The staff at the hotel are exceptionally welcoming and kind. The hotel is well situated in a quiet area but near the beach, the rooms are well appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean, the restaurant is very good with 'home cooked' meals, and the whole is very good value for money. I am very fussy about hotels but have returned to this one several times!

We already knew your establishment because we stayed there in 2022. In 2023, we left it a little late and were unable to get a reservation. Very satisfied with our stay, despite the weather. On the other hand, the room was a little small and lacked storage space. The restaurant was great. Very generous and very good. We have never eaten like it. The staff was also great, always attentive.

What more can I say than that it's very good in every way?

Regarding dinner, everything was good but be careful with the suggestions of the moment not corresponding to the description: sweetbreads with chanterelles becoming morels and cooked sweetbreads defrosted so rubbery. Ein sehr net kleines Hotel hinter den Dünen von Biscarrosse. Unser Superiorzimmer im 2.Stock war sehr nett mit einer kleinen Terrasse im Dach. Leider kann man das Meer nicht sehen, weil ja die Dünen und Pinien dazwischen sind. If you're a lady at home, you'll have a good meal with so much fresh orange juice, no less than 10% bill and all the wäre 5 Sterne!

Too bad we go into our room to clean while we come out of the shower naked. Some of the staff are not smiling in the corridors.

An absolutely perfect stay! The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained and ideally located to fully enjoy the region. The room was well maintained and the bedding comfortable. The staff always smiling, available and attentive to our every need. We also appreciated the quality of the breakfast, varied with fresh products, pastries and squeezed orange juice (not common) as well as the evening meal consisting of a starter, a main course and a "homemade" dessert. Just missing a swimming pool but the sea is only a 10-minute walk away. We recommend this hotel where the services were above our expectations.

We were very well received from the beginning to the end of our stay. The room was good as was the bathroom. Special attention to cleanliness which was of a very good standard throughout our stay. The breakfast was very good, plentiful and well stocked. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and there too we enjoyed ourselves with a new menu every day. In summary we had an excellent stay in this hotel which we highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff for their availability, kindness, welcome and professionalism throughout our stay.

Just the standard rooms are stifling for me. I can't move. Otherwise the rooms are clean and relaxing.

Toilet flushes once, then a second flush is possible after 10 minutes!!! Shower only flows slowly and then not at all!! That's disappointing for the price! No elevator.

Recently renovated hotel, well located and quiet. the room was small but corresponded to the description. No window but a skylight (attic). Effective air conditioning but a little noisy at night. The shower lacks pressure. Few outdoor parking spaces if you arrive late.

We were very well received for our stay in your hotel. However, there are two small drawbacks. The person, who is responsible for taking orders at the table (Sir), was unable, or did not want to tell us the menu of the day, and told us that the menu was displayed in front of the entrance ! In addition, he should perhaps think about changing his pants, which were rather dirty (large stains on the left rear). To this we must add that he is not very open to communication. As for the meal, it was good, except the chicken which was extremely DRY, and the sardine rillettes, more than very average!! . The breakfast was very good. The two ladies at reception are very pleasant when it comes to interpersonal skills. The room was very clean, so nothing to say

Coming as a couple, accompanied by an elderly person, for a long half-board stay of 3 weeks, we were very satisfied with both the accommodation and catering aspects. Very welcoming staff, available and above all attentive to all needs and advice. Quiet location, close to beaches and the city center.

The room, despite having taken the slightly more expensive one with a terrace, remains very small, the bathroom, despite the comfort of real furniture and a large shower, remains very uncomfortable, there is a lack of space, the shower is evacuates poorly. However, we appreciate the storage and accessories, hair dryer, hanging line, tissue box, etc. A blackout curtain would be appreciated despite the shutter the day passes and the handle is broken. On the other hand, the staff is impeccable.

What a little treasure just a stone's throw from the ocean, the staff is so nice! The people who do the maintenance are absolutely adorable and we thank them for the rooms. The people at reception are really adorable.

Everything was very correct except two points, the first of which was very important: - bedding not at all satisfactory because it was too soft. I had a very bad sleep and I woke up with back pain. The mattress was changed for the second night. It was better but still not good enough, 2nd awakening with a back pain (room 203) - cleaning carried out while eating breakfast which we did not expect at all. We hadn't tidied up. The cleaning lady moved a sweater from the bed onto a shelf where two earrings sat. We never found one of them, despite opening the vacuum cleaner bag according to the cleaning lady.

Following a computer bug, the pet supplement was not part of the customer journey when booking. The receptionist therefore half-treated us as a crook "trying to hide our dog" who was by our side when receiving the keys. We reported the bug to him - checking again on site - but no commercial gesture was made despite this technical problem requiring a surplus of €48 in total for the duration of our stay. Very disappointed by the behavior of the manager who insulted us again following the comment left on Google. Unworthy of a 3* manager... We will under no circumstances repeat the experience.

Tiny room!!! Not a single seat or Frigidaire. We can't meet two people around the bed!! Disappointing meals, non-existent relationships. Payment upon arrival!!! Cold restaurant room, it looks like a canteen. We paid 72 euros for the dog for 3 nights, due to poor presentation on the website! We left a day before, too bad for the 140 and a few euros lost. As a senior manager, I have frequented hundreds of hotels in my professional life, I have never seen this, even in hotels without a star

This hotel is excellent. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Especially the lady on the reception and the waitress in the restaurant. Very clean. Excellent food in the a La carte menu (we didn't try half board), and breakfast was good. We had our labradoodle with us and she was made welcome too. Everything was excellent and we would return.

Room too small because very large bed for one person. Change of sheet on the 7th night when I spent 9. And above all the reason why I will not come back is that the entire price of the stay is required upon arrival. Certainly I had been warned by email but without paying too much attention to it. It seems to me that for a three star it would be good to have coffee making facilities in the room, also there is a lack of a small fridge in the room and finally the toilet paper is no thicker than a sheet of cigarette paper.

Clean hotel but overpriced in value for money. The reception is disappointing. Sanitized hotel with basic and bland decoration. The wifi is very poor. Not even welcome bottles of water in the room. Request for second payment of €522 obligatory despite an identical reservation amount on the credit card. Still not refunded after 1 week despite several reminders… The bedding is of good quality.

Well located, this hotel was appreciated for its pleasant staff. However, for a one-week stay the room lacks storage and is a little more spacious, it does not have a refrigerator which would have been appreciated during this summer period. It is time to replace the furniture on the terrace, the chairs of which are threatening to fall apart... and the tables whose tops are no longer very presentable. The restaurant offers very good and varied gastronomic menus.

The services conform to the description on the hotel website, so no surprises.

We have been going back there for 4 years with as much satisfaction as ever.

Well located and quiet hotel. We had a room on the ground floor. The glazed entrance door leads directly into the bedroom, which is not very large, which does not allow ventilation, except by pulling a curtain for privacy. The superb bathroom has no ventilation or ventilation that does not work.

In our suite there were unfortunately not enough cupboards/shelves/drawers to store the belongings of 4 people staying for 1 week, the "child's" room was completely devoid of them. The quality of bedding is average. The reception and restaurant staff are top notch! The location is perfect, quiet and close to the north beach, 10 minutes walk from the center. We ate there half board.

Well located hotel, 10min. Walk to the beach, very nice and competent service and reception. Very clean and well maintained. Food is very tasty, there is a menu with fresh ingredients if needed there are alternatives if you don't like the menu. Breakfast is kept simple but important to us with fresh buttery croissants, pain au chocolat and crunchy baguette, fresh orange juice and much more. Thank you for the nice relaxing time!

As I told the owner; Mr PETITEVILLE, there is no relaxation area in the bedrooms (1 table and 2 chairs)

Overall the stay went well. With some reservations: we had wanted a room with 2 separate beds, the only one available was on the ground floor, with foliage in front of the window, so very dark. 4 nights. Summary vacuuming, grains of sand underfoot. No kettle in the room. No deckchairs in the garden although this had been mentioned on the phone. Varied meals with possibility of change. GOOD. But average quality meat (not very tender), butchery supplier problem?

Overall, it was a very successful experience! THANKS ! Simple and good food every evening. Nice breakfast in the mornings. Nice and discreet staff. Two very small drawbacks: bedroom on the floor without a window (just a French window) and bottle of craft beer stolen from our room… :(

Too bad that when you come to the hotel you feel a certain tension, a lack of enthusiasm in the way of proceeding. Advance payment, immediate there or everywhere else the generality is to settle the day of departure. In the pension menu, pay attention to the quality of the desserts (the blueberry pie is not great) especially since in the offer it is specified "Each day a different menu alternating meat and fish, a choice of 3 starters, 3 dishes and 3 desserts." when in the end there is only one choice!

Top notch hospitality and staff. Hotel very well located, quiet. You can access the city center and beach in 15 minutes on foot. Clean, simple, operational and pleasant room. Slightly firmer bedding would be a plus for my taste. Breakfast buffet with enough choice. Impeccable wifi connection.

An absolutely nice place for a short or even better a longer stay. All staff is very friendly and at help any time needed. We had a room with a little terrace to the garden and just felt like home. The food in the restaurant is marvelous and the breakfast has everything you need for a perfect start into the day. Beach and restaurants are 5-10 minutes walk and the location is in a very nice and quiet environment.

It is a pity that there is a lift for the visually impaired. The problem was reported when booking. A room on the 2 * floor had been assigned to us! For 25 € the meal, it is unfortunate not to have at least 2 choices. The fish of the day is found the next day. A better preparation of the dishes would be appreciable.

We have never slept so badly, the bedding was disastrous, no flat sheet. 108€ per night, for in the end August has only one desire in the morning, to finally go home to sleep. Nobody at the reception at 9:30 a.m. to share our disappointment.

Perfect welcome, and very pleasant staff! The room was very clean, no complaints. A few minor drawbacks regarding the impossible wifi connection, and the basin in room 301 not very practical for washing your hands… Small suggestion: a drink dispenser would not be refused. All in all a great stay, highly recommend! Thank you again for the knowledge of the staff!

Everything was perfect! The proximity to the beach and the city center, the room, the calm, the pines. The restaurant was awesome, all the dishes were delicious! All the staff are charming, we had a very pleasant stay!

Have a good stay. Breakfast lacking variety if you stay a long time too bad. No pool or anything else to enjoy staying in the hotel. Except sleeping there. Correct and friendly staff.

Pleasant hotel in a quiet location. Clean room and comfortable bedding but animalist furnishings. There is what is wrong but no more. Lack of chair and a bit of decoration. Perfect breakfast but evening meal was tasteless except on the last night it looked like the cook had made some progress.

Hotel extremely well located adding a big plus. Clean and very charming room. Small negative point for the somewhat "soft" bedding. The presence of air conditioning is ideal. The breakfast was perfect, choice and good products offered, in a calm and very pretty setting. Very positive point on the quality of the reception and the members of the staff all very pleasant, smiling and concerned during the entire stay.

Perfect welcome. Bed not firm enough for me. No coffee making facilities in the room. Restoration "very average", I do not recommend it. However breakfast, simple but with very good homemade jams and squeezed fruit.

Very well received, however not very well isolated from the noise of other rooms separated by a door, you can hear everything 🤣, too bad there is no coffee machine at reception or a kettle in the room and soluble coffees because you have to wait 8:00 am for access to lunch, a small bottle of water in the room would be nice as in some hotels.

Satisfied with the welcome, the overall cleanliness and the quiet location. Nevertheless, a regret that the price of breakfast is expensive. Indeed, we are not used to this being a meal in itself and therefore paying 12.5€ for a coffee, a fruit juice and 2 croissants is exaggerated. Recently in Arcachon, in a hotel of very good standing, the DPJ had 2 prices according to its importance: 7 and 12 €. We found this formula excellent.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, but cleanliness to be desired. I found remnants from previous guests like makeup cleaning cotton under the bed, they clean well. I had to ask for towels because the ones we used were just folded and left wet in the bathroom. They do not have decaf coffee at breakfast, scrambled eggs, very basic. And what to say about the orange juice machine, one does it myself but it is very abrupt. Anyway... correct hotel, very basic. The heating was not working well. There is no orientation in Spanish, everything got wet when using the sink, with a simple hand washing.
