This is a delightful hotel. The room was clean and functional - had an old fashioned feel to it, which I really liked - even with a bolster on the bed. The shower gushed huge amounts of hot water. The rather sombre restaurant serves excellent food at a very reasonable price. We had a very enjoyable 2 day stay

As I mentioned when leaving, the hotel is very poorly soundproofed. At 130 euros a night we do not find it acceptable to hear the neighbor's electric razor, the showers, the toilets and people. In addition, the bathrooms in the room we occupied could do with a good refresh. The tile joints in the shower are moldy, the sink drain is too low so the water does not flow well. We have already stayed in hotels in the same price range and this is the first time we have been disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Trianon. We including dog were made very welcome. The dining room and food were special. Breakfast and evening meals were terrific.
