This is a beautiful hotel in a very beautiful setting .... a beautiful pearl in short. Very warm welcome from Madame and very friendly staff at the restaurant. Excellent evening dinner.
We were passing through and would come back anytime. The new spa area is very nice, also the extension with new, fresh furnishings is very nice and clean, but the reception and the area in the hallway need a renovation (chairs covered with slipcovers / tablecloth old-fashioned. Make the breakfast room a little more cozy with pictures, we felt very comfortable and will definitely come back next time we pass through, nice family business, thank you

unique location. We want a short 24 hour break with a good meal. The price-performance ratio of the >Unteerjunft was top- the kitchen is outstanding. The menu we chose was beyond superb. It was the French cuisine we were looking for and our expectations were more than met in all areas. WE WILL DEFINITELY REPEAT THIS KIND OF TIME-OUT MORE OFTEN

Everything was normal except the sickly breakfast. For the choice, not for the price: we have the same thing at the ibis budget for half the price As a bonus, I was entitled to an admonishment because I had taken 2 pieces of bread for the midday picnic...
Welcome on arrival. The room is clean, the equipment satisfactory. Bedding is acceptable. A desk allows you to work, the wifi is good. The bathroom is small, but sufficient for one person. Very good quality food, with very good service. The buffet breakfast is rather simple, but it offers a large choice of products. Very good general impression, which leaves me perplexed compared to some reviews read about this hotel.
From the evening of our arrival the reception was very cold by the receptionist who turned her handwritten notebook over and over again, supposedly that we had no reservation. The restaurant is closed due to reception and the car park inaccessible, forced to park in a side of the road more than 150m away. The night was disturbed by noises and incessant shouting on the terrace until 4am without the staff present doing anything. The next morning the receptionist was particularly unpleasant when we reported these facts to her, even violently shouting at us “it's not my fault, we have to work!”. On this day of demonstration against the pension reform, we think she was envious to see tourists out for a walk, because honestly given her age (she hasn't been affected by the extension of the age for a long time retirement) she would do well to retire! There is a minimum of friendliness and courtesy when running an establishment that receives customers who pay for a service from which they are entitled to expect a minimum.

We just spent a night in this hotel. The room is very small, very old-fashioned, the bathroom is 1m2/1m2. On the other hand, the meal was very good at the restaurant, the sommelier gave us good advice. Very good breakfast. The wellness area. Great. Too bad the jacuzzi didn't work.
