The listing offers 2 double beds and 3 twin beds but the actual room has only one double bed and 3 twin beds. We were counting on the other bed through our stay.

Very friendly welcome, pleasant stay, large rooms, comfortable beds, functioning air conditioning. Very quiet despite the proximity to the cathedral. Overall great and recommendable accommodation with extensive breakfast buffet. Large parking spaces directly opposite, I paid 5 euros for 16 hours.

We decided at short notice to spend the night in Orleans and booked a family room for 4 people in the Logis Hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised, the room was spacious and actually consisted of two rooms on two floors including two bathrooms. The location was quiet despite being close to the center. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The air conditioning quickly created a pleasant atmosphere in the attic rooms. Overall, great value for money. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback: unfortunately there is no elevator.

Reception limited on Friday evening, however the owner this morning is friendly. Room in the annex of very average quality. Hotel just for sleeping.

Great location on a main (but not noisy) road with inexpensive parking very close by, a short walk from the pretty old town, the cathedral and the river made it perfect for enjoying Orléans on what might otherwise have been an uneventful stopover.

Disappointed with the photos sent. No shower soap. Not 1 mini bottle of water. The bare minimum so a shame for a three hotel.

Small Hotel, with 12 rooms spread over three floor levels 123, nothing on the ground floor, no elevator, narrow staircase. We can help you take your suitcase up, but you will be on your own to take it down. Very small rooms no cupboards! Hangers on the wall. Positive Points: large public outdoor paid parking lot right in front of the hotel. Proximity to the Cathedral and Orléans center, 10 minutes on foot. Summary: 3 very lenient stars…

We arrived at 10:40 p.m. (after warning) and the person at reception was waiting for us, very friendly and even carried my suitcase upstairs.

The hotel is well located, the rates are reasonable and the staff welcoming but there is clearly a problem with cleanliness: dust on top of the bathroom door, questionable carpet, rancid smell in the hall and corridors, mattress protector not changed and full of hair.

It is very well placed. But when they say Parking it's not true. The hotel does not have parking because the parking offered is on the street and we spent a good half hour finding a space. The hotel advertises details once you have already paid!. The breakfast is not worth the price paid either.

A very friendly welcome. I really appreciated that the receptionist carried my suitcase for me when I arrived late after an hour and a half train delay. The room is properly equipped and the environment is very quiet. Very close to the train station, buses and the old town. It was very good for a professional stay.

Warm welcome... I was early but room was ready! Room is clean, well designed, and comfortable. Great location if you arrive/depart by train (5-7 min walk). Short walk to Musee des Beaux Arts and Cathedral.

Bijzonder vriendelijke ontvangst. Kamer gerieflijk, bedden oké. The hotel is toe aan renovated. De vloerbedekking est op meerdere plekken beschadigd en/of vies. Er hangt een onaangename geur in het trappenhuis.

The question arises as to the justification for the 3 stars displayed. Tiny room, bathroom more than doubtful: mold, soap dispenser out of order, no cold water, nothing to put a toiletry bag on...

VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

We had no luck last night, an alarm from the building next to it worked all night. Very stressful

The room was adequate and close to attractions,trams etc. The breakfast was good. The shower was awful, no power in the water and it was not very hot.Probably the worst water pressure etc that I have encountered on my travels. Lots of stairs to climb with luggage and no lifts.

The welcome and the service are very good... the room was large, very surprising and beautiful furniture... I regretted that the windows were darkened and that the bathroom mirror did not allow me to see see me in full...

We received an extremely warm welcome from the hotel owner. He brought our suitcase to our room on the first floor. Our bikes were stored in a secure courtyard. The room was clean and had a pleasant temperature thanks to the air conditioning. The bathroom was spacious. You could shower in the bathtub. A socket in the bathroom for a hairdryer, toothbrushes or razors would have been helpful. The breakfast room was very cozy and lovingly decorated with fabric blankets and matching crockery. The breakfast was simple and delicious.

Very well located establishment on the other hand a so-called 3 star without elevator with 3 floors to climb which is not normal. Fortunately the person at reception was able to give us a room overlooking the courtyard on the ground floor. Thanks to her. Average decor

On entering the hotel the reception was not lit. There was a man hiding behind the desk. After checking in we went to the room. The room was okay but the bathroom was not clean. The shower was broken and we couldn't use the soap dispenser. The towels did not feel soft. This hotel is not recommended.

Small comfortable hotel for a short stay.. very well located near the historic center and parking right in front.. Just a small downside for the breakfast taken at 8:30 am and more choice. Very warm welcome .. We will definitely come back ..

Very nice home

Small room without veils overlooking the roofs, only 1 pillow per person. The cleanliness of the bathroom leaves something to be desired (shower seals, door, limescale traces in the toilet bowl...), no storage space, very rough towels... Disappointing breakfast: country bread n was not fresh and no toaster available. No fresh fruit except bananas.

Nice owners, quiet with sleeping, water in sink didn't went true, bed and what layes under your head is really hard. We didn't sleep a lot me and my partner.
..what really nice is: in the middle of the centre that's a big plus.

We stayed at the hotel for the third time with our dog on our way south. It's basic but dog friendly and the people there are friendly. The first time we chose it because of a family room. The location for an afternoon/evening in Orléans was excellent. Large public car park directly opposite the hotel. Recommended!

Hotel very well located, very welcoming.

The bathroom was the most terrible room of the appartment. You had to wait for at least 8 minutes to get hot water. So precious drinking water was spoiled during this time. The soap dispenser did not function. The doors of the cabine could noy close.. And outside is mentioned : 3-star-hotel.

Friendly hotel located in the city center of Orleans. The room is small but comfortable. The only downside is the breakfast which is only offered until nine o'clock!

Hotel too dated: room too small, smelly bathroom, carpet to be replaced.

Very good location of the hotel near the city center and the Mobe museum, there is 1 large car park where we have always found space .. poor shower, not enough pressure .. good insulation of the room Breakfast is disappointing: there should be a larger choice of fruit, jams go everywhere for 1, three stars, mediocre coffee .. to improve

This hotel offers excellent value for money due to the warm welcome of the owners, the very comfortable character of the room, with all the comforts (TV, individual control for regulating the heating, in the room, excellent bedding and quiet room overlooking the garden) very generous breakfast buffet.
