We are really delighted with this stay in an authentic hotel, with a real soul where life is good. The hosts are just great, smiling, helpful, welcoming. Very clean cozy room. For a ski weekend in Carroz, it's ideal. I almost forgot: a very varied and plentiful breakfast!

We spent one night in one of the chalets behind the hotel. It was very well equipped, and nicely decorated all in wood. Very quiet, despite the road and the motorway being quite close. We did not have dinner, because the restaurant was full, but the room was welcoming and pleasant. Just a little expensive, but it was the start of the February school holidays. Convenient hotel for going up to Les Carroz the next morning

After a day of skiing, we appreciated the "cocooning" side of the hotel, the decoration and the kindness of the hotel staff. Surprised by the quality and choice of the restaurant, I had not noticed that it was part of the Logis de France. I recommend it.

De bediening in the restaurant for your dinner is also the right price, and it is also the price you pay. Well, we can see you on the ground and in front of your hotel. Bij warm weer zijn de kamers veel te warm, de ventilator biedt alleen wat wind, en de ventsters kan je neet open laten vanwege het lawaai van het constant verkeer in de straat langs het hotel en op de snelweg (parallelle weg). Please note that we have some telephone calls at least 1 night before the ideal one is on the eleventh route, but we do not have to do so. De badkamer is heel klein, maar wel netjes.

Hotel well located but very noisy because close to a road and a highway, small but clean room. Avoid Sundays because there are no bars or restaurants. Big difficulty finding another restaurant open on Sunday nearby.

Well located hotel close to many interesting sites to visit. The restaurant serves a very honest meal based on the prices charged even if we had rancid butter for breakfast (expiration date 01/07/24 while we were on 29/06/24), The shower and the Bathroom sink leaked and leaked water every morning and evening. At the top, the owner, who was too rigid, relegated us alone to the back of the restaurant under the pretext that we liked to be in a place close to the counter when the outdoor restaurant was closed while the outdoor restaurant was open. supposedly everything was full even though we saw it in the morning and even twice in the afternoon without offering us a table outside. We felt left out, alone in an almost empty room even though we had been at the hotel for 4 days. Blatant lack of diplomacy and commercial sense.

We were able to enjoy a great stay in one of the small mazots offered by the hotel. There is everything you need to be independent :) A quick question about the cleaning kit (sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishcloth) which is practical but which we hope is not for single use with each reservation.

Our group was made to feel very welcome, the rooms were impeccably clean and the meals (including breakfast) were delicious! Thank you for everything !

We had a pleasant room, in the back of the hotel, away from the main road, as I had asked for when I booked. The hotel is very well located for traveling south from France through the Mont Blanc tunnel to Italy and has good parking provision. Breakfast was also good. I had asked for a table for dinner when I booked some time ago. We were given a few days notice that, as it was May 1st, the restaurant would be closed. No help was provided in finding an alternative and we weren't invited to eat our own food on the premises. The bar was also closed.

We stayed in one of the chalets and were very happy with the whole thing. Downsides: - over 4 nights the cleaning was sometimes done quickly... - we reported a problem with the toilet seat which was not resolved during the stay - the non-negotiable intolerance of animals in the hotel made us deprived of access to the restaurant and the breakfast room: not very friendly...

Room and breakfast OK, too bad it is located on the edge of a busy road.....No shutters and curtains not blackout enough...the day passes through which bothers us a lot.

The room is pleasant (family room for 4 people) and clean, we ate very well in the restaurant, and we really appreciated the kindness shown to our children despite some difficulties, the provision of games, etc. We recommend with enthusiasm!

Our stay at the Le Relais du Mont Blanc hotel was very pleasant. The managers and their family and their dog were very kind and welcoming. We felt at home. Thank you very much to them. A small downside regarding the noise pollution due to the motorway and the nearby departmental road but which did not mar our very pleasant stay. We will gladly come back !

Excellent welcome and service; the room I occupied was a little too small but the superior rooms and chalets are probably larger. Likewise, avoid upstairs rooms if you have mobility problems or large suitcases (narrow staircase). The hotel is easy to access and has ample parking. The hotel restaurant serves quality and hearty dishes, with many local products. Very good value for money, especially in the evening. Overall, a very good address!

This hotel is not at the level of Logis hotels. The room is very cramped, the sink almost clogged (very slow flow). Badly isolated from the very busy road even at night. The restaurant is quite expensive, no choice. The service leaves something to be desired. Only the breakfast is very correct.

A very very good surprise this hotel. Very happy with our night. Excellent meal, we enjoyed it. Room tastefully decorated, just what you need and very good bedding. A very complete breakfast buffet, nothing is forgotten. We were there with our 6 and 8 year olds. There are even games available to occupy them. Perfect !

We stayed here 1 night on our way to Italy. Friendly staff! Good restaurant! Small room and bathroom, but all clean. We also stayed 1 night on our way back home. Generally it is a good place for a stop on the way to your holiday destination, or for a business trip.

A very pleasant overnight stay in this friendly hotel with excellent food in a very convenient and easy to find location. The hotel is fairly close to the E25 motorway, but we were lucky enough to have a room at the back which had limited traffic noise even with the windows open.
