This is now the third time we have stayed at the Neuhauser Hotel and we are always very satisfied!

Warm family atmosphere, you feel good there. Cozy establishment full of charm, you feel at home.

Le lieu, l'établissement et le personnel sont au top. Le chalet que nous avons occupé était parfait. Le seul petit problème était la pression de l'eau chaude et sa température peu élevée. Mais vous nous avez aidé rapidement et une solution fut proposé vu les congés du chauffagiste. La qualité du déjeuner rien à redire et encore pour le restaurant que nous n'avons testé qu'une fois malheureusement. Peut-être avoir les liens pour télécharger des ballades GPS. Il n'est pas toujours simple de trouver des sites complets et gratuits.

A hotel restaurant as we like it

Very good night in this hotel. Welcoming staff. Room equipped and clean. We ate very well for breakfast, very complete and rich! We will certainly come back to discover the surroundings.

The NEUHAUSER hotel is an excellent address both in terms of the hotel and the restaurant. It is perfectly quiet, isolated on a forest road. And the welcome is great. We recommend it to those who like the calm and the charm of the forest.

Very warm welcome, the staff took great care of us, they even made us sandwiches for our hike! We appreciated the place with the calm that reigns around. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We have no problem recommending this establishment and we will certainly return.

Very nice place, quiet and open to the landscape. Beautiful spacious, bright and comfortable room. We can accommodate 3 because there is a sofa bed on the small room upstairs, which lowers the price per person (otherwise quite high but it's worth it). Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Very professional staff. It's perfect.

Let's talk about meals first. A well-controlled and subtle professional cuisine. We will not forget the Arctic Char perfectly cooks the duck breast with cranberries enough to stimulate the taste buds and succulent desserts which is often the weakness of restaurants. In short, tender meats and sauces that make the difference! Very well kept hotel. A pretty traditional building with top comfort. A swimming pool to delight hikers after exercise. The welcome is attentive and friendly. The chef and his wife listen to your wishes, even when it comes to satisfying a 9-year-old vegetarian who greatly appreciated Superb, peaceful surroundings. We look forward to staying there again.

Quiet location, hiking at the gates of the hotel. Top swimming pool, fitness equipment, too bad for the location. Very good restoration. Very comfortable room just lacks kettle. Breakfast lacks a few pastries or regional cakes.

A little corner of paradise, in the middle of nowhere. Warm welcome, soothing atmosphere and respect for the values perpetuated for several generations, We are spoiled... very happy to have returned and can't wait to go back.

Welcoming, caring staff, the setting is magnificent, superb view from our room in the middle of the forest. Hearty breakfast, restaurant with quality meats and top cooking. Close to all the major sites to see in the area (Le Donon, La Porte de Pierre, Le Struthof...). The swimming pool and the ping-pong table is a plus with the children and after the hike.

The location on the heights is a guarantee of calm and serenity far from the tourist bustle. We had chosen accommodation in a chalet for one night and it was a very pleasant experience with friends! The hotel team is attentive and responsive. Dinner in a room that opens wide onto nature with large bay windows was a treat for the taste buds! Very nice hiking possibilities in the surroundings. Recommended for anyone who prefers to immerse themselves in a bucolic setting without the bustle and/or bustle of tourist centres.
