Unfortunately this time the bedding was not up to par with two single beds pushed together and mattresses that were too soft. In addition, there were no sockets around the twin beds.

Very good stay to repeat with pleasure.

We had booked a room in this hotel on a particularly cold day and what a surprise to be told that there was a boiler breakdown and therefore no hot water! Perhaps a text message sent in advance would have allowed us to make other arrangements.

A very good time. A beautiful encounter of kindness and professionalism.

Very calm.. An overall refresh is to be planned as well as an effort on green species.

Stayed 3 nights.. woken up 2 nights around 3:30 a.m. by a person shouting on the phone under my window.. I even think it was certainly the night watchman. A dark-haired lady at the reception, very unpleasant and limited breakfast. The only positive point is the restaurant, the chef and the waiter.

As usual, excellent welcome and special mention to the restaurant service person, always friendly and smiling!!! I recommend

Room and bathroom a little too small

The people at the reception are very welcoming, on the other hand the room is very dated, the music in the restaurant is very too loud, the choice of the Play list is more for disco evenings than spending a quiet moment in the restaurant. The very fast server doesn't let you take your time. As soon as you sit down you already have the menu, 30 seconds later he is there to take the order. It puts stress on you which makes you eat in less than 10 minutes. The meal was good, but unfortunately the plates were cold and therefore the meal cooled down very quickly.

Uncomfortable bedding and very light breakfast

Canceled my reservation the day before. Booki'g problem with the software, forced to urgently look for a hotel to honor my professional commitment.

Very upset that they cancelled my booking in order to make more money from another booking due to the Rugby World Cup in the area - gave the storey many weeks after booking that it was a compute issue!!!!

Only downside, the bed was not big enough for our build and the QR Code for night access does not work. Again, a technology that excludes seniors!!!

Interesting value for money The carpet on the floor in the bedrooms is a bit dated and dirty. The TV remote control is faulty and not clean. The welcome on arrival is perfect, and the service in the restaurant is fast and impeccable. Parking is easy in the parking lot and there is plenty of room. The rest of the room and the bathroom are very clean.

The heating did not work... In the morning, no hot water to wash. And no heating in the bathroom That's a lot Breakfast not great: little choice ... To be reviewed
