we know the establishment, it maintains its good level and we enjoyed a good meal. The location is good especially facing the sea even if the room is small, only one chair,

Welcome and staff at the service of the customer, very attentive and at all levels (reception, cleaning, catering service). For my part, even if the rooms have been refreshed, this hotel does not correspond to a 3 star, size of the room, shower cubicle with a plastic curtain, rusty bathroom glass and also a lack of soundproofing. Another remark, there is no elevator and non-existent emergency exit. Insufficient and narrow parking spaces.
A very good discovery on the Normandy coast. The welcome is friendly, the rooms very comfortable and the restaurant is worth the detour. You can go there with your eyes closed.
Second stay at Saint Aubin. Still as pleasant, walking along the beach, calm etc...

All the staff were very friendly and welcoming especially the gentleman on Reception. I did not realise the room would be so small but it was my mistake. We are both 78 so found the concrete spiral stairs a great challenge! No lift and no one offered to help with cases. The food was great as was service in Restaurant. We would return but only in larger room on 1st floor. Pity they can’t update the ugly building from the outside.

A very good address that we particularly appreciated for the quality of the food, the friendly welcome, the ideal location by the sea and the ease of parking. Highly recommended. The only downside - but far from essential given the time spent there ;-) - is the size of the bathroom in the room we occupied. In short, a really pleasant stay. Don't hesitate!

A group of 8 cyclists booked this. The weather was dreadful and we arrived like drowned rats but we were given a warm welcome and a clothes rack in the garage where we could leave our bikes and jackets to drip dry.

This hotel is a real Gem run by a fantastic Manager and lovely staff. Highly recommend.
The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right by the sea and close to the beach promenade. We booked the room with half board and didn't regret it. The included 3-course menu corresponded to one of the two menus on the menu. An "excursion" a la carte was possible at any time for a small surcharge. The breakfast was very good, as was the overall service. We found the friendly and professional staff to be very pleasant. Free parking was possible in public parking spaces on the street in front of the hotel and was not a problem. The room was a little cramped. We had one of the standard rooms with a sea view. This had a very spacious balcony, but hardly any space inside to put the suitcases. This was solvable with a little self-organization, however. We can recommend the hotel and would stay there again - and - eat there again - at any time.

This is not the first time we have come to this hotel. We knew that the rooms were small but the quality/price ratio is no longer the same. The prices have increased significantly for the same quality.

Lovely location and very nice hotel
Room 209 was a very small and poorly designed room. It did not really belong in 21stC. There is no lift.
The WiFi is insecure, the early checkout procedure did not exist. The room is so small that the door cannot be fully opened. It is narrow so that 2-bedside tables could not be provided. The water was hot in the evening but cold in the morning as we were leaving. The bathroom is so small the vanity unit cannot have doors.
It was a very poor choice, in a lovely location. Under no circumstances would we return. A Dutch couple staying at the same time agreed with our opinion.
St Aubin is a lovely town quite close for the Ouisterham ferry, but we shall not return

This hotel is on the beach and has parking. The staff are very efficient and friendly. We had a lovely dinner and breakfast with a sea view. Our bedroom and shower room were spotlessly clean with comfy beds and plenty of hot water. The staff were very attentive to our needs and their observational skills, ensures a smooth running operation all round.

Very nice hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent restaurant . They kindly upgraded us to a sea view room which despite the rain had an excellent aspect with a great view along the beach. The hotel is less than 30 minutes along the coast from the ferry port and as we had to be there early in the morning was very convenient Only one small negative was that the private car park is very tight although this did not detract from a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay there again

It was a step in my journey for me. I slept very well in peace and quiet. Very nice view of the beach and I had a nice sized room. I ate well both in the evening and in the morning. Nothing extraordinary but I found everything I was looking for both in quality and quantity. This was the second time at this hotel and there will be more.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Saint Aubin Hotel. Our family room had a sea view. The rooms and bathroom are spotless and very well soundproofed. The bedding is excellent as well as the breakfast. We will come back to try the restaurant.

After beautiful hikes during the day, we took advantage of the comfort of this beautiful hotel: room with sea view and evening at the restaurant where the chef delighted us. It was scallop season and we took advantage of it. Very well received, in short we will come back.

Great location on the seafront with views of the sea from the room.Car park was small but we got I in. Welcome was very good and host spoke English.
Room layout was very unusual with two rooms each containing small double beds with a connecting passage, between them.which contained the bathroom. However the toilet cubicle was in one of the rooms.
Not sure how this would work without disturbing for those who needs to get up in the night, or with two grown up children sharing etc.

Absolutely recommended to anyone who wants to stay overnight in this historic place. We had a room with a sea view and slept with the sound of the sea. That alone was worth it, the room wasn't too big, but completely ok for us. Also worth mentioning is the friendliness of the staff.

We had a sea view room, although we had booked a standard room. Nice surprise! We had brought our electric bikes, we were able to put them in a closed room for the night. The staff is very attentive to its customers, whether at the hotel or in the restaurant. Nice experience, I recommend it.

Very dated, when shown to room a little late it was full of flies and bugs. Very hot no air conditioning. (Admittedly we should have checked first) had to leave and find another hotel due to not wanting to be disturb by bugs and flies.

At the top nothing to complain about

Disappointment we will not return! The hotel is well located facing the sea. Rooms are small but well appointed and clean. This part deserves a 4/5 Unstable and very slow internet connection. on the other hand the restaurant part deserves 1/5. breakfast you are asked the day before to choose what you want by specifying a choice of juice (jar) of bread (a mini piece pp) and two mini pastries per person. In the evening we took the starter/main menu at 40€. Seafood platter 4 oysters, 4 whelks, a crayfish, 4 prawns and gray ones. Our gray prawns smelled of ammonia and were clearly bad the rest was fresh. We reported it and were brought other equally bad prawns. The dish we opted for scallops and risotto with small vegetables. We received 6 nuts instead of the 5 planned to "apologize" for the prawns. Flavorless and overcooked risotto, borderline scallops. During the payment we were offered one of the two entries. Very disappointing dining experience.
