Very nice hotel, warm decor and top-notch cuisine!
A very pleasant, quiet and authentic place. Spacious room with suitable facilities. Neither too much nor too little Parking very appreciated for a large professional vehicle like ours And finally, the restaurant: magical! Just like the breakfast. For all tastes and all appetites! My comment would be incomplete if I did not mention the kindness of the hostess whom I thank. We just regret that the fog did not allow us to enjoy the view which must be superb We highly recommend this establishment especially for travelers looking for parking away from risks, a comfortable and quiet room and a good restaurant on site
Lovely room, welcoming and friendly staff. And delicious wood-fired dishes.
In our room, the television was far too small and the channel reception was very poor. Regarding breakfast, the pastries were poor quality and ridiculously small.
Very warm welcome, the site is magnificent in the middle of nature, the room is comfortable, the breakfast plentiful and quality. The evening of our arrival, we ate at the restaurant. Excellent menu with fresh, quality products, very beautiful dishes that we tasted with pleasure. Thank you for the warm and professional restaurant service.
So much better than staying in a Relais hotel close to highway. Better drive 15 minutes more and enjoy real hospitality

The hotel is located on top of a hill, hence the name. The view is absolutely magnificent over the landscape and villages below. The swimming pool is magnificent too, 16m long. The layer of paint on the bottom of the pool is coming off a little but the water is clean and the deckchairs and parasols are quality. The room was clean but the sofa bed for 2 was small and not straight when unfolded. The sheets were clean but the blankets were outdated fleece, 70s/80s style. These covers are not inspiring. A summer duvet with a duvet cover is better. This type of coverage is old fashioned and I don't understand why hotels still use them. I imagine they aren't washed for every new guest. Haven't had this on my body yet. There were only 2 armchairs quite stiff to sit on in the living room so not very comfortable, there is a lack of plump chairs in this room. Once the sofa bed is unfolded, only these 2 armchairs remain. The decor needs a facelift. The old cupboards don't look good either. There is also a lack of tea and/or coffee making facilities in the room. There is a small fridge to share on the landing. The room upstairs was clean with the bathroom clean but again the horrible fleece blankets. The bathroom was large and clean but the sliding toilet door opened by itself and had no lock. Clean towels and a good quantity. Balcony with view onto terrace ok but could have been a little cleaner. Expensive breakfast for what it is with very little choice. No choice of milk or plant-based yogurts for example. The sweet cakes were plentiful. Small pastries ok and the bread was good. Only soft, unsalted butter and no other choice than butter, so nothing for vegans. No breakfast tea, only Earl Grey. Good choice of fruits and jams. Dinner a bit expensive for what it is. Flavors ok but small quantity. The trout was decent but very few accompaniments with it. Service The gentleman was a bit cold in our opinion, the short-haired brunette lady very friendly and sympathetic and the blonde lady, cold during dinner service but nice the next day. Dogs are welcome which was great for us. Well-maintained gardens and terrace furniture ok, interior decor to be redone I think, especially the chairs in the restaurant which are a little outdated. The place is really beautiful and we would come back but we need to work on the details, particularly the hotel linen and breakfast. Outside The hotel is located on top of a hill, hence the name. Chalet 2 nights. Overall a feeling of abandonment! Entrance French window and almost HS wooden shutters. Out-of-date water heater. Gas pipe expired since 2022. Outdoor fire extinguisher without annual inspection sticker. Old equipment. Shower cabin and gas stove in good condition Too bad because the place is nice! The chalet deserves a serious refresh to bring it closer to the standard of the hotel. Nearby... an outdoor barbecue forgotten by the gods!
Very nice hotel, surrounded by nature, in a very well restored building. Good welcome. The allocated room was large, very well equipped (office a bit small for working, but what an idea to work in this place!), very clean. Very good bedding. The bathroom is also very clean and functional. Good quality WiFi, allows you to work. Very good quality restaurant (even for the evening stopover menu), very good service. Simple but complete breakfast.

Excellent service, comfortable double room and superb food. Only problem was finding the hotel on a dark foggy night! Poorly signposted and two entrances which looked like tracks in the fog But definitely worth persevering!
We were there for 2 nights DB&B. The first night was a bit shambolic at dinner, the second night was fine.
We were impressed by the setting and the rooms, but disappointed the swimming pool was closed.

Second stay in this establishment, Everything was perfect, we stayed in the magnificent tower suite… we will be back!
We spent one night in a fully equipped family tent. It's a real micro campsite integrated into the hotel. It is possible to spend several nights there for a holiday. We were able to enjoy the swimming pool and the restaurant where we eat very well. In short very good address. The only downside is that you have to bring your own sheets. They don't offer any.
Der Empfang ist sehr herzlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber und gross. Wir hatten noch einen Sitzplatz draussen. Nur die Küche hat uns enttäuscht. Sie war ok, aber dafür würde ich nur 3 Sterne geben. Eine Ausnahme war jeweils das Dessert, das war hervorragend.

Magnificent home, in a very beautiful setting, very friendly welcome.
We are very very delighted with this beautiful discovery, the staff is very welcoming. The setting is idyllic ideal for a stay with family or lovers. We stayed for two nights and will definitely come back. The meal is excellent, the breakfast is top notch and the rooms are superb, very large and very clean. On top 😉
Spacious room on two levels. Unfortunately, the floor and tub were covered in several flies and other bugs when we arrived (and several more were discovered when we woke up). Very disappointing dinner: very little choice on the menu (and no suitable dish for children). Mediocre dishes arrived lukewarm, dry bread, nothing from the "gourmet restaurant" advertised on your site. Breakfast even more disappointing with archi-dry and tasteless products (sliced brioche, bread, mini croissants and pain au chocolat) Reservation made at a rate that was not respected when paying the 'addition.
