Very nice hotel, comfortable. The outdoor space with a view of the Marne is very pleasant. Just a little problem with flushing. Otherwise everything was perfect and impeccable.

Our experience at Gonfalon was very mixed. We generally had a good time. Dinner went very well and we were able to drink our tea/digestive in the veranda of our room. The value for money is still high for the limited choice of the card. The bedroom and bathroom could do with a little updating. The bedding was not very comfortable, the mattress was hollow. Despite these points we were satisfied with our stay, until the moment of our departure and therefore the bill. We had planned to pay for part of our stay using Logis hotel loyalty vouchers. The owner of the place told us that unfortunately LOGIS HOTEL did not want customers to use more than 1 per bill. If we had known we would not have come to this hotel. So I asked LOGIS HOTEL the question, their response “there is no maximum number of vouchers for each visit to our establishments”. Our experience was unfortunately marred by this lack of transparency.

We had a dream weekend: welcomed by Christophe who is very attentive to his charming customers, very professional and in a cozy, gentle atmosphere in a neat setting, refined decoration. He knew how to surround himself with a team in his image. The level of the restaurant is very high (beyond certain starred restaurants) the dishes are exquisite and our taste buds were constantly on the alert. We had a room which overlooked the Marne with a magnificent terrace (a flight of wild geese delighted us)... We took full advantage of this bucolic landscape which we left with regret, with only one desire: to come back...
Nice hotel and very good kitchen. Advice to the owner; make the wine list more accessible. Wines from 55.00 per bottle are not necessary!
