Good value for money for an evening stopover

The photos on the site are promising. But the hotel is aging, the bedding very average, the evening meal stopover worthy of a school canteen. As a result, the price is very exaggerated! Fortunately, the welcome and the smile of the employees are top notch, otherwise it would deserve a 0.

The welcome, the cleanliness and the evening meal were satisfactory, however, the quality of the breakfast is really poor as well as the equipment in the room which is really aging.

This hotel is not maintained

Noisy. Tiling in a hotel is unforgiving.

Bad bedding, wifi problem, meals just ok

Outdated and uncomfortable room (straw chair and aging mattress), lack of lighting to access the hotel area, few bath linens (1 towel), no equipment apart from the television

Unpleasant smell in the room. Housekeeping barely done. Towel not changed and only one for the week.

Reception closed on our arrival but a message was sent to us with clear and detailed instructions to access the room. Quadruple room with bathroom. Pool view. Clean. Good bedding. Towels, soaps and hair dryer available. Small downside (you need 1😜): there is only 1 socket in the room and 1 other in the bathroom.

Despite the noise from the motorway, the room offered in the annex was quiet. Although clean, the room could do with a refresh. The spring bedding was not very comfortable. No shampoo or soap in the shower. No kettle or tea in the room, which is becoming rare. The success of the stopover made the evening service at the restaurant a bit tense. Having to ask for your order, water, bread. Finally, breakfast scheduled for 6:30 a.m. was at least fifteen minutes late, which made departure stressful.

Price/performance ratio not adequate. Bathrooms urgently need renovation. Guest rooms (restaurant and breakfast) not comfortable.

The value found at the location of the Logis is not affected and is therefore not served by this service. The hotel will be truly outdated, impossible to reach 3 star Logis! Note that the restaurant of the hotel is defined as "gourmet" although it has a meal and a poor colazione with a menu that does not correspond to what the meal is on the site. The only positive note is that it states the kindness of the personal side of the accoglienza that has changed suddenly and that the camera is in a new position (dal sito non si capiva nemmeno che c'erano 2 alloggi differenti) che quantomeno era decente e piu' pulita.

Warm welcome, friendly staff, very well air-conditioned room, very clean, generous and varied breakfast, swimming pool, a must for total relaxation and calm. Thank you all

We have been going to this hotel for 3 or 4 years and we love it. The staff are really great, we are made to feel so welcome every time. The rooms are quite spacious although they could do with a little more maintenance from time to time. The pool is well maintained. Very good value for money in any case.

The common areas are dirty, the rooms are not cleaned properly, full of dust and dust bunnies on the floor, damaged furniture, no sheets on the small ones to cover yourself with.

positive point: the lady at the reception very smiling and friendly the swimming pool the wifi the calm surroundings negative point: the room not made at 3:30 p.m. on our arrival the next morning the room not made either. (I had to ask for towels and sheets and make my bed) no shower product on our arrival no electrical outlet next to the bed no safe big negative point the decor a little old tired mattress. we can really feel the springs not allowed to bring drinks to the swimming pool but drinks dispenser that does not work (39 degrees outside).

Friendly staff. Barely small room for 3 people.

When we arrived, there was no one there. Too bad...... The rest of the stay went very well, the swimming pool was clean and very pleasant at the end of the day. The staff is pleasant.

Very nice hotel, the staff is welcoming and available. The rooms are clean, the only downside is that the number of sockets is a little tight. The swimming pool is super nice. I would not hesitate to come back during my visits to Marseille

reception and restaurant at the top (smiling and attentive), quality stopover meals. Pleasant place. Beautiful room, just review bathroom and squeaky bed quite a bit. I recommend and I would come back while in the area.

Dish for the evening stopover, perfect. However, the rooms should be given a facelift. (exposed wall telephone wire, shower screen in poor condition, etc.)

How can “Logis de France” certify such an establishment which benefits from a 3* classification. Very aging room, dusty carpets, ceiling that is dilapidated (same as restaurant room). No lighting in the WC area of the bathroom (forced to go to the toilet with your mobile phone) Room reserved for 2 with only one bath towel, only one cup, no hand towel, no pillow having only the name. air conditioning only kicks in around 3 a.m. when it is impossible to sleep with the windows open (room opening directly onto the 4 lanes.... all for the modest sum of €85. Breakfasts at €12.50/ person without any originality and with yogurts expired for more than 7 days (I have the photos). For the evening meal NO menu whereas generally in the "Logis de France" establishments a menu is offered at a reasonable price. There only a menu with starters at 13€ minimum (e.g. tomato mozzarella good margin....) and no main course for less than 23€, i.e. a meal with dessert at 44€ minimum without wine. The only positive point: the kindness of the room staff during dinner.

Hotel in its own right...apart from the restaurant room with modern and pleasant decoration...Average catering when you take the menu....You have the impression that the kitchen is quickly outdated when there are 20 guests with negative impact on quality...Pleasant swimming pool area...Difficult to access but I will come back...

No reception since no staff present! , no bottle of water available or even from a dispenser, no catering! disappointing breakfast! hotel giving the impression of being abandoned! at the edge of the national road so VERY NOISE! This property should be rehabilitated!

False and misleading advertising on booking

I chose the establishment because of the "Logis hotel" label. Absolutely avoid! Unworthy of a three star! A shame for an independent establishment worthy of the name…

Really nice welcome from the receptionist who sorted out our electric car charging needs quickly and with no fuss.

Nice hotel whose room would need a little refreshment (joints in the bathroom for example). A bathtub is a handicap for the elderly. The arrival of hot water is random and leads to a significant waste of cold water. On the bedroom side, a 160 bedding would be welcome. There is no power outlet on the closet side. I use a respirator and I had to ask for an extension cord despite the length of my device. Admittedly, we are not in a 4-star hotel, but a bottle of water would be welcome as well as a box of paper tissues .. Luckily the room did not overlook the expressway. Excellent individual air conditioning. Unbalanced questionnaire: forced to answer yes or no on the satisfaction of the restaurant. The answer needs to be more nuanced. In particular for example on the availability of the table which obliges to pass the meal very close to our neighbors of table. Etc., etc...

Hotel bruyant, mais vous n'y pouvez rien. Chambre fournie ne correspondant pas à la réservation (chambre triple) Equipent salle de bain minimaliste, tuyau douche mauvais état, comme les meubles, 1 seul rouleau de papier hygiénique sur la fin, ... Restauration bien quoique un peu chère, personnel de salle agréable. Petit déjeuner limite de la correction, pas de renouvellement oeufs brouillés ou viennoiserie, il faut mieux arriver dans les premiers, autrement régime ... Globalement pour le même prix, on peut trouver mieux ailleurs.
