Despite our late arrival, there was someone at reception. Welcomed in the family pavilion (a separate accommodation in the hotel courtyard). Big and clean. Varied breakfast buffet. Thank you to the lady who cashed our stay, for her smile and her patience with my accommodation vouchers!

Quite honestly, seeing this rating of 9.4, I was expecting a nice surprise and a pleasant evening, but unfortunately I came away with a real disappointment. The bedding was certainly correct with a clean room but for the rest I went to hotels with much lower prices and with a much lower rating offering better service or offering much more refined dinners and more pleasant lunches (all in self-service mode), very basic service with a real lack of smile. In short, a "factory" like other chains but very far from the spirit sought in a Logis de France hotel

Much too noisy, 2 bedroom doors and toilets that do not close and graffiti on the bedroom door and the paint that swells!!! (this is not what is expected of this type of establishment) So if the swimming pool is good it does not justify the price even if the breakfasts were very correct. For the record, our room was not air-conditioned but the noise from the street forced us to sleep with the window closed!!!

Very good, small pavilion for the whole family very practical (with an additional bathroom it would be a must), very nice and welcoming staff. A very pleasant stay at this hotel. The only point which, it seems to me, can be improved is the breakfast: no hot dishes (eggs for example), fruit salad without fresh fruit, there is a very nice machine for squeezing oranges but which was not not used and the juices offered were not great. However the hotel remains very good and we had a very pleasant stay and for breakfast the manager did not spontaneously charge us for my 3 year old daughter which we found very appreciable. I specify because the criticism of the breakfast takes up space but for as much I would recommend this hotel without any concern.

Only downside for us, no catering, which forced us to take the car, while (with the location in relation to Chantonnay) the presence of a restaurant had been an important criterion in the choice of this establishment.
