Key not accessible on the automatic terminal because the staff had no. Validate the cleaning, the person on duty cannot be reached, 1 lamp out of 3 functional, breakfast served at 7:30 a.m., noisy room, in short, a horror
No one at reception at the times indicated we saw No one in the evening at breakfast a very very friendly lady nothing to say about this person unlike the evening when there was no one
Switch that doesn't work and noisy room on the highway side.
There is no one at the reception upon arrival and no response on the phone. The same thing in the evening at 6 p.m. to book dinner and breakfast. Absence of staff with a message that the gentleman is in a room and that you have to call a phone that never picks up after several calls.
Room not very clean Not enough towels No washcloth No hair dryer Average the room no Socket to charge your phone next to the bedside tables.. Room really not great@
I do not recommend this hotel, The room was dirty and very smelly. The carpet is full of dirt we didn’t remove our shoes.There was too much dust in the air. the beds were broken so when you sat on it you would sink in it. The toilet wasn’t even working. I wouldn’t come to this hotel for another night.

Window that does not lock, shower door without handle, flooding in the hallway due to a blocked exterior drain. I am disappointed with this room, it was my 2nd stay.

Very nice home. The rooms are simple but there is everything you need and the bedding is very good. Very pleasantly surprised by the breakfast with fresh, quality products. Only flaw, the road is a little noisy but it calms down at night
Too bad the VMC didn't work in the bedroom and bathroom, lots of condensation. Breakfast OK but bread a little dry.
While passing through the department for two days, I booked a room online. When I arrived, it was possible to go to an automatic terminal either to reserve a room, or to take your reservation if the reception is closed. Small room compared to the price. Otherwise, room well cleaned. Towel, soap and shower gel stored in the bathroom. Well heated room. Parking space to park your car right in front of the room. Easy access. I didn't try the restaurant. Arrival by 4 p.m. minimum and departure by noon maximum the next day, plenty of time to rest.
Very warm welcome throughout our stay. Good food even at the restaurant twinned with this hotel. Room a bit small. Weak reception for television.

View the hotel's answerThe room was not swept and we quickly stained the pristine white of the bed. A bedside lamp was defective but was not replaced. The space in the bathroom is perfectly suitable for an anorexic person, less so for someone a little enveloped. A shower mat would have been welcome. On the other hand, the staff are charming and we were able to put our ice cubes to freeze in the freezer, without problem. It was very welcome in the temperatures of the day

Tiny and stuffy room. No possibility of opening the window as it overlooks the stuffy glazed corridor on the west side and on Nationale 4. No possibility of changing rooms as reception is closed. Dirty room. Not possible to rest in these conditions. We returned to our home despite the road ahead. Price of the room and meals lost but we slept in better conditions.
Why pay 61€ per night when in the rooms it is indicated 55€ in addition you put restaurant and there is none
The rooms are not soundproof enough compared to the others. No restaurant contrary to what is written in the guides or on the internet because no more staff in the kitchen since the covid crisis. You can only have breakfast which is plentiful, with a lot of choice! Mention very well for the croissants and chocolate rolls! To come back to the bedrooms, they are small and the bathroom-toilet has a very small washbasin, not practical! Personally I will not come back even if the staff is welcoming.

Restaurant and payed for airco , which die not function. Restaurant was closed. Rooms not Food clean
The badge did not work. Fortunately, we found someone to activate it because in the middle of the night it would have been complicated. Unable to adjust the ventilation or open the window. It was very hot. Nobody at the reception. Not very clean, stains everywhere, curtains with holes and a very minimalist bathroom.
Very good and pleasant stay. Very friendly personal.

The booked rooms were not made available. The communication was very difficult. There will never be a booking from me there because you don't know if you will get the necessary rooms. The stay caused €480 in unplanned additional costs.
