Great
damaged car in the parking lot of the hotel supposedly private, but public when it comes to making a report, the owner did not want to know anything, I do not recommend this hotel, which only has charm in appearance!!! bad faith!!!

I booked through booking.com. The bedding was correct and the room was clean but overlooked a car park. The air conditioning was moldy and the bathroom was very, very small.
I recommend 100%, the welcome by the couple who run the hotel is perfect! The restaurant and the staff are also very very good!
Efficiency, friendliness
We had a very friendly welcome, the pool was pleasant, the food on the terrace was nice, the hotel is located not far from the town center and very good strategic point for trips around this part of the Côte d'Azur. All you would expect from a hotel in this category. We would come again same day. And, of course, very pleasant to have a parking lot at the hotel.

We were able to make an emergency booking after a fiasco with our accommodation and had a good night for a reasonable rate. Diddier welcomed us weary travellers after a very frustrating and hot day travelling. The room was well appointed and clean. But it was a bit stuffy so we had the doors open which meant hearing the swimming pool pump and mosquitos. The staff were wonderful and the parking is accessible and easy. A great place to stay for your first night if you have not been to St Paul de Vence before and need a rest before trying to understand how to enter the village. Good shower and bathroom facilities, bedside lamps including a reading light. Generally quiet and practical.
I recommend this establishment, pleasant setting and very friendly staff. As for the meals, nothing to say

Fortunately, all the staff are super nice... apart from that.... room, bathroom (cigarette ends, dust, hair, beer capsules...), furniture that holds up we don't know how, bad experience for us
we arrived at 21:45 and checked in and want a drink but they closed at 22:00 so we were not allowed to sit by the pool (restaurant). the bed was very hard it felt like lying on the floor.

Excellent stay as a couple in this well-located, very clean hotel, and convenient for visiting Nice, Antibes, Saint Paul de Vence and Grasse. A very good restaurant with a beautiful panoramic terrace

Magnificent
Certainly does not deserve 3 stars, more than disappointing room in the corridor leading to the room the lights do not work (not practical to find your room at night, the curtain rod in the room dangles because it is broken, the bedside table is stained, one of the two lamps in the bathroom broken, shower broken with traces of mold the outdoor areas could be better maintained dead plants not pruned, it's a shame!!! won't go back.

Go for the restaurant! The meal is excellent. The rooms are okay, and quite noisy. Average bedding. Overall, it's rather expensive compared to the service, but unfortunately not that expensive for the area...
