bathtub to simply take a shower without getting water everywhere, a shower instead of the bidet would be more appropriate. No more shower gel when we arrived, no time to get over it, no problem we had ours... Shower sheets with holes (both) and frayed towels, not very chic for a 3-star Logis Hotel. Cleanliness to be reviewed: Dirty switches, dirty coffee machine, breakfast trays with crumbs from previous services, dirty windows As for the receptionist who replied to us (when we asked her if there are free parking lots in Banyuls) that there isn't one like in all towns (hm?) without telling us that certain streets in the village are not tolled and that we find parking in a street for free, it's average. Disappointing stay as we select the Logis hotel for the quality of the services usually provided.
Pleasant staff
We arrived at the hotel and the towels were missing. We immediately reported it to the receptionist, who insisted on telling us that yes, there was, and no. We searched the whole room. There were no towels. Access to the terrace from the bedroom, at the risk of being locked up if the bay window slams. without the possibility of opening from the outside, as the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception, it is a risk for the customer to spend the night on the balcony. The risk is still indicated on the door. During our 3rd night, we returned to the hotel to go to bed and there were no more sheets... So we slept without sheets. Which is to my taste more than limited level of service when we go to a hotel. We returned the room the next day, we reported it to the receptionist as well as the chambermaid, during the Cheek Out, who again told us with certainty that it was not possible... and that we had to fire correctly the sheet... which we had done. There were no more sheets. At the end of the stay we were generally disappointed, at the end of the 2nd day we had no more shower gel (it was not replaced, nor the level readjusted by the person in charge of cleaning the room) and after the 3rd day no more toilet paper. It's a combo of omissions... and above all no questioning of the staff, but rather of the customer's word... No excuses. In my opinion, this establishment ticks neither the boxes of a 3 star nor the boxes of a Logis de France. For breakfast, the formula is €14, which is extremely expensive for industrial food. We didn't take it given the price and the quality of the room, the service... It would have made the stay more negative. Parking is free, if you are lucky enough to find a space, otherwise paid underground parking. And free places in Banyuls and near the hotel are rare commodities! The elevator also broke down during our stay. Fortunately the sea is there to make us forget the price because the quality of service was not there. It's a shame, the management of the hotel is not professional at all, and seems to be managed by an individual as a hobby. I doubt that training in Hospitality has been done.

Hotel with a top location, allows you to go down to the city on foot as well as to the beach. The rooms are large and the sea view and top. Only downside is the lack of a fridge in the room.

Nous étions venu avec ma copine pour son anniversaire et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec deux lits jumeaux au lieu d’un lit double, dans une chambre très mal isolée ( nous entendions les voisins parler ). Mauvais agencement de la douche qui inondait la salle de bain. De plus lors de notre départ, la directrice a voulu nous arnaquer en nous fessant payer une deuxième fois notre séjour. Faites attention à vous ! Cependant, la dame blonde de l’accueil qui nous accueillit à notre arrivée était accueillante et serviable. Je déconseille.

The reception is good, but the noise from the road even with the windows closed is very annoying. The quality of the breakfast is disappointing and does not deserve its price of 14€, we don't understand why you can't help yourself to coffee/tea.

Je n’ai pas pu prendre ma douche car celle-ci débordait sur le plancher après 30 sec, j’ai du utiliser toutes les serviettes disponibles pour éponger, il y en avait jusque dans l’entrée de la chambre… peut être très dangereux si des appareils électriques sont branchés dans la salle de bain avec le plancher recouvert d’eau. Très décevant après une journée complète en randonnée de ne pas pouvoir se laver…. Et de se faire répondre par la réceptionniste que normalement tout fonctionne avec 2 tapis de bain… NON!

Insonorisation très très mauvaise (le pire n’est pas les voitures qui passent mais bien les personnes parlant dans le corridor, les portes qui ferment fort, entendre les chaises qui bougent dans la salle de petit déjeuner le matin).
J’aurais aimé pouvoir me servir au petit-déjeuner, car il n’y a pas de menu et la serveuse m’apportait d’emblée des choses que je ne voulais pas et ne me proposait rien…

Very disappointing, uninteresting room despite a partial sea view, no ventilation in the bathroom, and no washing products. Old frayed towels... Furthermore, no willingness to credit my loyalty card despite me returning to the hotel to claim a second time.
