nice hotel, very nice service at reception and at breakfast
This is a lovely hotel in Ribeauville on the Alsace wine route. There is enough parking space. Our family room was actually an apartment just next to the main hotel building and it was lovely equipped apartment. The hotel staff was welcoming, very nice to talk to and helpful.
A very nice and welcoming hotel
Very easy to access with spacious parking on the side. Nice building, Reception and breakfast room very good. Small downside for the room and the shower room. Reservation made on the site of a triple room, certainly it is very spacious and modern but lacks a little decorations on the walls which would make it less austere. Shower room, same spacious but very austere, very cold atmosphere, black joints at the bottom of the shower area, this is what cooled me after our beautiful arrival, it needs modernization. We did not know that it is suitable for people with disabilities, it is not noted on the site. I felt uncomfortable to have perhaps taken the place of people who would have needed this room. Mixed opinion.
