The Hotel is located in Aussen and on the Website and has its own website. In der Realität ist der schöne Park ungepflegt. The Gourmand-Restaurant has two menus a year, but it is flexible and does not last. Das Personal (Mann und Frau) scheinen mit ihrer Aufgabe überfordert zu sein, was wir in Anbetracht der grossen Immobilie auch verstehen.)
Very warm welcome, hotel on the roadside (very quiet) and surrounded by nature, the river and norias. Quiet and very pleasant place. Dinner on site, good and plentiful Comfort of being able to dine on site.

I really appreciated the human side of the welcome. The meal was hearty with quality food.
We chose this hotel because it advertised 'a parc', i.e. lovely gardens and a gourmet restaurant. The gardens were overgrown and full of weeds and although the evening meal was adequate, it certainly wasn't gourmet and there was no choice. The hotel appeared generally very run down. However our hosts were very pleasant and welcoming.
It's always a pleasure to spend time in this hotel.

It's a pity that the sewage smell problem in room 1 has not been solved and the hotelier continues to impose it on his customers with an electric perfume diffuser which does not mask the smell at all and which is very allergenic for people with asthma. Of course the hotel was full!

Very friendly staff. The hotel's interior is a bit dated but well maintained and cleaner than most hotels we stayed in. The diner was simple but very good.
Room 5: the toilet with a pestilential smell impossible to neutralize, we interrupted our stay. The managers tried to remedy this problem by offering us an air freshener. They were aware of the problem. No maintenance of the garden Otherwise, very correct restoration and kindness of the managers.
